I have been a devotee of Urban Wines since they opened. I am a bug fan of all their people, & a happy member of their rewards club. The app is AMAZING, and have THE BEST delivery in the East Village. When I had a party I sent everyone there to buy champagne, not only because they have the best prices in the neighborhood, but also because they RULE, and they called to say “we got bought out by your people!! You could have warned us!” 🤣 Anyway, these guys are the BEST in the 10009. 🤜🏽💥🤛🏽

Nice liquor store with a great selection of wines! The price range is good and I liked the table ‘wines under $15’ which makes it easy to find affordable wines! The service was good and as it’s in my neighborhood I’ll definitely come back!

Extremely knowledgeable and budget conscious-staff. Anything from a casual bottle of wine to a rare Champagne or Japanese whiskey, they have it.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, hands down. Absolute TRASH. They were rude and unprofessional..even petty. I’m happy to no longer support this business. Despite their complete lack of professionalism and abysmal interpersonal skills, I will commend the delivery person for their hard work :) thank you for your efforts despite the weather.

Pretty well-stocked wines and liquor store located on 1st Ave. They have a very nice natural wine selection spanning Italy Spain and Georgia. I also saw some wines from Slovenia, which is becoming more prominent in their natural wine offerings in the city. The staff is very friendly and theyre always very happy to talk to you about what they have in stock. Highly recommended.

An awesome retailer for harder to find vermouths and bitters. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they helped me narrow down my purchase based on what I like. They are also a well stocked wine store.
