It is a very well run business. It is clean. The employees are well trained and interact with customers well. The food is very good from morning breakfast to well made salads at lunch. Certainly a heck of a lot better than Pret and the sneeze takeout bars in the neighborhood.

Very clean restraint and delicious food. I got the turkey Cuban and an orange juice for $11. I really enjoyed the sandwhich. It tasted very fresh, and service was very pleasant.

Quick food with good choices and healthy options. Green smoothie was tasty but sweet. Aloha smoothie very good. One in party said chicken pesto was delicious. Seems to have a lot of European touristis. One restroom and 6 tables for seating. Good for a quick lunch when near Wall St.

I went to Flavors in the morning to buy breakfast. The service was great and my breakfast sandwich was good. After work I decided to go back to get a quinoa bowl for dinner. I placed my order but, was disappointed because the amount of what I paid and the little condiments that was mixed in was scarce for the amount of money that I paid. I feel that the bowl was overpriced and the displayed product looked way more appealing than what I had ordered.

Very good. Buy this over street meat any day of the week. Basically the same prices especially in this area. 8.99 for a full sandwich is more filling than 8.99 for half a sandwich and soup FYI.

A quinoa ball that doesnt fail anywhere.Five ingredients and proteins (chicken, beef, salmon, etc.) can be clot in the base sauce. It was so sweet and delicious! The sandwiches are also quite delicious! Perfect for a healthy lunch!

Wonderful option in sandwich and pasta. I think that when you leave the walk of the statue of liberty it is necessary to visit this place. It is clean and economical. It also includes drinks
