Every time I go here, everything is perfect, especially having their coffee! Their menu is awesome, too. They had sandwiches, pasta, and salads. The shop is gorgeous, with good music. It’s all perfect! I want to try everything on the menu because it’s all delightful and very luscious. I will surely be back here and try the others I didnt order yet.

I ordered a pourover coffee with steamed oatmilk yesterday. When I got back to work, I realized the oatmilk they used had gone bad. That was my worst $7 spent and straight into trash. I could not even try a single sip. Ideally they dont charge me extra for the steamed milk and the menu doesnt have any mention. I have had coffee from Blue Bottle Rockefeller in the past week and they did not charge me extra. Just wanted to highlight why different charges for different days? I would like a refund for this experience.

I really dont fit in here with the hipster crowd but they make a mean latte. Very friendly service. The latte was a good temperature and strength with a nice full rich flavour. The people making the coffee are efficient and know their stuff. I cant believe they weigh the grounds though!

World class coffee but little pricey. The service is great. Usually always have wait for minutes to order and to get your coffee.

Long line, but the team was quick and I got my beverage in about 5 minutes. I am very happy that they were able to add a little butter to my coffee to tame the acidity in it! Great teamwork here!

A small place but packed with business people on their lunch break . All coming in for a good cup of authentic coffee to keep them awake for the afternoon. The coffee was strong but excellent . They make it to perfection and measure the exact amount . It’s an acquired taste for all the coffee lovers .

I have been to Blue Bottle Coffee locations in various cities from Shinjuku to San Francisco. I always make sure to visit as their quality is uniformly good, and this location maintains those high standards. My go-to drink is their latte, and the one at this location was just perfect. Highly recommend visiting this or other locations around the city!

We will definitely come back and recommend the coffee shop to others! We were walking by this place, and we decided to recharge. It looks like a typical college town place for coffee and munchies very laid back and comfortable. Turns out that the coffee is excellent, they roast it themselves and have been doing so for ten years.

This is my favourite spot for a latte while in Rockefeller area. Always busy cause they make a great latte. There are tables available out in the common area to sit and enjoy your brew.

Delicious coffee, however slightly overpriced in my opinion if you compare it to other offerings in close proximity. Also tried a cookie which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, a cute place with extremely friendly staff though!

Blue bottle is really high quality coffee with minimal pretension and fair prices. Admittedly, this location in Rockefeller Concourse isnt quite the easiest to find, as its not in the same small proximity as the majority of other stalls.If youre looking for it and you found starbucks instead, turn 180 so starbucks is to your back, and walk counterclockwise around the concourse. Blue Bottle will show up on your right near the womens restroom.Service here was great - I got the prepackaged new orleans style coffee because it was hot out and I was in a rush. The coffee comes in one of those middle-school style milk cartons but I was offered a cup with ice and a bag, which I appreciated. The chicory flavor comes through very well, its smooth, and not oversweetened. And if you opt to forgo the cup with ice, you get your full flavor iced coffee without dilution!Solid coffee, nice service, Ill be back.

I don’t know why anyone would want to go to Starbucks when they have the option for Blue Bottle. These folks know what real coffee is supposed to taste like. I don’t come to NYC often but when I do I always try to stop here. Their Ethiopian single origin is amazing with fruity flavors. It is brew to perfection with their pour over method. I might have to get a second cup.

Had my first cup from here while visiting San Francisco and hands down one of the better cups of coffee I have had in the States. Each cup crafted with care and exactly how I asked.This location in the bottom of Rockefeller Center can be a bit hard to find but when you do enjoy the service, coffee, and a little snack.

I received the wrong order. The following day, I brought the issue up with the cashier. I ordered a winter latte, and I received a cafe latte. I didn’t have a time to check while I was in the store, because I had to get my kid back to the hotel.The cashier says. “Well, we will get your order right today.”What about yesterday’s order?No help there.

I was expected to be wowed, I think I had too high of an expectation.

It is on the basement! You won’t see it walking on the street. They have Bouchon bakery goods (b/c it is just a block away). Able to find a seat even on Sunday after Christmas.

