Two types of New Yorkers live in the city. The type to stick to one coffee shop out of habit / convenience and then you have the type to actually try a new spot without fear of getting too much ice in their cup of coffee to start the morning. Today I felt fearless. Lol. Macadamia milk latter with an extra shot and a vibe to start the day. Love it.

Amazing customer service. Asher (barista) makes the best lattes in NYC. Also feel much safer there since everyone has to show vax card!

Very amazing place with very amazing coffee. I’ve never heard of it before and went in just because walked by and was thirsty. The I e coffee was strong and very tasty.The place itself is huge and even has a cinema theater on level -1.Really cool place, very recommended to all coffee lovers.

Ordered delivery and the drinks were okay, a bit too sweet but enjoyable nonetheless. Would go elsewhere if ordering in the future but would definitely try in person if we were close!

I use to love jacks there prices have recently gone insane and them not serving people because no vaccine which is crazy I have had covid and am a surviver of the deadliest flu thats ever walked this earth my chances were only 99.5 of living and I just held on to hope every day. Now that I am immune they are asking me to get a shot i do not need regardlessOf potential side effects that are known and no idea of long term ones. When I let a coffee company decide my medical decisions I am dead already.

I came here because it is called Stir Brew coffee. Unfortunately they do not have any manual brews. So I asked for an espresso, which was a correct cup. I asked in a ceramic cup and not paper, I do not like the taste of paper in my coffee. My espresso as I said was correct, nothing to write home about.My work partner ordered a macchiato and she really liked the quality of her coffee.We were there at early in the morning at 7 wherein the ambience was cosy. The baristas behind the counter were nice enough to comply to my fussy self of being served in a ceramic cup.I rated 5 stars because of these factors even though the coffee may not have been the best I tasted.

First of all they are blatantly discriminating against patrons, going beyond the mandate which only requires vaccination cards for indoor dining, absolutely not for to-go or take out (such as coffee) or bathroom usage. Furthermore, they have signs about “no cash” which is again a violation of New York State law, this business is unethical and disgusting, do not visit!

So I can come in, Be near other patrons but then you won’t let me purchase my coffee until I show you a vaccination card?? #canceljacks

Coffee is good, but even better is the loby of the Roxy Hotel where you can enjoy it. Amazing ambient! I just spent an hour on one of the comfy couches drinking coffee and reading a book.

The staff was very helpful on drinks menu as I was very indecisive. The oat milk cappuccino is one of the best and the iced organic black tea tastes clean and natural - amazing! Its a friendly coffee shop with good price that makes me want to come back again.

I absolutely love the ambiance of this place! I came here with a friend. I had the iced mocha w/ almond milk and a vegan apple cider doughnut. They were amazing. I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent organic, shade grown, fair trade stir brew!

This place is very cool! Great ambiance. The coffee is expensive ($5+ each), and its definitely not as beautiful as some places in NY, but its tasty. It took a long time for us to get ours because there was only one person behind the coffee bar who was taking orders as well as making them. I love that they had Macadamia milk, as well as some other non-dairy milk choices. I would likely go back to sit in the beautiful atrium that is there, but I would not go there for takeout coffee.

My new favorite coffee place! An attractive balance of bright and sultry, hip and ambient. Loved playing a round of pool over coffee before going to see a movie at the Roxy Cinema! Cant wait to go back. Oh, and the coffee was very good as well.

I love the coffee here! It’s deliciously roasted! My big complain is the service, they’re never happy. They don’t smile or make you feel welcomed, they never ask for your info to login rewards, since I mostly pay cash I should be asked! I think that for the prices and high standards, they should have a great customer service and happy people working there. It makes you feel like they’re there because they’re obligated to and not because they like working there. Keep the coffee and change staff or train them and make them happy!

The perfect place to stop off and use the bathroom in NYC without being harassed to buy something. Clean and spacious.

The BEST matcha latte in town! Unlike many other highly rated places, Jack’s put a lot of powder in a cup , so you can actually enjoy the taste of matcha not milk!!! Well done!! keep it up!

Venue felt like out of an old movie. Very pleasant atmosphere and good coffee too. They do have outdoor sitting as well. Always appreciate that.

Location is fire! A1 coffee and phenomenal service. Watch out for the coffee addicts in the early AM though, they can be quite cranky.

Im a big fan of Jacks Coffee. Its where I go to get my morning caffeine fix! Great flavor cold-brew and very friendly baristas. A few quick suggestions... Try to avoid using crushed ice if possible. It melts a lot quicker than ice cubes. Also, is it necessary that your baristas be required to wear such elaborate uniforms? Seems a little outdated. Just my opinion! Overall, Im a big fan of your coffee and will continue to spread the word.

The coffee here was delicious and our server Brooke was amazing. I would go back just because of Brooke. Its like she was a coffee making magician. She wielded that expresso machine like she had 4 hands, making coffee for 3 people at once! She is a true coffee making master. Wow! I’m totally coming back tomorrow. Thanks Brooke.

Not only is Jacks my favorite coffee shop. This is by far my favorite location because of the people who work here. :) The vegan baked good options are all so great.

I really liked this coffee spot in the Roxy hotel. They have a sidewalk seating area where you can order food from the restaurant. The coffee was actually really good. My flat white had a bit too much foam and was more of a latte, but the coffee was great. They have lots of milk options, including macadamia if you want a little variety. They have an interesting menu like some of my favorite coffee spots in Brooklyn, or actually in Chicago. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have loose leaf teas, but they make their chai lattes with a concentrate, so that’s probably the one failing I noticed. They have a small case of baked goods and a little refrigerator section. One can get a beverage and take it to the movie theater downstairs, which is a nice option and unusual.After a few visits I’d probably increase to 5 stars, but I want to see consistency across baristas and beverages first.

Jacks Stir Brew Coffee is an awesome cafe spot with outdoor patio seats, vegan baked goods, a wooden bar area with five stools and tucked inside the Roxy hotel. The staff are friendly and happy, the vegan goods are tasty and the spot has a cozy vibe to it. Stop by for a weekend coffee and catch up with a friend.

The most amazing cup of regular coffee Ive ever had. They foamed the milk before putting it in! My new favorite cup of coffee in NYC! ♡
