How does this place have the reviews that they have is mind blowing! First off before they even come out to see the issue they are already telling you it’s $575 before coming to even see what the issue might be... does that even make sense? Horrible service and customer service!

It was 1am Sunday morning when my electrical problem began. I panicked after seeing a spark from an electrical box in the boiler room of my basement. In a situation like this, you cant sleep. After calling several 24 hr electricians in my area, I finally stumbled across this company. All I can say is thank you Jesus, George guided me through shutting down the electricity going through that line because I was hearing the current. We had an electrical outage and how our entire home at 2 in the morning we tried to search for emergency electrician however everyone was closed until we scroll a little further down we came across New York City electricians they picked up the phone very easy to speak to and they understand exactly what happened they dispatch an emergency electrician to our home and in minutes after arrival technician name Peter found the problem and possibly save our life and our home there was a burning electrical panel down in the basement the wire was totally burned coming from the street Peter quickly disconnect the wire unwired the electrical panel he had an electrical panel in his emergency truck he gave us temporary power until they was able to come back the in the late morning when all the supply house was open so they could get the appropriate materials needed to do the final repair they left us with heat and hot water and Light they came back and took care of the problem fast and effectively with a decent price we love you New York City electrician thank you for saving our home and our lives
