Purchased a rotten bottle of wine, attempted to get a refund but was told they couldn’t do anything about it. Lost a regular customer over $13, bad business move.

This place is shockingly overpriced even for this neighborhood. I do not care about the rudeness of the staff, that is another issue. The prices are over 20% above local market prices. Just walk a bit and save money. This place is HORRIBLE!

If I could have given zero stars, Id do so. Awful place, disgusting, dirty, seems like they never clean or dust. Never step inside again. They have people who are high or something and so out in their own mind, no help whatsoever.

Friendly staff knowledgeable and very helpful

Prices are not marked on bottles. Staff quotes wrong prices and owner does not stand behind their error. Poor selections with extremely high prices.Will never shop there again
