One of the best stores I’ve visited in my life! Experience is very unique and curated. Product display is great and staff was fantastic. Highly recommended and their only store in the world! I’m not particularly into music but will for sure consider their products after this visit... now I need to have that sound system to watch a movie... 😍

Best WiFi speakers you can get and here you can try them all out. In a quiet setting in a private room. However, the rooms are a bit small, so that obviously gives you a different sounded feeling then the one you get at home. In any event in you aim for high end high or super special, Sinus is the way to go, we have about 10 at home and the system works perfect! Even a convenient setup with a break and two additional speakers is great. It produces excellent sound for the childrens concerns setup. Last but not least, smart speaker? I guess it works, but you can disable it if you dont care.

I have been a Sonos customer for about 10 years and am finally giving up. The software constantly has weird updates and bugs, and tech support is poor. For the price point of the speakers I would expect better customer service.Some issues I’ve had include: speaker volume goes up to full on its own (this is a known horrible bug many people have experienced from Sonos), different speakers in the house are playing out of sync (within half a second or so but enough to sound weird when you’re in earshot of multiple speakers), Sonos releases a software update and pairing/groupings of speakers disappear from the app and need to be reinstalled.

The most unpredictable, unreliable tech product I’ve ever owned. Been a Sonos customer for more than 8 years and enough is enough. Constantly encountering connectivity issues. Constantly choppy playback. Constantly requiring a hard reboot. It’s a terrible terrible product and I’ll never go back

DONT BUY. Great speakers. Horrible software and you get locked in to a closed system. Music skips etc. Read the app reviews. Probably a good short but I dont have the ...

Lapin and I came to check out some speakers. The staff was friendly and informative. We tried out one of the listening room which was pretty cool. The speakers are amazing but a little of the budget right now. Sadly, they dont run promotions...in the meantime I am saving up our pennies!

Cool store! Its a wonderful new concept. You get to go in one of the listening rooms and play anything you want and as loud as you want while trying out various configurations of the speakers.

They have a unique approach of presenting the product to their customers. They have a listening rooms that test the quality of the speakers, which is pretty cool. Its a new concept that shall give new experience to the customers.

Customer service is appalling, and manager very snarky. Great for tourists who just want to go blast music in tiny pods with 10 speakers inside. Strongly Recommend checking out Devialet across the street

The only reason I gave this piece of junk one star is because 0 stars is not an option. I dont understand how anyone can like this system. It has been nothing but frustration from the get-go. Do not waste your money. Sonos plays some of my radio stations sometimes but I can never count on it to play what I want when I want. No rep has been able to figure out why the problem is so pervasiveIve been in chat rooms and been to the brick and mortar. Polite people but no help. Having this system has been an unusually frustrating experience particularly because having a carefully chosen music collection in ones home is supposed to be a source of enjoyment. In addition to the radio station issues, I need to add that trying to get playlists to actually play is a horror. What a shame this Sonis is!

I was interested in the Playbar or Beam for my home. The staff was very helpful and the listening rooms were a great way to experience the product line. Roger (sales associate) gave me a chance to listen to tracks that I knew really well at my leisure versus Sonos demos only. This no hassle relaxed environment and getting the opportunity to A/B the products in different rooms gave me a lasting sonic impression of what the beam and playbar were capable of achieving in a space and ultimately led me to buying the Beam in store that day! Highly recommend a store visit if you are thinking of buying Sonos products.

Sonos is a wonderful idea that just does not work. One finds oneself constantly rebooting speakers, reinstalling the app, updating, getting various error messages, and doing various fixes all over again. More frustration than pleasure. Stay away from this system.

Sonos bricks their expensive devices so you have to buy new ones. Perfectly good devices are being bricked by Sonos through internet and rendered useless!!

Very interesting experience with soundproof rooms where you can demo the different products and see how the system works. I dont recommend going here if youre not prepared to spend a few hundred dollars because the speakers sound amazing and youre going to buy one.

Very cool store and very friendly staff. The staff could answer all my queries and helped me finalise my purchase but their delivery timeline doesnt live up to all that we see and experience. Their webpage mentions same day delivery for orders placed before 5pm and I placed it at 2.41pm on a Tuesday expecting it the same day because I live in the one of the five boroughs. I was told same day might not happen and I was fine with it as long as I get it the next day. After following up a couple of times I got to know it will be delivered on Thursday ( 2 days later). And also I got to know they charge $30 ( Courier) for same day delivery else it can take couple of days. Well, not a very big deal but I expected better service from them.

I mean, an amazing concept & aesthetically stunning. Inspirational, even! But after awhile one thing becomes glaringly evident: Sonos only sells like 4-5 products.

Cool space. They have little houses set up for you to experience the sound system but other than that not much else going on. Every so often they have an event.

The first Sonos store ever. There are many small houses built in the store, each of which represents a room or an option to place the speakers. The doors are insulated against sound. Unfortunately, these rooms are very small, which of course cannot be compared in reality. It is therefore difficult to compare with the realities at home. The sound is still top notch. Very nicely structured. I find it better than the Bose stores, where the systems are simply scanned into the large sales area. The prices are ok, one shouldnt forget the taxes, which are currently relatively high at 8.875%. You only save a little.
