PHENOMENAL customer service. I called and they picked up on the first ring. After calling one wine store after another while walking around Midtown East and UES for an hour, they had plenty in stock and were extremely accommodating. Great quick and polite service. Will definitely make the trek from Harlem every time to shop their products.

We had a really great wine tasting, better than the 10 other ones we did in my country. It was very informative, Daniel is an enthusiastic expert in international wines and he taught us a lot about the wine culture and pairing wines and food. A true hidden gem. Five points! We will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends and relatives.

While I live in France, I knew of Millesima USA because of their great reputation in Europe and very extensive collection of Bordeaux wines. I stopped by their New York City store to pick up a gift for a friend while I was in town. The selection of wines they had in shop from around the world was incredible and the staff was VERY knowledgeable. I mentioned it was going to be a gift for a friend and they wrapped up the wine so beautifully for an extra special touch. Their attention to detail and large selection puts them ahead of the saturated wine shops in the city by far.

This is not a business you should trust. I ordered a shipment of wine from them and paid them over $300. After receiving no communication for 5 months, they reached out to me to tell me that I would have to pay another %15 plus shipping. This had something to do with tariffs enforced by the government after I placed my order.They told me they wouldnt send me my purchase unless I paid the extra money. I really dont understand why this is my responsibility to pay. If they had place my order sooner they wouldnt owe this. I have never paid for any product in my life, to then have the retailer come ask me for more money after the sale. This is unethical and not the way a company should do business.

I love Millesima’s weekly tasting! I come every Thursday to learn more and taste great wines that I don’t normally gravitate to. It’s an added bonus to try the wines before you buy. The people who pour the wines are always super knowledgeable and friendly.

I’ve been stopping in to Millesima off and on when I am in the area (I don’t live nearby) and am always happy with the selection of affordable wines for everyday occasions and their knowledge of their products to recommend a higher end wine or spirit when the occasion calls for it. The team there has gotten to know my tastes well enough that I can ask them to put together a case of wine with great variety in flavors, food pairing and cost so I can discover something new when I choose to have a case delivered. Maybe they should start a wine club.....hint, hint.

They had a group of Sparkling wines on sale for NYE festivities. Great staff and an awesome, curated selection of wine. Go to the back right of the store for wines on sale that have destroyed labels.

I ordered two bottles of champagne and received exceptional service from Millesima. They kept me informed every step of the way, for the shipment and gave me such personal attention, even for a relatively small order.We had it on New Years Eve, and the champagne was wonderful. It got rave reviews from everyone who tasted it and aside from a bottle of Salon champagne I had years ago, it was the best champagne. Superior to Dom Perignon, if you ask me.That was my first experience with Millesima, but there will be much more to come!!

When you walk in the door, they are immediately friendly and helpful, and will guide you to wonderful choices that suit your preferences. The prices are incredibly reasonable, and their inventory is widely varied, making it easy for everyone to find something they like.I am so fortunate to have found this place! An outstanding collection of wines. Though they sell the notably high end and the moreaffordables there might be matters of their judgement which govern some choices. Some time ago I asked for a bottle of Beaujolais Nouveau and was told most surely that they didnt carry it. The advice is knowledgeable and the customer is not steered to the more expensive.

Impressive selection. I was going for a reasonably priced wine but it seems to be the place to go to get high end bottles and large formats.

Millesima is my go-to wine store. Selection is amazing, staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and they have great weekly in-store tastings.

I dont trust these folks. Shipped wine in 90+ degree weather without notice. They would not make good on the heat-damaged wine claiming it was my fault for not being home.

I bought the box of Bordeaux in November 17, the credit card was charged November 18, I been notified on February 04 about the shipping charges ($47 via UPS Ground for 38 lbs box of wine from NY to Washington DC (calculated UPS charges are $23, , I expect to get the wine February 06
