My happy place. I do always have to wait a little bit before getting the sales persons attention but once you’ve decided on what you want, the rest is speedy. You get personalized attention and leave happily with a small blue bag. :) I’ve brought many pieces back to be cleaned and serviced. Good service.

I never have a bad experience when I arrive at the flagship Tiffany location, but Natasha was such a delight. She was very attentive and welcoming. A few weeks later, I received a hand written note from her. I can’t wait to see her again in December. Anytime you are in this location ask for Natasha.

One of the most iconic and beautiful store on 5th ave! I highly recommend this place to get that jewelry for that special someone. I took my girl here last valentine to select a charm, and this place is the definition for diamonds are a girl best friend.The employees are super friendly and helpful. I would different shop here again and again until I’m broke. Lol the best part of selecting a piece of jewelry from this place is that how special and rare the experience feels. I was even more happy to see the smile my girlfriend had upon opening that Tiffany’s box.

Extremely nice associates. You can explore the entire 3 floored store without the expectation that you have to buy something. We did go with an intention to check out rings and Lind really helped. He was so calm and really made my fiancé feel at ease while trying out rings since men aren’t used to rings on their fingers! He asked us very meaningful questions as to what we want the ring to signify. He even gave us his card with the ring we liked and helped us with our ring sizes even though we didn’t buy anything.. really felt at ease and not intimidated :)

This review applies to the Tiffany & Co customer service, not this particular store. But, I wanted to share that I had quite negative customer experience - they were seeming to be unhelpful. I shipped in an older Tiffanys chain for a repair and they quoted me as much as a new chain. So I cancelled the repair and ordered a new necklace. The new necklace would not fit the original pendant. I contacted customer service and they said, Id need to ship the new chain in for a repair (and pay the shipping plus the repair myself). A subsequent call to customer service rep told me that the repair rep should have told me they replace the damaged chains with new chains. (No one told me this in the multiple email exchanges). They offered no shipping back or anything to remedy the situation. So now I have a new chain and a broken old chain. I have had this necklace since I was 16. So I will not be buying anything from Tiffanys in the future.

My husband and I booked an appointment for wedding bands - we assumed we’d be with a sales representative who would sit with us, go thru the different styles, etc... Gigi, who helped us, was disinterested and unhelpful. Our appointment consisted of us looking thru the jewelry in the cases and having her show us what was available with very little insight or help. I’ve always wanted to get a Tiffany ring, but this experience turned me off to it completely.

My fiancé and I came here and were taken straight to the private suite which was AMAZING! He decided to surprise me for our anniversary!! The suite had so many gorgeous pieces (all of which he ended up getting for me); the diamond necklace I got is so gorgeous - I cannot stop looking at it. The staff were super friendly and professional! Thank you Tiffany & Co for a wonderful shopping experience and the gorgeous pieces - we will definitely be back!

Felicia in the Home & Accessories department was very helpful and easy to talk to. Cant wait to see her again for my dog bowls! Lady host or person at the door, not so much.

Friend house warming was coming up soon, passed by Tiffany and co and found out they sell everything from spoons to plate and all these household item. Went ahead and got them a Tiffany colored glasses cup set which it’s a big pricy for a damn cup. But it’s looks good in term handing it’s out as a gift.

Nice, but they dont sell any chamber pots which is a little disappointing.

I went to your store looking for an engagement ring. Miss Jerta, the sales professional, suggested to me a beautiful pearl engagement ring which my now fiance really loves. The service was very professional and attentive.

I ordered online Dec 21st, with the guarantee it would be delivered by Christmas with complimentary 2 day shipping. I received my order on Dec 28th. I thought I could trust the integrity of a luxury retailer yet I was mistaken. This event was unprofessional and a poor first impression of the iconic “Tiffany Co.” brand. I should have paid for the two day shipping maybe it would have arrived in time for Christmas.

