Was planning to give a 5 star review because Lamont the manager helped me out with a problem but the custodian yelled at me for taking a picture of the store - which I was only taking for a positive review. I get that its midtown but he was very rude and a little aggressive in asserting his authority.

Ive never had a bad experience at this location. The staff both retail and pharmacy are amazing. Theyre friendly and always willing to help you find whatever youre looking for.

Spacious but pricey.

Pricey, but not surprising given the location (next to Penn and MSG.) We stop in periodically since we pass by fairy often and its pretty quick. Customer service isnt great, but isnt awful. Its meh. So far its had everything weve needed when we stopped in (including a pair of black cotton leggings in an emergency. )If customer service was better than meh Id give it a solid 4 stars.

We ,(me and my husband) received the COVID 19 vaccine today. We were very pleased with vaccination team. They were very helpful and very polite.Special thanks to Ms.RUMENA FARDAUS, who helped both of us a lot , during the entire process. She was very kind and very helpful. THANK YOU !!🤗

Worst photo printing service ever

If you are in mood for a treasure hunt, then must visit here. Theres no one to help you out, sign boards are not correct, and once you find anyone to help, she will just send you in the wrong direction.Terrible customer service and dull vibes.

I understand why they keep soaps and body wash locked away. But the wait time to get an employee to open the soaps is terrible today I waited 13 minutes to get body wash and soap and there was little to no customers in the store. 😤

Tried to buy theraflu for my 17 year old and they refused to sell it to me. Cvs across the st had no problem, sooooo. Waste of time

Well-stocked, well-organised, large convenience shop. Apart from the fact that it’s a multinational corporation that destroys local business, it’s a good place to find quality food (including fresh items !) and cosmetics. Right next to Penn Station & MSG.

Just bought a knock off iPhone charger for the same price as a lightning cable at the Apple Store and it didnt work straight out of the box. Threw away the receipt and the box on the way home so I cant return, I really cant believe it didnt work brand new

High prices and the staff member at checkout was rude. The only reason to go is the convenience to work but am going to avoid it going forward.

Not my favorite Duane Reade, but convenient. The lines here are usually pretty long - at any hour, and the cashiers never seem to be in a good mood. I guess thats what happens when youre so close to Penn Station, so I think I can understand why.

If youre a tourist make sure u check your bag when u leave the store cause this is the 2nd time in 1 week they held an item of mine back. When I returned to the hotel one item was missing. Customer services is bad cause the lady was rude hung up the phone when I called to complaint. Last time ot was a 4.99 hair comb ths time it was a body lotion of 11.99.

I hardly give one star to any business even when there is a bug in my food. But this DR must close their door. If thats not possible at least fire the man who works behind the counter. He was black, tall, rude and look down on customers. I am not going to name the person. He may think Asians and Hispanics are inferior to his kind?? Fire his butt. Also, he took my daughters Passport photo and did a terrible too. Of course he did a terrible job.

Usually well stocked with what you need. The staff has been very friendly considering it is right next to PENN. This store does need more staff on the registers. This location is extremely busy, and they have 2 employees checking out customers? This is the NYC way...

Decent size, fairly well stocked. Better than the one on 7th and 34th.

Early mornings is the best time to go to this store because the streets are clear and everything in the store is freshly stacked. Awesome spot I got in and got out in no time thanks DR
