Three days after I placed an order, I heard from them that they were out of that item and that their supplier said it would be 3-4 months (during COVID) before they could fill my order. They offered a full refund, which I accepted and they processed in an additional five days. Would try them again, but confirm items are in stock.

Great experience. They had the part I needed in stock; it arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Unless you spend $99, the shipping is high (since individuals often dont need large orders), and thats my only minor issue - but it was still considerably less than it would have been from the manufacturer. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are very disrespectful when it comes to assisting non-Plumbers that’d prefer NOT to enlist in an expensive plumbing service. I know exactly what items I’m looking for. Yet, They refuse to acknowledge my presence. I’d rather to go Ferguson Plumbing Supply and pay the extra money. Simply because, their respect and assistance is genuine and should match their prices. In short, if I’m being given respect, I have no problem with paying slightly more for the exact items that I want.

Ordered a part with 2 day priority shipment and paid expedited shipping charges and received it in 7 days. I asked for a shipping refund and was told to take it up with USPS! The CS reps response was poorly written, unprofessional and very inflammatory. Guess they don’t want me as a customer again. Please be advised if you want a product in a hurry this is not the place to buy from.

Ordered repairs parts for an eljer toilet. Shipping charges were excessive but that was my choice. Parts were packed and shipped quickly. Inspected upon arrival and everything looked right. Installed the parts and the quality was non existent. The adjustment screw would not hold when you flushed and actually pushed right back up into the cap. All that was usable was the rubber gasket and plunger. So I spent $27 for two 5 cent pieces of rubber. Contacted the company and now it’s been over a week with no response. Stay away and purchase elsewhere. Quality 0. Customer service 0. Taking your money and shipping quickly 10

As a plumber, I went there for few times and they got most of spare parts.But the worst thing is that there is big guy who is always very nasty towards his clients. The way his acting and talking to customers are very unfortunate specially during this pandemic.May be he is owner/manager but I don’t care what he is. We need better service.

I was looking for an adapter to connect my portable washer to my non standard size faucet. I was referred to this store by another plumbing store. From the moment I talked to the seller he just kept telling me that what I wanted to do was impossible and that I should buy another faucet. I just wanted to know if those types of adapters existed (even if the store dont sell them) the seller wouldnt even listen to what I was saying and told me that Im just repeating the same question. Yes sir I was repeating the same question because you were not listening to me. Guess what? After doing some research online I was able to find the adapter ( and I am far from being a plumber or an expert), and for 15$ I was able to connect my washer to my faucet and it is working perfectly fine. Replacing my faucet would have cost at least 100$. Dear seller ( I which I took your name) if you dont know what youre talking about its ok to say I dont know instead of giving wrong information that could lead customers to spending more money and more hassle. Customers come to your store expecting to get an expert advice not your personal opinion. I dont know if workers now are just less knowledgeable or just lazy but I am very happy I did not listen to you.

Ordered a part and my invoice clearly stated Shipping: 1 to 3 business day. It never came. I repeatedly called and they assured me if would come. It never came. Last time I called, I was told I would receive an email updating me on the shipping date from the manufacturer. The email never came. Just called to cancel my order. Guessing my refund probably wont come either.

Ordered parts (cartridge and o-rings) and received box from NYRPCorp. Gave box directly to plumber who opened box and discovered o-rings were missing. E-mail received from NYRPCorp a few days prior indicated both cartridge and o-rings were shipped together. (See attached - Your order has been delivered.) Called company, Roxanne said they did not have o-rings at time of shipping cartridge, o-rings will come later. Now I have to pay plumber to come back once again. (Roxanne said I should learn to install o-rings myself!) Called Rick (apparently an owner) to find out what happened, he said I should have checked box before calling plumber. I disagreed explaining I am not in the business of knowing what is included or not when it comes to shipping plumbing parts and NYRPCorp should have provided a courtesy call or e-mail indicating o-rings would not be included. (Instead, as mentioned above, received the e-mail saying BOTH cartridge and o-rings were shipped). Rick said hes not going to foot the cost for bringing the plumber back to install o-rings. He said he fixes cars and always checks the box when he receives parts to make sure everything included. Whatever Rick. Stupid analogy - reminded him that Im not a plumber and expected his company to deliver what they said they would, especially after receiving an e-mail saying Your order has been delivered i.e. cartridge AND o-rings. Bottom line, what NYRPCorp says is being shipped may not be accurate and may cost you money. Will report to BBB.

They had a part that I had all but given up on finding. I live in a pre-Civil War farmhouse with very old plumbing, had nothing but a picture of the old part to work with, and found it available quickly and easily on their site. Not only that, but they shipped it out faster than I even hoped possible! Living without a shower is no fun, but getting it fixed when you thought it might have to be replaced? Thats truly great service.

I was looking for a discontinued part that Kohler no longer makes. They advertised it as being available. I paid $32 for 2 of these parts +12 shipping, which was a high premium. They sent me a part that is a $12 part and generally available. Then they refused to refund the entire amount, claiming it was somehow my fault for buying the wrong part. False advertising and poor customer service. Buyer beware.

Called ahead to check if they had my obscure replacement part in stock. Very friendly service over the phone. Picked up the part in store without issue, and for much less than online retailers.Had low expectations due to reviews on google, but came away as a pleasantly surprised and very satisfied customer.

Going here is a little like going to the DMV. Only go if you have to.Their no nonsense approach to customer service will make you feel like you should gone elsewhere. On the plus side, they are probably the best stocked plumbing supply in the city so when you go there you can go with the confidence they probably have what you are looking for.You just wont walk away feeling good about spending $1000 for a basic shower set.....I hope it was worth it.

They helped me with my odd model of toilet and finding the weird little off the wall flapper part that the Home orange box store didn’t carry. So I said hey what’s the chance that all of my weird toilets will have this problem so I bought several of them and low and behold good thing I did they all were leaking. I ordered a hard to find faucet repair part. My big box hardware store did not even have the part available on line. The price was very good, and the shipping was quick. I will definitely use them again if I need plumbing parts.

Ordered parts for an urgent plumbing job, placed the order on Tues, they told me parts would arrive on Thurs, called them on Friday and they said they would arrive that day. They didnt so I had to buy them again elsewhere and pay emergency rate for weekend plumber.
