Me and my wife visited this store on Aug 2021. Althogh the facade looks cool outside, the staff their is very arrogant and unprofessional. I am ask one sale assistant to help me clean my INFIITO WEDDING BAND which is an iconic piece from Bvlgari. He asked me ``Is this stainless steel?`` Excuse me? I feel humiliated and very upset and not willing to the Diva pendant I planed to do. This one improper question not only disclosures how rude the salesman is by asking customer such a embarrassing question and how unprofessional he is by not recognizing coupled ring from its own inventory.

Elegant high end merchandise, however, staff needs assistance in how to work with customers and abide by their agreements.There are several complaints. Hopefully, these prior issues have been resolved. I’ve always enjoyed walking past and looking at the Christmas light display.

I bought a watch from Bulgari.It hasnever worked.I took it back to them3 times and they said it was fixed.It wasnot.I paid 3300. dollars for it.Theysaid it was fixed.It was not.They saidthey would send it to Fla.to fix.It wasnot fixed.They charged me an additional600 to fix.It still does not work.Theywill not take it back or give me my3900. Dollars back.They are frauds.Never buy anything from them.A famousname but an illegitimate operation.I am going to sue them.Lewis Rabinowitz

The sales person lady Ali alone is worth the visit.She was a such a joy, pleasant, fantastic knowledge and attitude, yet not at all pushy only happy for us.I will definitely go back and Ali will be my person again.🤗

Alex was extremely warm and helpful in resizing our rings. They came back to us faster than expected. As the store manager, it was obvious that he is able to create a warm and flawless atmosphere among all of his staff. Excellent work.

Been in this watch hobby for more than 15 years, I have never visited any watch/jewelry boutiques that left me feeling disgusted like the Bvlgari 5th ave boutique.About a month ago I contacted the store to inquire about a special edition (Octo Finissimo Tadao Ando) watch limited to the Japanese market. The sales associate (Jose) at the time was very helpful/pleasant and located the piece and arranged the shipping to NYC. As part of the deal, he assured me that he is authorized to give me 15% discount and he would convince the store manager to give me additional 5% to a total of 20% discount on the time piece. I happily left a deposit not thinking much else before leaving the store since they are a large brand and my experience from dealing with large brands have always been very positive. Fast forward 3 weeks (this past Monday), I got a call from the store manager (Alexander) telling me that Jose had left the company and he’ll find someone to help me since the watch had arrived in the store.Prior to heading into the city (I live in NJ) today, I called and texted the manager to let him know that I would be going in to pick up the watch today. I didn’t get any response back, so I called the store and spoke to a sales lady (Maria) and let her know that I will be coming today and the agreement (20% discount) I had with Jose. She told me I’d have to work that out with the manager who isn’t working today, but she ensured me that we will be able to get a hold of him when I get there because he would be expecting me. My wife and I drove an hour to the store and was told there will be no discount on the piece because it was a special order. In addition, there is a list of people now waiting for this particular watch. At this point I am a little upset, not only they aren’t honoring the deal and they have been going around contacting other customers and advertising that this piece maybe available (since they knew they’d be backing out of our agreement). So I asked them to call Alexander so we can work this out. To my dismay, Maria tells me that in the morning Alexander had told her that there will be zero discount. They could’ve had the decency to tell me this over the phone before I leave the house so I can have sometime to react to it, especially I tried to reach out to both Alexander and Maria through calls and texts. At this point it dawned on me that they knew about the agreement I had with Jose while he was still an employee with Bvlgari. Alexander purposely ignored my calls and texts and pulled this shady and callous move so they can sell this piece to someone else at full price.I understand businesses are in it to maximize profit, but agreeing to a deal and then backing out is shady to say the least. Not having the decency to let me know before I get to the store is a callous move especially they knew I’d be coming from NJ. a couple of thousand dollars isn’t a huge deal, but out of principle, I decided not to purchase this piece or any other products (was going to get a serpenti bangle for the wife as well) from this establishment.Thank you for taking your time to read my encounter with this store. I understand my business means nothing to Bvlgari, but this truly left a bad taste.

April made our experience at the store, memorable! excellent customer service !! She made it possible to have the ring and the size I needed and due our tight schedule there, she got the items delivered to our hotel.We were in New York for the weekend !

