Giving my review based on using the delivery service that was provided by Drizly, and this place has a large variety of liquors & reasonable pricing. I have order a few times and they make sure that the delivery person has the correct order everything is great, nothing much to be said.

I made an order through delivery.com. I received a call stating two of my three items were out of stock and was offered a replacement. I declined and was told my order would be cancelled due to delivery minimum. I spoke to delivery.com a week later and the store still has not cancelled my order. I had to speak to 3 different people and escalate my issue before the store confirmed my order should have been cancelled, its been 11 days. I still have to wait 5-7 more business days to receive my refund. I will never order from this store again. Unacceptable and unprofessional and I have not received an apology or anyone take accountability for the wrong doing.

Great store! Great selection, good prices, and amazing service. I went in there to get a quick single serving wine container with my three year old who was a little fussy and wanted something to drink for himself in a store that didn’t have anything for him. The staff were amazingly kind and gave him a bottled water without charging me, even though I just made a 6 dollar purchase. They were warm, friendly, and helpful.

Honestly I would never go back here again after the horrible service I received from the Hispanic lady working the closing shift today on 05/18. She refused to call the manager of the store which is usually very friendly whenever I go there, refused to service me and told me to come back whenever the store manager is there and that she wasn’t going to call him. I have never in life been treated the way I did by this young lady, and unfortunately you have lost me as a customer due to her. Someone should really give her a course on customer service. O WAIT JUST TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE I JUST SPENT over $100 there yesterday. Unbelievable

Great selection, clean and classy liquor store. After purchase of 6 bottles of wine I was offered to get it delivered to my hotel Hilton on 6th ave and they also gave me 10% off. I called them today around 7:30 pm for 2 bottles Abstract red wine delivered and guess what? Was delivered within 15 min. What a great service. Keep it up guys.

I bought a claze azul bottle here for my birthday the customer service rep informed me to buy a 100$ bottle is the one i actually wanted came in the next day she would exchange , came back the next im the morning told me the bottle i wanted was not in stock. Called as a a regular customer to see if i can get the bottle i originally wanted and pay the extra 70$. The suppose supervisor/ mgr daisy gave me such a big attitude keeping me out the store and holding open the door telling me to exit and being rude and disrespectful saying she is the mgr and i have to go saying i cannot exchangeFor a more expensive bottle i was willing to pay an extra 70$ for a bigger bottle and the refused after the told me it was perfectly fine. The store always seems to have a attitude and i have a video if the the suppose supervisor daisy kicking me out. All i wanted for my birthday was a bigger clase azul bottle where i was willing to pay extra money for it and ms. Daisy did not care she is so rude and this store. Now im left unsatisfied for my birthday when i was willing to spend 70$ more for the bottle i wanted.

Very nice selection, close to my hotel and nice staff. I thought the design of the store was very nice even though it was small it was setup great. We found a bottle that wasnt chilled and the staff was able to find a chilled one for us. Price was not bad either.

Horrible experience they frequently don’t deliver orders after waiting 5 hours and don’t pick up the phone. They also charge $10-$15 more than other stores for the same wine. Today I placed an order they couldnt find it in the system and they gave no help or assistance and after I called to complained I was told even if I could find it I would send it to you, I would refuse your order