Tricky to find. Go inside and down the lift or escalator to get here. It is really worth finding! It is really busy at lunch, but fortunately there are lots of seats outside of the shop (inside). Great stock of drippers, filters, mugs and coffee. Superb staff and incredible coffee! Fantastic food too! Just excellent!

The guy at the counter was pretty rude. Waited in line for awhile behind a guy not knowing I was supposed to be waiting on the other side of the guy. No one else was in line at the time and after he took the guys order in front of me I tried to place my order. Then the cashier tells me I’m on the wrong side of the line and now I’ll have to wait for the 5 people that just got to the line before I can order. Terrible that a cashier on a power trip can ruin an impression of a place before you even get to try their product.

Catered to the bustling office crowd, Blue Bottle runs like a well oiled machine with 2 production and ordering lines set up, well done. Service is fast and coffee very well prepared. Im impressed they weigh each shot before preparing the coffee. Weve tried a few variations here and all were made with skill. The cafe is small but very clean and bright.

Love this company! I have been to their San Francisco location and am happy to see them on the east coast! They really know how to brew coffee and tea so its flavorful and not burned. I hope they will open a location dc soon so I can visit them more frequently! If your a true coffee lover this is the place for you! On a side note this location does not have a allot of seatting but it is a good place to grab your coffee and go.

I was hoping to find a place to get some work done while in-between meetings but this wasnt that great. When you enter the building take the stairs down. Since its downstairs there is no natural light. The place was quite busy and loud during the afternoon. No wifi and no power outlets (from what I could see). There are no restrooms inside, but there are public restrooms outside around the corner.

Menu is different and competitively affordable. The coffee is on point; needed an afternoon jolt and got it. Better than most of the coffee shops and bakerys in the area.

I ordered a cup of drip coffee 2 days ago at the store in Rockefeller Center.But the register woman(not the barista) served a cup of coffee in 10 seconds.This is a drip coffee??Drip coffee needs at least 5 minutes.I think it was a regular coffee not a drip coffee.Actually the taste of the coffee was not good.

Six out of five stars. Blue Bottle coffee is fantastic, possibly the best. Served at five-star restaurants in San Francisco, by Food Network stars, no less. My favorite blend is Hayes Valley espresso. Super smooth. Most shops are on the West Coast, but were lucky to have a couple in NYC--one under Rockerfeller Center, one near that, plus, I understand, one in Cambridge, MA--if so, to which Im headed! Buy the beans or for the best-ever, stop in for a freshly brewed coffee, latte, affogado, etc. In a word, yum.

Its a Japanese chain coffee business. I went to their Tokyo spot all the time. Good coffee. About this particular one, they still make good coffee, but its at the first floor of Rockefeller center, it could be a little chaotic sometimes, aint their fault thou, there are just too many people.

What a unique experience. The first cup I had was the Donovan. I thought they spiked the coffee. The second cup was the Ethiopian, it was medium with hints of cinnamon and something familiar that I cant place. It was the first black coffee I actually enjoyed in a long time.

Fresh, fresh, fresh, flavorful coffee. Even the regular roast coffee is a delicious standout compared to any, and I mean ANY, coffee vendor out there. Oh, I wish BBCoffee expands beyond the NYC market because BBCoffee mail-order is just not the same. If theres a way I can give more than 5-stars, I would.

Very hard to find. It is on the basement floor.There is no site to sit, but you can sit the outside of the cafe. There are lots of seat.The coffee was great. I dont know why bluebottle do not make more shop in NY

The place was a little difficult to find but let me just say once I found it(inside the plaza of Rockefeller, down the stairs, if you enter on the 49th street entrance) it was WORTH IT!!!!I am barista at a coffee shop and I got my brother a New Orleans, which he really enjoyed and I got myself a pour over and the beans are so fresh and rich.Now the staff: they are friendly and bomb. They know what their doing and I saw them be really helpful with other guest who didn’t know what they want.I got recommended this place and now I recommend it to y’all! It is a must go place if you are local or visiting.

