Wright Percale sheets are quality. It does actually feel like I am sleeping in a hotel bed! The mattress is on my wish-list for the full hotel effect.

I had an issue shipping a return item (not Wrights fault) and their customer service reps handled the situation so well. Quick communication, and helped to fix the problem. I would definitely order from them again based on the service. (The blanket I ordered was great, too! Just didnt work well in my space).

The company are no longer at this address. From a telephone call I learned that they are expecting to open in Tribeca some time soon. In the meanwhile they directed me to a furniture store ten minutes walk away, on Franklin Street, that carry their mattresses; I can confirm that that store is closed too, however. (Giving one star because one cant post without rating, but I have no experience, negative or positive, of their mattresses.)
