Came to the ABC carpet store today in the hopes of buying some things from Frette. Paul the sales associate had the most bitter attitude from the start of our conversation. He was so unbelievably condescending we walked away and found another sales associate to help us. Natalia helped us after, and she was spectacular. She even gave us an extra discount. I would fire Paul from Frette, and give Natalia a raise.