What a wonderful experience I had at the Tiffany Flagship (around the corner) from their usual 5th Avenue store which is under construction. It was like little elves transformed this empty space almost overnight into a glorious version of the original store.The people who greeted me outside made me instantly happy to come in and then there is a COVID system in place of having a salesperson meet you at the escalator to keep everyone a safe distance from each other. It made me feel very comfortable shopping there.The day of my visit I was lucky enough to get a delightful saleswoman named Jizhi Li. She was helpful and friendly and showed me every thing I was interested in seeing. I explained her to exactly what I was looking for and she said she would do some research on availability and price and email me asap. She totally understood what my price range was and what quality of diamond I was searching for. She really listened. Within a day or two she had the information for me. One of my questions had to be researched more and she promised me should would get back to me as soon as she had the information and thats just what she did. Jizhi (Gigi) is exactly what you would expect from such a class operation as Tiffany. She was friendly, warm, efficient and was an expert about the product.Thank you Jizhi! Your service shines as much as the diamonds as Tiffany do.A truly fantastic experience all around.

I recently purchased a gift . I was assisted by Melanie. She was extremely helpful and very kind. I mentioned I was taking the gifts overseas, so she took the time to personally wrap the breakable gifts with additional layers of bubble wrap to ensure they would remain intact whilst still presenting the gift beautifully. Highly recommend shopping at this Tiffany & Co location!

Background: NYC has reopened and Tiffany has too and, as per its website, an appointment is not needed to visit the temporary Fifth Ave store on 57th Street. I stopped at the entrance to the store with mask on, there was an employee standing outside the entrance and no lines.Me: Can I come in?Employee at entrance: Do you know what you want?

This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when it comes to buying a gift for someone. The staff that was there (around 5-6pm on Friday Oct 4) were so help , I believe that salespersons name was Kayla? Either way they was just a really awesome group of people. I was pretty clueless as to what to get my girlfriend and was pointed into the right direction based on her preferences and my budget. They have earned a customer in me for future gifts and I hope management commends their staff.

This is a much smaller Tiffany than others, so dont expect a large selection of items. They have some wonderful items in the store and a decent variety. However, if youre looking for a bigger selection of rings or jewelry, youll have to visit another location. The staff, as is always expected at Tiffany, is very friendly and helpful.

One associate showed me the keyrings and then said they would have to get someone to help with pricing, etc. Took my name and I waited and waited. Another customer was also approached, told the same thing, offered a drink and form to fill out. No purchase made as when I finally was assisted, she clearly didnt want to be bothered.

I knew exactly what we wanted but we had to wait quite a while to even be acknowledged at the counter. The lady who worked that area was with another customer, but didn’t even reassure us she would help us soon. I asked someone else in the area who was not with customers and she immediately got someone else to serve us. He was prompt in meeting our needs and said “I think this was my fastest sale ever”

Ive been to Tiffanys all over the country and this one really made me second guess as to whether or not Id be buying more pieces. Car sales men tactics left me feeling slimmy. I still bought a beautiful classic piece for my wife, but the service was abysmal. When we returned on a different trip and went in to get the necklace detangled because of our flight, my wife got reprimanded. She had followed the instructions of keeping it in the box and yet they decided to reprimand her. Every other Tiffanys Ive been to was so wonderful and left us with such a nice experience. Its disappointing this one is so...slimey.

The Tiffanys store on 5th Ave is the most prestigious jewelry store in NYC and you can see diamonds and high quality jewels, on the 4th floor is The Blue Box Café, we went to have coffee with cakes and macarrons for $ 32 c / tax and tip, the place is impressive with its typical Tiffanys blue color and with a magnificent view of Central Park, high quality crockery and with the bill they gave us a postcard, the staff is very friendly both in the jewelry and in the cafeteria, ask for reservations in advance on the web, shifts are scarce for The Blue Box Café.

Tiffany is without a doubt one of the must-sees when we travel to New York ... Located in one of the best areas of the city for skyscrapers. The building is very large and is distributed over several floors. From the most impressive jewels ... (brilliants, sapphires, quality emeralds) to an extensive collection in silver with iconic designs of the brand. The treatment is unbeatable and professional. They give you a drink or glass of champagne. Do not stop visiting it.

The unmissable classic for all of us who love the designs of this great firm.

Emblematic jewelry store on the 5th near Central Park and the Apple. In one of its upper floors you will find the most affordable silver jewelry and pendants with the typical heart with the Tiffany engraving. They attended us in Spanish very kindly and even offered us drinks.
