Packing R Us was extremely resourceful and efficient for my move. The team sat down with me and assisted in which options would be best for my apartment, and they saved me from getting multiple item last minute needs for moving. I ordered the 1 bedroom set and it was hand delivered right to my door. They included a tape, tape gun, marker, paper, and bubble wrap. I highly recommend for small or large moves in your near future!

Thank goodness for Packing R Us! I was moving myself and everything I needed to do was stressful until I called Packing R Us. The last thing I wanted to do was go to Home Depot or somewhere else and lug boxes and moving supplies across the city. I found other websites offering packing supplies but none made it nearly as easy as Packing R Us. I called them to ask some questions and the customer service was amazing and they truly went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed, and I got everything the next day!Highly recommend them to everyone I know that is moving!

I put in an emergency order for same day shipping around 12:00pm and they canceled my order the next day without explanation.

I had to move from Brooklyn to Manhattan and was dreading packing up 15 years of history and trying to figure out what boxes I need and how many. The folks at Packing R Us had the exact amount of boxes I needed delivered the same day. On top of that? Their website, super easy! Move over, Home Depot!

Placed an order and was willing to tolerate a $44.95 delivery fee, so as to receive the supplies. Bubble wrap came, but NO BOXES. PackingRUS claimed that the boxes were signed for, with the name of someone who is not an employee in my building. PackingRUS was not willing to reimburse or work with replacement boxes. Needed boxes at the last minute. Lisette went out of her way to accommodate me. Boxes arrived when I needed them with no hassle. I went back to order more several times. I highly recommend Packing R Us.

I needed packing supplies delivered to my hotel in Manhatten to bring some purchased items home from a buying convention. I didnt have time to run around looking for them because I was still shopping. I called these guys up, told them what I needed and returned to the hotel to find exactly what I asked for waiting for me. They were reasonably priced, on time and super convenient. I will definitely use them again. Oh, did I mention the free delivery! Thank you Packing R Us!

I cannot speak more positively of this company. I needed to ship a broken treadmill back to the manufacturer and I could not find a box for it anywhere! I found them online and they showed up to my house with the box and a truck full of any other packing supplies I might need. The owner is so polite and personable -- he truly goes the extra mile. Anyone who is moving or needs to ship anything at all.... Give them a call!

I needed boxes on Labor Day. I called packingrus they were the only ones who were open and had a quick same day delivery service. Would use them again. Great service!

Extremely rude and unprofessional.I RARELY write reviews so please take that into consideration. If I can I’d leave zero stars.I first used this company few days ago. I ordered with specific time to have it delivered. So after two hours and my boxes hadn’t come yet, I called the company. At first I called both numbers three times until I left a voice message and they called me back immediately. I told the guy that I’m still waiting for my boxes. He said that there’s a 4-6 hour window but I didn’t see that. I told him I expected at that tone because 1. I had already planned my day and if I had known I would’ve just had someone pick up the boxes. 2. My doorman leaves at 6 and since I have medical issues and can not go down to get the boxes myself. (The drivers can’t double park). So the guy I had been talking to pretty much said oh I don’t know, it’s in the confirmation email. I told him it wasn’t, I read the email and even offered to send the screenshot. He soon started yelling and giving me an attitude. At one point he laughed at me making me feel degraded. He offered to return my money but I needed those boxes so I said I’ll wait after he told me he can get it to me between 6-7. I realized I needed more boxes. I ordered from them again. A BIG MISTAKE!! This time I put in expected time to be 9 am so that it will get to me at earliest 1 and latest 3. But guess what. It’s 7:30pm now and the driver calls to tell me he is ten minutes away. Like I said I had put 9 so that the boxes will arrive when the doorman is still here. I told the driver I can not go down to pick up the boxes to which he said well we can’t double park. $200 Fine for 2minute parking. So I call the company. Again the rude man with attitude. I explained to him that I expected the boxes no later than three for all the reasons I’ve stated. Then he has the nerve to say PEOPLE COMPLAIN SO THEY’RE TAKING THE TIME WINDOW AWAY NEXT WEEK. I TOLD HIM ITS NOT NEXT WEEK SO I EXPECTED THE BOXES NO LATER THAN 3. I told him it’s unprofessional. He started yelling so I had to yell back. I told him I would write a review and warn people. They refunded me my money and are eyeing me. Lol

I used Packing R Us using one of the moving kits. It was so convenient - they took my request over the phone and delivered boxes right to my apartment same day. Very friendly and spot on regarding what I needed.

I ordered boxes on Jun 17. I called and asked when can I get the boxes. Office man said We can deliver on June 21 but I coudnt get the boxes socalled again. The same office man said Sorry I can by 4pm on june 26 but I couldnt. I called again.He said Today is busy, we can deliver around 10pmbut no deliver. After all, they delivered 2am.2am 2am 2am..
