I ordered a bed in early August that I was informed will be delivered in October. I had no problem waiting. Three weeks after my order, I received email informing me that the carrier they use no longer delivers to my area, and I need to pay additional delivery charge or cancel the order. I opted to cancel. I placed the order because it included free delivery. Very deceptive business practice. A reputable company would have honored the transaction as ordered.

We bought a Kincaid dining set with a table that has a defective finish. They refuse to honor their own one-year warranty and refuse to invoke the Kincaid warranty on our behalf. In effect, they are selling factory seconds at first quality prices.

I ordered a very expensive lexington living room set and a bedroom set 4 months ago from Bedroomfurniturediscount.com and was getting updates from James the success manager. Months after my order was suppose to arrive, he emails me saying that they are still monitoring the order, followed by all kinds of delays and excuses. I even called my local delivery company deliveright and they told me they never received the products. This company is a joke, how are they still in business I don’t know. I contacted my credit card company and requested a dispute for refund for both transaction as he threatened to charge me 30% restocking fee for products that likely don’t exist. Never again !

I purchased a very expensive dining room set. I came in flawed. I have at least 7 flaws in the table including that it wasnt manufactured properly and doesnt meet level in the center. I have chips taken out of the wood, and the veneer is pealing. I have one chair that was obviously broken and glued back together. I have tried endlessly to have them replace this. They have sent two different technicians, who both say none of it can be fixed. I have asked for a pickup and return of the flawed product and they refused saying I would have to look at the cancellation policy. I didnt want to return the product, I just wanted what I paid for. NO flaws this is brand new.

I ordered a $1,500 bed. It came damaged.The boxes were not damaged so it seems to have been damaged before shipping.Spent the past month going around & around with the customer service staff & am not getting a resolution. $1,500 for a bed that looks like I bought from a dent and ding garage sale. This company is definitely a sham! DO NOT ORDER PRODUCT from here. I unfortunately read all the reviews too late and now am caught in the same game. They delay deliveries several times spanning over months. I do not believe they ever had the furniture on hand. Customer service only reaches out 4 weeks past the “ship date” to tell you it still hasn’t shipped. This has happened twice now so I’m 2 months in. Save yourself the scam and purchase anywhere else!!!!!

I purchased a vanity set online in March. This was the first online purchase for substantial items. On a consumer level I received excellent service through various questions, changes and final delivery. The website has great customer service and is very informative. When the merchandise was delivered and setup the service was again excellent. To conclude the actual set is in my master bedroom and is very beautiful. This set could not have been obtained locally and is the highlight of the room. I waited weeks for a living room set, missing my original delivery date due to manufacturer delays, only to get something that was not exactly what I ordered. I also ordered a dining set from another online business, only have it arrive in pieces, damaged beyond repair. Things were not looking good.I still needed a bedroom set, so I took a chance and ordered one sight unseen from Bedroom Furniture Discounts. The cabinet arrived on time and perfectly. Although it is beautiful, it is not exactly what I expected. The finish is described as frost which I thought was a color and not a texture, but it is fine. When I looked at the close up of the picture on the website it appears to be smooth. Also, I asked the customer service dept (I should have asked Andrian who was extremely helpful with other questions) if there was an on/off switch and she was going to find out and get back to me but I found a button. It would have been helpful if there had been some info on it. Overall, I am very happy with it. One small problem was that we had difficulty opening a closing the top drawer. A small screw fell out and now it is working properly. Although I give it 5 start, it should probably be 4 1/2.

How this place gets any good reviews is beyond me. The only thing worse then the cheap furniture and mediocre service is the fact that they contract out the delivery.