The best cold brew coffee that Ive yet had is from Blue Bottle! The baristas wouldnt tell me how they made it, but it was smooth, sweet, and fruity--and thats drinking it black! Give it a try!This location is small, but its a nice place to stop if youre in Rockefeller Center.

Note that the stores is located in the basement not the ground level.You can enter there through entrance of the building next to Morrell or Bouchon coffee.The staff there was so nice and they provided me a very nice coffee. (I am not a big fan of coffee but this is really good)I ordered the drip coffee. It was not too hot and warm enough to relieve the stress during the trip. I could know why people like this place.

Its the best thing to come out of San Francisco since medical marijuana! They serve up an amazing New Orleans Iced Coffee infused with a bit of sugar & a lot of chicory! The line moves fast, the treats are tasty & the drip coffee is a hit day or night! The granola is a weekly favorite of mine served in a ball jar or by the 1/2 lb. Great location below 30Rock adjacent to the ice rink means I can get my caffeine fix pre, post or during my work day.

Very friendly workers. My wife got the 3 Africas coffee and it was delicious. There was a line out the door, but it moved quickly.You will see them if you walk past the Starbucks and the table seating area there. There is a ladies room all the way in the corner thats about 20 feet away.When I informed the worker how it was hard to find the shop, he let his boss know but she told me about they are limited to the tiny sign because of Rockefeller management.You can see the worker in my photo posted here. He had a great personality as did the others in the photo. Dont mistake the ladies picture for bad service she was very nice as well! My photo just caught her off guard. 🤗

I paid $8 for a cup of El Salvadoran drip coffee. Totally worth it. (They have less expensive stuff for sure!) My friend had a cappuccino and said it was by far the best hes ever had.

Wow, thats good coffee. Blue Bottle is always spectacular. Im glad that this location didnt disappoint. We had just gotten into the city and I was ready for a really good cup and thats just what I got. Love it.

Blue Bottle has become one of my go-to coffee shops. I always measure the quality of my latte by whether or not I feel I have to add anything to it to enhance the experience. In the case of Blue Bottle, this is almost never the case. Thumbs up.

Overrated coffee place, in my opinion. Dont get me wrong, they brew amazing coffee in front of you even if you get simple ones, and the service is super nice even if they must be super stressed. However the underground loud location is crazy and even hard to find. Its always packed.

Each time I go to Blue Bottle in Rockefeller Centre I am treated to the best, most personable service amongst the top echelons of artisanal coffee houses. And as for the coffee....Consistently smooth, beautifully balanced, it never disappoints.The baked goods are also special. Quality ingredients are thoughtfully combined for some unusually delicacies such as polenta berry loaf cake. And theirs is far and away the best ginger cookie I have ever bitten into.The only negative worth mentioning is the elimination of Blue Bottle granola. Why it was discontinued I will never know. It was spectacular and it is sorely missed!

The tables and seats were everywhere, not organized and not clean. The staffs didn’t seem to care either. Cold brew was average, matcha latte was good.

I’ve been to a lot of blue bottles and this one is the worst. Lack of care, precision and expertise that I’ve come to love and expect at other locations especially the purveyors in San Fran.

Best latte I’ve had In Manhattan by far, and that’s not easy given the strong competition from numerous artisanal coffee shops.

This is coffee shop is located underground in the Rockefeller Plaza. Walked into a this tiny shop with a long queue of business-dressed customers. Theres no seating; just a grab-n-go. The line does go by reasonably fast. I got the cold brew and it comes pre-mixed with sugar and milk. I wanted to omit the sugar and milk, but they said they cant do that so I just settled with the mixed. Its not the best cold brew Ive had, but not the worst. It def tastes different as I taste unfamiliar nuances (chocolatey too?) that Ive not found in other cold brews. I just wouldnt get it again due to the steep price.

The coffee is great of course but the place itself is less than inspiring.

Rediculously expensive coffee thats so.worth it. The staff at this location I particularly amazing. The way they handle super high volume with nothing easy to serve is really a masterpiece.
