I bought a IKohe Bench Mounted Saw Table form zak jewelary tools ( u can see in the site : Bench Accessories 34$) but they send a second hand poor brass plate with so many scratch, i can make a bench pin much more better than this !!!!!! buying from zak is never recomonded.

Horrible customer service Faust the one in charge of the tools is dishonest. The owner Karoline Rosier is not able to return the piece in good condition. flee from this site. Hand tools are of poor quality. And high prices. I lost my money and the worst part is that I dont have the tool in good condition. flee from this place. There is no guarantee of anything.

Zaks is the best place to go in the diamond district to get supplies and equipment . i bought my bench there, they only had one left and it was the display. They took the other display equipment off it, and wheeled it downstairs for me. When it couldnt fit it my car, the guy went back up to get a tool, and he took it apart while guiding me on how to put it back together. Great great service!

Sometimes you just need it fast. They also have a full selection of plating and etching chemicals that can be a hassle to get shipped.

Wanted to look at a gem setting microscope and buy some carbide burs. Every single salesman avoided eye contact. Two turned their back on me and leaned on the counter while I was standing in front of them. Zak must be a front, because they sure arent interested in selling anything. Ill go to Myron Tobeck tomorrow and get what they couldnt be bothered to sell me today.

Very bad attention from the seller, it seemed that he did not want to sell and was doing me a favor. For example, he told me that the limes were A and they were Italian. I would recommend going to another store that serves you more eagerly and that the tools they sell should be owned by other stores.
