Came in after a sleepless night to buy a pillow. The guy I spoke to was knowledgeable and discussed the different pillow options as they relate to my sleep preferences and current mattress, and I was able to go home with a nice pillow in hand.In addition to the in-person shopping, I can speak highly of the original mattress (which I purchased online). It feels soft yet supportive.

I would give the company a 0 is possible. I ordered a mattress 6 weeks ago and it has still not shipped and they charged me the entire amount of the order. Dont buy a mattress from them unless it is in physically in the store!!!!

Purely from the perspective of someone visiting the store with a friend just to browse, the experience was pretty nice. The white lab coats that the employees wear are a little quirky but fittingly so as it blends with the atmosphere of the store and the way they go about showing and educating potential customers on the products. The beds were nice, nothing groundbreaking but undeniably nice. It’s still anyone guess how they’ll hold up in five years but at face value they do some pretty comfortable. The materials for their bedding is also really soft to the touch. There were three or so different bedding blends, all really nice but marketed as having different specs and offering a varied experience. All in all the brand surely has grown over time. Didn’t feel pressured at any time while visiting and the slee specialists were very knowledgeable.

Store is fine for shopping and trying out the mattresses. However, once youve actually placed an order for a mattress/base dont expect it to arrive on any of the scheduled delivery dates. Casper users XPO Logistics to deliver their products, yes the same folks IKEA uses, so expect the run around every time you call to inquire about when youll actually receive your items. Each time weve called in to check on where the products are, or why a delivery date was missed its the same excuse we have your items, but they didnt scan properly....one would think theyd want to invest in better scanning technology. At any rate, the $7,000 we spent in the store on a mattress, adjustable base, pillows and mattress cover didnt warrant better service (or any service for that matter) so we ended up cancelling our order after trying to get it delivered for six weeks.

We had a really pleasant and productive shopping experience. Jerome was our sales associate; he was friendly and informative and answered all our questions. We came back on Monday to purchase the original in queen size, and because were waiting for approval on a new apartment he was able to get us the holiday discount price and put the shipment on hold till we can confirm our new address. He also let us know about additional options, but wasnt overly pushy about up-selling us on things we felt we didnt need. Its a shame we probably wont need another bed for a long time after this, because Id be happy to send my business this way again!

I prefer buying from this location over buying online. Unless there is some kind of online only deal, I suggest calling these folks to talk through your order. Its a perk of living in the city.

The classic model has been wonderful. This is a really cute store, too, with mini bungalows that let you calm down with privacy, to help decide on the mattress.

The people at the store are nice it’s just that I never got my money back. The reason I did not buy my mattress from Casper is that I noticed the pillows I bought in the summer were charged twice. In short, I bought the big pillows. Went back 5 min later to change them to regular size and they said they couldn’t do a simple return since they are really only an online store. So I had to pay twice. Problem is I never got my money backSo To this date no credit, I even argued with My bank and they said they got tired of sending the dispute to Casper who keeps on stating that both receipts were legit which no one is arguing.Be careful and make sure you get your money back before you buy anything else.Casper I am still waiting....credit me so I can go buy a mattress! I just moved to a new place

Nice showroom. But it seems they have become the over-priced “giant” they originally set out to displace. I’m sure their mattresses are great, but I also think there are comparable ones for better prices from other “online” mattress companies out there now.

Ive come in twice--the first time the staff was so surprisngly rude for no reason that we left. The next time we came we were greeted kindly and had a pleasant exprience. It was very quiet in there around 11 on a Saturday morning, and we were encouraged to test out the pillows even though we walked in clearly ready to buy. They showed us how to pull them apart for washing and built handy handles on the packaging for us to take them home on the subway.

Bought a mattress through the Noho store two weeks ago. Friendly enough and simple process. However delivery date was missed, hadnt even been shipped yet. Casper HQ customer service thought it was going out today. Soho store was able to get me a tracking number, so a label was printed. Online Casper tracking system has no updates. No notice from Casper that delivery would be missed - and they dont expedite for late shipments. So - store is good, but back-end Casper logistics have issues. Dont depend on the delivery date.

I am disappointed to share that Casper’s sheets do not last. After a year my bottom sheet fell apart and there’s a huge hole. Casper has ample advertisements in which they boast about their customer service and high quality products under warranty. However; the sheets only have a 1 year warranty and they do not even provide a discount for replacement. DO NOT BUY THE SHEETS if you want a product that lasts. Casper, consider spending less on advertisements and more on customer service fulfillment and high quality products. I own a Casper mattress and have been happy with it hence my 2 stars.

The staff here are lovely and very informative. Theyre not pushy either at theyre not on commission. There are a few private rooms you can test the mattresses in, both of which are very nice.

Terrible return process and customer service. Tried multiple times to schedule a return pickup for our casper mattress- first time they went to the Casper store, second time they never came when the appointment was scheduled. Then given the run around to follow up. Emails and confirmations are filled with spelling errors and/or no subject line. Great beds, but their customer service is terrible.

Its nice to have a place where you can test the mattresses and you can touch the fabrics. Selection is too limited and some articles (like the bedside lamp) is obscenely overpriced.

The staff is nice the store is clean and the little sleep rooms are a nice touch. I spent a lot of time in the store as they suggested laying down on the mattress and taking time to make sure it was right for me. I finally decided on the Casper hybrid, it was a little expensive but youre paying for the name as well. When I got it home and unbox the mattress it appeared as if it was not the same one I tried in the store. So I called them up they told me the design was changed I would no longer feel the coils along the side of the mattress like I did the one in the store. I unzip the cover of the mattress and I could not see any coils I dont know if I got the right mattress or not this is very upsetting as I said the matches was expensive and I spent a lot of time researching it I went to the store at least three times before deciding to purchase it now I have to wait for customer service to call me back and explain to me the redesign or come and look at it and find out whether it is the right mattress or not for these frustrating reasons I give Casper a one-star review. To me this is a bait-and-switch they should have explained to me in the store that the mattress was redesigned and may seem different when I get it home nobody likes a bait and switch beware of what youre buying ask questions shame on Casper!

What a snobby place! Very unwelcoming and unfriendly! We went there and one of the staff came up to us as if she’s already worked for 100 hours. She gave the attitude of “do I really need to talk to customers?” Duh, yeah. It’s your job. And the worse thing was that she told us the difference of Casper and Wave mattresses for less than a minute. The other staff was also talking to each other and ignoring other customers. There’s only one guy that was attentive. It really was a joke!

Walked in last week with my husband mid day. Empty, aside from one other customer. Asked a few questions to the associate about the difference between the two types of mattresses in the showroom. She told us to try them out and then she would explain. We did so. Upon returning to the front to speak with the associate, she ignored us by speaking with a second associate on the floor. We investigated the mattress differences by ourselves using their electronic kiosk station. While doing so, the associate turned to us and with pointed tone said “oh, you’re still here”. We said “yes, but since you don’t care to assist us, we will be leaving.” Terrible service.
