Just walking true the Westfield center and came this nice wine store. Great selection and the person who help us and chat was very friendly mr Julio. Prices were lower than other wine store we went.

Overpaid, but i guess its a normal price for the area. Attendant at the register was kindof a man child and a little bit too immature to be running a liquor store thats trying to appear bougie. As i was putting my bottle away in my bag he waved his hand in an exaggerated motion in my face to get me to say bye to him...

Incredibly rude man on the phone. I called to inquire about a non-printed/regular Blue Label bottle after mistakenly purchasing a limited edition NYC printed bottle. Man on phone said only the box was printed and the bottle on the inside was the same. I started to explain that the bottle was printed on as well and if he pulled the bottle out of the box he would see the printed part (the front has no print on it). He replied, “I don’t have time for that,” and hung up on me. Uhm, you can be rude but you should also know your products. So you can spend $250 here but don’t expect any customer service. They’ll take your money and then tell you they don’t have time for you, that is literally what happened.

Very elegant-looking wine and liquor store with a lot of selection and the staff was very knowledgeable when I asked for a white wine recommendation. The price is actually were reasonable compared to other stores in the Oculus I would definitely come back

I love this wine store they have a great selection of wines and spirits so glad they opened we needed a great wine store in the area.Very friendly staff and fun.

Henry is beyond amazing!!! He spent a lot of extra time coaching us on wine, and even helped us pick some to take to Arizona! We will only buy wine from one place in the future

Really wonderful selection of wines. Love their reds and white for under $20 selections, but their higher-priced wines are excellent too. Always finding something new to try thanks to the great help from the very friendly staff. No matter your wine knowledge, a great place to shop.

This place is hidden from the main ocular grand area, but they offer a wide variety of options for liquor selections. The staff is friendly and will guide you if you need any assistance or recommendations.

The employees are amaizing from the Owner Henry all the way to the employees that work there. Everyone is knowledgeable of wines and spirits of any choice you make. I highly recommend this place for your next bottle of wine.

Nice friendly staff with a great selection of wine. Sure the prices might be a little more but you have to take the convenience of the location into consideration. The bags they give you to carry the wine are really nice too. Was happy to find a whole rack dedicated to wines made here in NY.

A member of staff helped me pick a bottle of red wine as a gift and I was very impressed by his knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble and the price was very reasonable too!

New to the hood. Instant best list. We curated selection of great finds, organic and biodynamic wines - many at suburban prices. Beautifully displayed and well organized, you wont be crippled by choice. The labeling system takes away the stress. And in the event you want a recommendation, proprietor Henry and staff know their wines. If you work in FIDi or WTC stop here before jumping on a subway, taking the PATH or boarding your ferry home. You wont be disappointed.

The older attendant blows and is rude. I only buy here for those persons celebrating special occasions. I love the bags.

Questionable service. A dude at the cashier did not ring me up, since he was talking to his friend. Went to the next register, and he was not very happy I was deferred to him. I was the only customer in the store beside the friend.Wines are priced higher, probably due to location. Unless You need to pick up a bottle of wine in a rush, I won’t recommend.

Whilst visiting NYC earlier this month, I was attended to by a lovely gentleman. After enquiring as to what type of wine I liked, he recommended a US Chardonnay, Fox Run, from the Doyle Family. I brought it back to the UK and have just finished it, excellent choice and an equally excellent establishment. I wish Pure Lquid Wine & Sprits every success, my purchase was inexpensive, nonetheless I was treated as a valued customer and I add this experience to the lovely week we spent in the Big Apple.
