I put in an order for wallcovering on April 4th, 2018. It was a decent sized order, but I still dont have the product and its May 31st. I have been given the run-around by associates on the phone since the beginning of May. They have told me several times that the product should be ready to ship on a certain date, but that date seems to change every time I call. Despite being late with the order, they refuse to upgrade the shipping because its going to cost too much (my order is for over $3,000.00).I would not use their wallcovering if you have a time restriction on your project. I realize back-ordered items take time to produce, but this is unacceptable. I could also do without the phone associates making false promises and telling me there is nothing I can do. I have ordered wallcovering from nearly every distributor in the United States, and this is by far the worst experience I have had in over 10 years.
