The best. Been buying linen from them for years. To the woman saying they are a fraudulent company, I believe they are short staffed at their warehouse due to Covid. Last time I checked Mike is in charge there. You have to bug them a bit to get in touch but he will work with you and offers excellent service. He gave me his cell to get in touch directly and honored the price of linen that I had paid for some samples I made a few years ago since the price has increased due to the current crisis, etc. Great company, good kind people.

Absolutely no customer service. Placed an order and cant get anyone to tell me why it hasnt been shipped after 10 days. Would never order from them again. UPDATE: Finally got my order but not the fabric I ordered. Cant get an answer about what happened. Listed a fabric as heavy weight linen, which I paid for, and got lightweight linen. Fraud. Im going to have to go to my credit card company to get this fixed.

The store moved from 39th to 37th and I had no idea until an employee at Butterfly fabrics told me. I recognized that Butterfly moved from 35th street. Its been a couple of years for me.Ive only purchased my linen fabric from this store and the quality of my garments have lasted for years. The new store is beautiful and organized. After scouring other stores and climbing over sliding bolts of fabric it felt serene here. The owner of the store immediately showed me fabricsOne downside is that it was was challenging to find. Theres another entrance to a different building with the same building address. I meant to take a picture but it was confusing and work to find them. I believe the address might be in white numbers + on glass + sunny day =🤷🏾‍♀️

The waiting time is much longer then other companies, and they sell way more tickets then they have space for on their busses. Anything else is better.
