Hidden gem of a wine shop! Really well curated and their buyer asked me right away if he could help me find anything, and then followed up when I was staring blankly at a shelf. Found a couple of my favorite reds including one from a small vineyard in Chile and got a bottle of floral orange that he recommended. Lovely neighborhood shop with some killer bottles at all price points.

Nice people, great customer service, they have every type of liquor imaginable. They also deliver which is a major plus.

Love the selection this place offers but most of all I loved the staff there very helpful and happy especially shaq I think his name was. This is going to be my new spot to buy my favorites from now on.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE.. Terrible customer service. I tried to download the application, and the app wouldnt allow me to download. I placed an order online and the woman who called to verify the purchase was very rude. I provided her with the information needed and canceled the order and hung up on me. They take your money and run with no product. I have a charge in my account and nothing was delivered.

Cool place to chill and buy wine and whiskey! Its my first time buying from this wine shop and they have a great wine selection! I am also very pleased with their excellent customer service. The salesperson was eager to help you in picking up the best wine, and what amazed me was, that they do really know the characteristics of the wine. Highly recommended!

Id give 0 stars if possible. I ordered through Drizzly, and not only was the ray of sunshine who answered the phone extremely rude and classless, it took more than an hour to get to me when its less than a 20 min drive. When I called looking for clarification due to a discrepancy regarding the app showing images of a larger bottle costing $30 , and I was given a much smaller bottle that is $9.99 on the app, and literally any other liquor store ( I was charged the $30). She admitted the images on the app are wrong (which is false advertisement and illegal, mind you) and said she wasnt going to argue with me because she works there are knows how it works. If by this she meant were running a scam , then yes, she knows how it works. Regardless of the pictures and prices being incorrect, this situation could have been handled much better and attitude free. Youre better off ordering from anywhere else. Literally anywhere else. online buyer beware.

Absolutely the best wine shop in the area! This place is truly the best place for wine lovers and also for the people that love to collect wine. Everything here is so amazing, and the staffs are very knowledgeable about their respective jobs. I really love to come to this place because the selection of wines is really tremendous.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating as well. I love the place. It was so spacious and organized. They had huge selections of wine to choose from. I cant wait to visit this wine shop again.

Its a janky store however they do offer some really excellent California and Italian whites here. I really like the Calling Chardonnay that from California. I also enjoy the Sicilian white by Cusumano that they sell here as well.

Have never written a google review before but felt compelled to about Broadway Spirits. I was in need of a delivery in NYC, and found them to be very easy to deal with, very attentive, prompt and communicative! Definitely would recommend.

The staff are very knowledgeable and have given me some great wine recommendations no matter what price point I have given them. They also have a great selections of spirits and deliver in a very timely fashion. Not to mention they are open late, for those of us that dont work 9-5.

I was in a few days ago looking for a bottle of wine for dinner with friends. Im usually hesitant to ask for a recommendation because I assume theyre trying to up sell me, but this woman gave me a lovely recommendation exactly in my price range. This is not my first good experience here. They often have tastings in the store as well.

Bad bad bad. Staff completely ignored me. I asked an African American lady at the register a question and she didnt acknowledge me at all. I asked again and the girl beside her had to acknowledge me. Extremely overpriced. I agree with a lot of the reviews stating the bad attitude with staff, the high prices and a lack of basic customer service. Dont come here and waste your time. There are better options with friendlier staff and affordable prices.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I called at 11:30pm Thursday and the lady who answered was extremely rude and condescending. She refused to answer my simple question and hung up on me twice. I called to ask about the vodka they had in stock and also if they have cranberry juice chaser available and with a huge attitude she answered, This is a liquor store. and then hung up on me. I called back and spoke politely and again with a huge attitude she said I dont have time for this and she hung up on me again. It was ridiculous and pretty unbelievable. She was extremely obnoxious and extremely unprofessional. I asked a simple question and was given attitude in response and hung up on. Really have never dealt with such a rude and unprofessional employee before. Will never try to shop at this liquor store again and I recommend you do not either. There are plenty of respectable liquor stores around with good selections AND good, respectable employees.AND no I am not a former employee who was caught stealing from this liquor store. Looks like the owner copy pastes the same bull**** excuse on every bad review. Another example of their TERRIBLE ethics and service. HORRIBLE. AVOID.

This is my go to place when Im at my partners apt in the neighborhood. Staff is always friendly and helpful and they def have the best selection of wine over any other place in the area (Rosé all the way!). Weve only ordered delivery a few times but every time its been super fast even when it was at my apt further downtown. I go out of my way to call them because of the awesome prices!

From the moment I walked in I felt like a VIP. I was initially skeptic of the staffs wine knowledge. But after trying some of their recommendations I knew I had found my new wine supplier. Anytime Im in a pinch Maggie and her staff are on point and come through! Delivery is always on time and Ive never had an issue.

Incredibly overpriced, one of the worst shopping experiences in my life, one of the managers is nice but ownership would rather let bottles sit at ridiculously high prices (literally more expensive than any shop online) for 3+ years than sell and take care of their horrific rat infestation downstairs. Thanks for the help before Thanksgiving Broadway Spirits, I will never be walking in your store again.

This place is great and tends to have a wide selection of liquors. You should take advantage of the government employee discount if youre working at the federal building across the street. Also, Cat!

They even carried two different Aglianico, a red that you cant find in many stores. The staff is pleasant and helpful. If you need a spirits store in TriBeCa, try this place out (fair prices, too).

Large selection of wines with various price points Ive only visited twics however each time the experience was pleasant they offer you samples if thats your thing but I definitely couldnt because I was on my lunch break and their willing to help you with your selection.

I dont know how any store that carries wine and liquor can be in a non-climate controlled place. I walked in yesterday (early August evening) and it was hotter inside than it was outside (in the 80s). My first thought was, How can they keep wine fresh like this? Their wine selection is very meh. A lot of bottles from big name wineries that are okay and expensive. I initially happy when I found a reasonably priced Priorat from Spain but when I took it home I found that the wine had turned. It was practically vinegar. Not surprising given the temperature. Sadly, I did not have the time to return the wine... which is not their fault, but given the temperature, Id imagine quite a lot of their wines are far from optimal.

Ok for liquor, mediocre for wine and all entirely overpriced. Staff was rude and delivery took forever. There are far better alternatives. Liquor tasted off also

Worst shop in NYC. They scamed us. We would like to pay with credit card and they said it doesnt work. So decided to make a delivery and should pay 10$ for this. Even after 5 phone calls they didnt deliver! So the birthday present for our friend never came... But our credit cards were debit.
