This place was such a good find. The selection was just what I needed, shopping around for a jewelry box is hard work, but the service was great and the workers were attentive.

Great products but the experience in the store is dissapointing. The sales assistants are not very interested in engaging you and one was even quite rude, laughing at simple questions and rolling her eyes. I was planning an in store event. I called Jewelry Display on a Monday morning to see if I could have displays by Friday. I asked if I should call there NY location for faster shipping. I was told that the prices for the NY store are higher than if I ordered online and if I place my order now (Monday morning) the order would probably ship Monday, but latest Tuesday. This would assure delivery by Friday. I immediately placed the order and wrote in the comments that if they could not ship by Tuesday to please let me know. No one contacted me and on Wed I received a UPS confirmation with delivery on Monday. They never shipped by Tuesday as promised. When I emailed them I was told I needed to call. When I said I did, I was told there were no notes on my order that I called. Someone screwed up and all they can say is sorry for the inconvenience. If this was business, I would have upgraded shipping and made sure the customer had what they needed since it was clearly a mistake. Mistakes happen, its what you did to rectify it that shows who you really are. Happily paying overnight shipping from Jewel Box Co to get what I need on time.

Horrible service the workers are so rude always laughing in your face never understand what Iam saying. And the owner Jaya even worse always telling her clients you don’t have to buy here you can leave like who tells there clients that so rude. Jaya never wants to listen to what anyone has to say never lets me return things talking about same day to get your money back like not even 1 day to get your money back. The workers are always in the back laughing and talking and when the clients come in they take forever to come to the front. It’s very disorganized .Especially the guy that works there he is very slow and takes forever. I wondered what happened to the girl with the glasses she was very nice and very helpful every time I went in she was very attentive and helpful. I suggest you guys go to zacks at 55west 47thst. We decided to make the pouches as a gift to our clients. I placed a sizeable order with Jaya of Jewelry Display of NY a year ago for multiple size high-end pouches with our company’s logo. I got delivery the end of March 2015. I recently had customers coming back to see us and I’ve noticed that our logo is completely wiped off. Last week I’ve decided to test the pouches for myself and handed a pouch to each employee. I was shocked when I saw that I couldn’t read our logo, almost no trace of the silver stamping of our logo even with a very light use of over one weekend. I contacted Jaya to let her know of our findings and she completely ignored the issue. Making excuses that she can’t do anything about it as it’s been 11 months later and she can’t call the factory she got it from. Furthermore, insinuating if were lying to her. She didn’t care to get one of the pouches she made sent back to her to test the product for herself.If you’re interested in seeing and testing the pouch for yourself I would be more than happy to send you one, you need to see the poor quality of the stamping. I’m in a high-end business and would expect one to give us the same courtesy as we give our clients.We live in the year 2016, for someone to think they can sell you a poor product and charge you “A quality” price and get away with it.
