Product is fabulous but really pricey. I’ve owned two fixtures from this store which I️ adore but it’s not for everyone. Service is soso and aligns to the more gallery feel where they’ll leave you alone and don’t necessarily approach.

Very helpful to see in person all the options and the guy that works there is very knowledgeable.

Bought a $1500. lamp for my end table. It is broken, Ive tried emailing flos multiple times for information on repair, only to never receive a response. But I DO continue to get junk email advertising from them.Best to at least respond, as now I am sour and have a low opinion on their customer service, which is everything.

Just walked out of the store with the most sour experience. Man at the desk barley even glances up, let alone greet you. Was browsing flos website at 11pm and instantly get an instant message from a sales rep. Really, Two ends of the spectrum.Really annoyed. Next time I want to buy a $3000 table lamp, I’ll just go to DWR down the street.

As a design professional, FLOS is usually my first stop when Im looking for cutting edge lighting fixtures. Keep up the good work!
