Nice and selected products. U must see inside. Good prices!!!!

A cute greeting card store with many surprising three dimensional designs. However the store is very poorly managed and with very uninviting customer service. All 3 employees were so busy chatting around the cashier and had zero interaction with all the customers in store during my last visit on August 15, 2019.

I came in the store to browse for a birthday card and left the store with two birthday cards, Thank you Cassidy and Kim for your wonderful customer service

More stores need customer support like Spencer. Patient with my indecisive wandering around the shop, can you help me find exactly what I needed. Thanks! Will be back again

Excellent presentation, staff, and merchandise. The cards are displayed in thematic areas. The Disney cards, nature cards, and animal cards were my favorite. Everything was laid out beautifully.The staff was incredible. They were helpful and personable. They explained why some cards were more expensive than others due to trademark or copyright. All were original and breathtaking. They also had a special deal to buy so many and get one free. It helped reduce the cost.The cards are well crafted, and forever keepsakes. We purchased Christmas cards and general cards for family and friends. Later, the recipients told us how much fun they had opening them and displaying them. This is a store where you WILL spend money - a little or a lot, it’s up to you.

Wonderful idea of greeting card

I ordered the Jack Skellington Pop up flowers for my fiancée ad I thought they looked rather amazing and were having a Halloween wedding. Well let me warn you out there who want to order a particular card or item for you loved ones on a particular day. Not only did I pay for 2 day shipping and relieve them 4 days later (though I was refunded the shipping) but they arrived today and they sent her HAPPY BIRTHDAY pop up flowers. Only order from this place if youd like everything that could go wrong to do just that.

Love the cards. Lots of cute designs for different occasions. First learned about the company when they appeared on Shark Tank. Happy with my purchase But the customer service leaves something to be desired. Had I not wanted to get something special for my anniversary, I would not have bought anything from this store. The staff are not friendly and not excited about the product. I was thinking about taking advantage of their 4 for $40 sale but was not encouraged to do so with such bad service and that fact that the licensed cards did not go towards this deal.

I had ordered from this place many times before but after waiting three weeks for my latest order the usual complaint about the virus was the excuse given to me by customer service. If they didnt have the virus to blame I dont know what they would do. For the price I am paying I expect much better service. This is my last order.
