Really not that great. I bought a baguette and 2 Berlin balls. No taste, dry berlin balls and the pastry cream not very pleasant in the mouth.The baguette in white bread, tasteless colorless odorless to accompany my American prepared for lunch.Pity.

The young blonde saleswoman is very disrespectful. I asked her for a cereal bread, and when I got home I found that she had served me a hazelnut and raisin bread. I went back to the bakery to ask for the requested bread, and she started laughing and trying to convince me that the raisin bread is the one with cereal 😑

Very disappointed with the passion fruit Christmas log.A very grainy cream, clearly failed but still used to make a log for 4 people at 25 euros. Crackle icing. A blah blah taste ... we threw almost everything away.Is he the same pastry chef as at the beginning, I doubt. The workshop lost everything. I would not stay there again.

I discovered this bakery recently. The galettes des rois were very good. The price is accordingly. The bread was good too. The workshop is behind the counter, so I naively dare to imagine that everything is done on site. No false note so far, I will go back.

The quality of the baguette is mediocre for this price, it has only decreased. The closure of the baguette is almost every time visible and too floured, lets not talk about the crust and the color.

What a bad service ... as usual. The sales staff talk to each other without serving you, unable to cash two customers at the same time, we just wait stupidly. But Im going back anyway because the baguettes are delicious.

It was good at the opening, the first few months, at the very beginning. Since then, over the years, it is less and less good, the soft baguettes, the industrial pastries, they have only deteriorated. Special mention for the chocolate layers where the two chocolate bars are superimposed ... disgusting to eat. The rest is soft, tasteless. Breads are never crispy. At the beginning, there were people in the kitchen, its been a long time since the lights were off in the kitchens. Not even certain that the breads are still made in Belgium ....And hygiene issue hm hmm, in summer, the pastries are devoured by the wasps in the display. They put in coffee grounds to drive them away but 1) it doesnt work and 2) the breads taste like coffee.When it comes to taste and crispness, Laurent Dumont bakeries are a much better choice!

Great visit. In addition the person who served me Anais, is adorable and very, very kind to his customers. Just for its kindness (and still also for the goods sold) we return.

Me, I give five stars, because I find the quality excellent, I highly appreciate the possibility of eating a small piece of pie or a sandwich, (attention, it is better to reserve it before because often there is not enough ) when I enjoy the Mayan bread, but again after 2 p.m. there is none. Or I will put 4 stars, it would be for the too fast change of the sellers, it is rare that they are not replaced after a month, but hey this is another problem The quality of the cupcakes is at the TOP , sometimes a little expensive all the same. But hey when you want to have fun you do not look too much at the price.

Super good pastry. Quality bread of all kinds. Small nice corner to taste. Lovely staff. I have been going there for years, and recommend on Sundays for the huge choice of products. Of course there are more people ... especially in the early morning

The staff is really catastrophic. I just spent 15 minutes ordering a loaf of bread while the two waitresses spent their time on the phone, one after the other, with their so-called boss. I pass you the trick to two balls ... I was a regular customer because the bread is very good but the service is too bad and it only gets worse!

Occasional customer passing through Bonlez, Genval and Overijse, I always liked breads and pastries (but these are not always the day).Total disappointment fathers day in genval June 14, 2020: excecrable reception, saleswoman almost threw me in the ticket figure that I asked following my astonishment price: thus for a pavlova cake 6 pers: 31.20 euros!composed of a layer of several small too sweet meringues (the cheapest of products !!), a big layer of very good fresh cream and the top: strawberries + other red fruits.It is overpriced for what it is, frankly overkill and taking the customer for pigeons. I will never set foot there again.

I call that stealing.The last cake was frozen in the center ... I was refused reimbursement ...Some staff are far from pleasant. Its been changing lately, its getting better. Given the turnover of the staff, the atmosphere must not be great.There is only the old-fashioned baguette that I still dare to buy to help out.At first we made the girl there wk, not anymore, not everyone is fooled.
