Travis was really patient and took his time to help us find a perfect mattress. He showed us mattresses within our strict budget. We eventually chose a mattress a little pricier but we were really happy with the choice. He explained the delivery process and let us slowly make a decision. Overall, great experience!

Had some odd delivery quirks to work out and David was amazing in coordinating it all and incredibly responsive. On his day off he went into work to make some changes on the order and delivery. I got there quite frustrated with an internet place to which they had ordered a mattress and they never complied after waiting for almost three weeks and the day they were scheduled to receive it they sent me a photo of a ripped mattress asking me if I wanted they bring it to me. So I canceled that order and Im not going to buy anything else for that other place in the future that only play with our money . Then I was lucky to get off the train and see the Mattress Firm sign. William Sylvester was unbelievably rude and didn’t want to listen a second to what my needs were .. I came to buy a firm mattress because this is what works for me , and as soon as I told him this he said that people were wrong about sleeping on hard surface that I didn’t want to listen to him and he got me try soft mattresses . When I told him it’s too soft for me he made fun of me saying «  you haven’t even try it more than 5 minutes «  in the end , I ended up buying a memory foam mattress that was soft but I thought , maybe he is right ... I couldn’t even sleep on it during the night it made me sweat and hurt my back .I returned to the store the day after, obvisously upset and asking for him to show me hard mattresses he said «  so you didn’t even try it more than a night and now you want a new one ? » with a sarcastic judgemental rude tone ... I said yes please show me the firm mattresses , he said «  well maybe it’s your pillow the issue what kind of pillow did you use tonite , and did you sleep on the back or side ? » I stopped him saying please show me the firm mattresses . He said okay fine go ahead , returned to his desk with computer , and let me pulling out the mattresses myself in the back of the store , when I told him I had a back issue .In the end I chose the mattress that worked for me and they made the switch . But this guy is beyond a joke and not at all professional . His ego is stronger than his will to respond to clients needs.If I could give him a zero star I would .matress firm is a great company but this seller isn’t a good seller.
