Went in there to get the watch fixed, the service was good, but the only thing that took it down from a 5 to 4 star is that all other customers were offered a bottle of water except for us...yes, during that 45 minutes wait, we were the only ones not getting the complimentary water, the sales rep not even asked us about it.It is not about the water, it is about a gesture, it is about the service, the service that any high end stores or any 5 star hotels should do. The high price we pay is not just for the luxury items, it is also for the high end services.

Miguel is a great salesman. He helps you decide which watch you want and is sensitive to your needs without being pushy. I would highly recommend him because hes also very knowledgeable.

I went to this place on Friday 4-5-19. Water had got into my watch and I brought it for service. My watch is under a 5 year warranty protection. The person who I talked to, Damaris Martinez, was quite unpleasant . She intended to charge me with $700 and lectured me about not take a shower with the watch, nor swim. The watch is water resistant to 50 meters.

Went to this boutique to personally try on some watches. They have a great selection with a very helpful staff. Carlos was very attentive, a real professional who is both passionate about watches and knows the Omega product line. He was a pleasure to work with and promptly followed up with all my inquires. I highly recommend him if you go here.

Recently opened and is located in the mall on the ground level. Dont let the address fool you.Clean, well kept, with knowledgeable salespeople. It is a bit out of my way but a must go if you are in the area and are looking for a watch our just to window shop.For a limited time they are also showing historical omega pieces.

I just needed to buy a micro adjustment clasp for my seamaster professional 300 so I called first to see if it was in stock and it was by the time I got there and gave them my name they had it ready for me to pick up two salespeople offered to install it for me they are the nicest people and extremely professional the store itself is a sight to see the collection is huge the place is gorgeous this without a doubt is the best omega boutique for miles around

Treated very poorly. Wouldnt show me or let me try a single timepiece. Sales person would tell me the price first (without asking) then give me information of the watch. Not to mention most informations that he gave me was wrong and dont match their website. Will never go back to that shop or brand again.

Clean, and a very knowledgeable staff, knew the answer to every question I had regarding movement adjustment and regulations.

The staff are AMAZING ⌚️😋 and very helpful. I got 2 glasses of Champagne and they have a lot more watch models than the one on 5th ave. FYI DONT go to the one on 5th ave, they are not nice and have less watch choices.
