Was just shopping around from store to store but Natasha and her team made it an easy decision yesterday for me to buy a mattress from this store. When I first entered, Natasha greeted me, made me feel welcome and asked me for my preferences. She even went out of her way to pull a full-size mattress that was standing against a wall and lay it on a box spring so that I can lay down on it to see how it feels.I found their prices to be the best and the staff is very hospitable (Natasha even offered me bottled water.) Highly recommend visiting this store to anyone interested in buying a mattress.

Wow! Such an amazing experience. I visited two sites (this one and Lexington) and it’s safe to say that everyone is super knowledgeable and helpful. I was helped by Anthony at this location (86st) and he went above an beyond to show many different beds. He taught me s the difference between hybrid and memory , different pillows until I was able to finalize my bed order! Great experience at UES Mattress Firm. My boyfriend and I were in the market for a new mattress and absolutely dreading the process. We walked and were greeted by Anthony who was extremely knowledgeable. He took us around the whole store and let us try a bunch of different mattresses before we landed on the one we ended up buying. Went to UES location to check dimensions fot mattress andbase heights on a pending order from another MF. Realized the mattress would be too high for my bed frame the salesperson David pointed out the best options for mattress comfort with the raise/lower base that would work with my existing bed frame. The options were very limited but again David was so informative and patient totally understanding and after severalhours choices were finalizedLooking forward to my new sleep experience and cannot thank David enough for all his help.

Started my search last weekend, knowing what I was looking for. Anthony was really great. I told him how much I wanted to spend, and he took the time to find it for me. He knew exactly what he was talking about. And while MF is a chain, the people who work in the stores live in the community, and I feel good about supporting local businesses, especially during these difficult times. Travis was super helpful! He was very methodical about helping us figure out what type of mattress worked best for us, and clearly has a lot of expertise, even commenting on a pillow I grabbed that he noticed right away was too high for me - I hadn’t even realized until he pointed it out!He happily moved mattresses to different platforms to replicate how it would feel on our bed frame at home, and went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. It was an overall great experience, I felt very catered to, and ended up with a great mattress!

I was looking for a mattress for my new apartment and I went to mattress firm UES multiple times in order to make a decision. Natasha and Bill were extremely helpful ! Bill moved all the discounted mattress and allowed me to try all of them patiently. And he never pushed me for the more expensive ones, also he gave me great advice about what I need. on my second visit Natasha was very understanding and helpful. She genuinely cared about me getting exactly what I need, and when she saw I was hisetant, she prioritize my needs over making a quick sale and told me that I should take my time to try and feel the mattresses and make sure that I am comfortable with my final decision. Also, on the other UES store , Travis was as nice and helpful as Natasha and Bill. Bottom line, chapeau mattress firm!

I came in one day looking for a bed for my apartment. I went to the location at 336 E 86th because its the closest to me. I was greeted by Natasha as soon as I walked in and she began asking me questions and walking me through the showroom. I told her I was not going to make a purchase until I came in with my girlfriend, but I still wanted to at least get an idea of what they had in the store. Even though I told her I wasnt making a purchase she still gave me amazing quality service.I came back a few days later with my girlfriend and she immediately recognized me. She remembered my name, as well as my girlfriend name that I had mentioned to her days before. I was so shocked that she remembered not only my name, but hers, seeing that I had only mentioned my girlfriend name once or twice during my initial visit.My girlfriend and I had saw a mattress we really like at a different company two days prior, but they treated us as if we werent good enough to shop in the store. (Sleepare was the company by the way) (-_-) Natasha walked my girlfriend through the showroom, answered all questions we had and was very friendly and genuine. Natasha was upfront and honest about everything, and you dont get that kind of service often anymore.The main thing that brought me back to see Natasha and do business with her was that she was not judgemental at all. Even though I came in on my days off in street clothes, and wasnt dressed up in a business suit etc, she still treated me and my girlfriend like A plus customers!Natasha was genuine, and she has a really great personality and energy that you notice as soon as you meet her. My girlfriend and I ended up getting the mattress we both loved, two pillows, and bedding-and it was all due to the initial customer service I received during my first visit.

This is a great place to come see the bed of your dreams. With plenty of options and being able to try them out! I was a bit afraid with Covid but you can clearly see the cleaning station and are able to use gloves or cover the area for your safety. I found an amazing bed and I can’t wait for it to be delivered! I got a great deal and David did a great job at explaining everything while making sure you get what’s best for your home!

I though it was going to be a headache and stressful but Anthony walked me through the process to find the best bed for me and it was actually fun. I highly recommend the 86th street store. Though I did not find what I needed, I thought his service was impeccable and rather than pressuring me into buying something that may not work for us, he explained in great details the pros / cons of each available option.

Hello! I want to take a moment to personally thank David Schwartz of Mattress Firm UES for his assistance on Friday March 20, 2020 for his assistance in selling us a mattress. We showed up 20 mins before closing, sorry David! And he was completely courteous. He took his time and allowed us to try several mattresses. He gave us a great deal and our new mattress was delivered to our place on Sunday! Yes, Sunday, even during the corona craze. I couldnt ask for more. The delivery men had masks and gloves on. Did not try to come into the apartment. They took the old mattress away easily and quickly. And we are sleeping like angels on our new bed!