My husband bought me a ring at this store for Christmas. He specifically told the sales guy that he wasnt sure if I would like the ring. He was very apprehensive about the purchase. The sales guy encouraged him to purchase it and told him that he could exchange it. the problem was that he never told my husband that he couldnt get a refund. There are no signs that state their return policy anywhere in this store. You will find out if you read your receipt or when you try to get a refund and are told so. When we contacted the corporate office they blew us off. We went to the BBB but Bulgari completely ignored them. We had to go to the NYC consumer affairs office to have them investigate this store. If it werent for them, we would have been out, thousands of dollars because there was no way I was going to wear anything made by this crappy company. If you do have a problem with their refund policy, contact consumer affairs. They were the only ones who were able to help us.

I would like to request attention from the store on how your staff treats customers. We were very pleased with the first staff and then this Asian looking staff came asking the first staff to switch with him. I went there to check on new Serpenti collection rings for me and my bf and asked for the one without diamond as one with diamond was too shinny for my bf. And then this guy started being rude; tapping fingers on the table, asking us to come to other side and walking too fast, not smiling, not responsive to our questions and not paying right amount of attention. I don’t understand how this can happen in high end store like Bvlgari. I will wait for your response.

Gorgeous gem of architecture and Uber luxury fitting for its eternally beautiful lighted and chiseled, detailed, faceted facade. Be certain to know how to pronounce it correctly or be shamed, however silently and subtle... Its a place to aspire to or inspire one to aspire. Not in a facetious, materialist or flaunting of fortune, rather in a primal and instinctive appreciation of the forgotten art of the hand crafted goods, created as modern day artifacts, hearkening to a time when everything was made to be passed down and last for generations. Ya get me? You hand down BVLGARI in a will as a testament to the quality we should all demand and deserve. We dont add our IKEA organizer to our worldly estate of accumulated lifes treasures. Pass by and truthfully tell me you are not drawn in like a moth to the flame... I know its not just me.

We couldn’t find the proper wedding band sizes available in our country, we had to order them and wait for 4 months to get them back!I found them available in 5th Avenue’s store. In almost 2 emails with an immediate response my personal advisor Alexander a very kind client advisor kept the rings we wanted as well as with great professionalism advised me to decide for the right size... even though I was emailing from the other side of the world.When my fiancé went to get them, he experienced an excellent service, all the personnel were very professional, kind and polite. Thank you all for everything!

Don’t go there!Absolutely terrible service! One of the worst I ever had at Bulgari. Came in for a band replacement and battery change ... dealt with two sales people Jack Huang who ordered a band which as it turned out didn’t fit my watch. And he promised to have my battery change when the band is delivered. He called for me to come in - yet made sure not to be in the store to finish assisting me.Alexander Moschini took over (took him 3 phone calls to Jack) ... as it turned out the band didn’t fit, no closing part was ordered at all, and they’ve refused to change the battery ... saying that for just 150$ I will need to wait 3 weeks ... that’s after already wasting 10 days!Not a single apology for their mistakes and misinformation! Alexander just mentioned once that it was Jack’s fault ... how “nice” of him.

Worst customer service ever, you cant get a hold of any one in customer service or sales department. Sales people are awful they sell you things without telling you about the policy. Dont buy from here, you can get way better qualify somewhere else, and way better customer service. You would think they would have a great customer service especially how expensive everything is.

Extremely rude customer service. I bought their jewelry online. There was some issue with my cards so they called my to verify. The service person is so rude and blame me for not using my cards right??? Is this really the attitude such store should have? Bvlgari really needs to check their human resources department...

Customer Service is a MISNOMER. Instead of being thought of as part of the sales department, its the place where clients are considered an inconvenience and a profit center. Just go and take your watch in when you scratch the crystal and see what happens. Ridiculous.Some of their designs are fabulous but when you buy, know that you will have to find other people to service...........and thats not a problem as there are plenty of them. For instance, for watches you can use Watch Repair Co. at 62 West 47 Street

When i needed my wifes B Zero serviced because it needed a battery change, i was told that the price was $150 (plus tax), when i brought the watch to the 5th Ave store, the sales associate that i spoke to NEVER put the service order in. I was contacted a few days later and asked what i wanted done. I was then told that my servicing would cost $450 and it was needed for 6 weeks to ensure the quality of the repair. When i balked at the price of repair, i was told that i could have my wifes watch back in just a few days for the $150 price. When i picked it up, THE TIME WAS NOT EVEN SET!!! Needless to say, neither i nor any person that knows of my experience will purchase a Bulgari product ever again. I am thoroughly disappointed.

My fiancé and I just flied all the way to NY from Vancouver to buy the wedding bands there. But the service after sale is horrible. No one picked up the calls, or called back after my fiancé called 10 times with 10 messages, regarding to the mistakes that they made during our visit. It seems that no one will care about you, and my salesperson just disappeared after selling me the wedding bands.
