The cleanest, healthiest, and most organized grocery store I’ve ever been to! If you’re vegan/vegetarian, you will be in grocery store heaven. The prices are unusually reasonable for the area. I only wish I lived closer so I could do all of my shopping here.

The staff are all so friendly and eager to help if you can’t find something. I have even asked them when they didn’t have something and they ordered it for me. It was there a few days later. Very accommodating. :)

One of my kids has a very restricted diet. Health & Harmony is the only 1 stop shop where I can buy all the food. From dinners, lunch foods, snacks and desserts. Fresh produce as well and the prices are amazing considering it’s a boutique grocery store in prime west village. I always find the staff wonderful as well. Vegan, gluten free, soy free options. Amazing!!

They always have what I need. And on the off chance that they dont, the owner always finds a way to accommodate me. Overall it is just a great grocery store, run by some really nice people.

One of the best health food grocery stores in manhattan where you can find a great selection of vitamins, kombucha and kimchi, but also the unusual: Goat milk yogurt! Stevia sweetened dark chocolate!

I always know I can count on them to be very knowledgeable about natural supplements, food, and everything else they carry. Very good prices, too. Very courteous and professional.

Tons of vegan items, well stocked, and staff are friendly! Prices are normal for West Village, less than I was expecting from a “health food” store - on a lot of vegan specialty stuff they beat Brooklyn Fare’s prices

A little pricey but good selection and helpful employees

I paid for some stuff with 2 crispy 20s which were stuck together. They chased me half way down the block to give me back my extra 20. They are nice people. However they charge $14.99/lb ($3.30/100 grams) for almond butter. Thats about twice what Wholefoods charges.

These guys are the best. Very knowledgable and helpful. Always willing to deliver, even if its a small order.A fantastic neighborhood resource.

The prices are very high and is not so many variaty in some especific product but to much in innecesary stof like yogurt

Great selection / helpful when looking for stuff. Guess the folks with poor reviews had some sort of dispute - not sure what types of disputes you have with a health food store, but Ive always found them polite in 50+ times Ive been there.

This store carries good stuff and is cheaper than whole foods etc and is family run. The staff is always very helpful.

Good selection, but tight aisles are hard to navigate. Wish they had bulk bins for nuts, grains, etc.

What was interesting of Health and Harmony is the space that is utilized throughout the store.They have everything from vitamins, fresh produce and meat. All the frozen food and ice cream is in the back of the store. They also have my favorite gluten free brownie by Foods by George. They never run out of products. I saw some workers climb a high ladder to reach the products up on the shelf in case some products are sold out.The manager Tarik was helpful to find me Green Vibrance.Pro-Great customer service, prices are moderate and is better then most health food stores. e.g Green Vibrance cost less then other stores around NYC.

The manager of this place, Mr. Ramzi is a total douche-bag. I went there looking for a job (a recruiter sent me) and met with Ramzi. Ramzi told me to bring my college schedule so we could work something out. He ignored my infinite calls and made someone take the calls instead with excuses that cannot better describe Ramzi. I finally decided to call him the next day on his cell phone. He answered, but after realizing it was me he told me he would call me back from his work phone. I thought this guy was genuinely busy so decided to go to the store and meet him face to face so that I could quickly let him know my schedule. When I reached the store,Ramzi told me this: Mr. Ramzi is not available right now. Ignorant by the fact that he had personally met me a few days back, this inexplicably unpleasant guy thought hed outsmarted me by telling me that he himself was not available. I still dont get it why he could not have told me directly that he did not require any assistance at the store.
