I cant have any better words to say about Chelsea Textiles! The team in the showroom was so kind and lovely, they made purchasing their products such a smooth process. Their fabrics are absolutely gorgeous and the company puts in an incredible amount of effort and thought into their products! Highly recommend!

The craftsmanship that goes into their hand-made furniture and hand-embroidered fabric is beyond beautiful. Very helpful and informative staff. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Chelsea Textiles sold directly to our client after two expensive commodes were lost by the freight company. After they were recovered we called to let our client know and found out that Chelsea Textiles had sold the last two to them directly. Very inappropriate. But they did say they would take them back if we paid to get them to NJ. and forgo the restocking fee. We did that and they took back the offer once there and charged 25%. Having sold them 4 times was not enough. It was very disreputable and I would not use them again. The company at one time was highly reputable.
