My experience at SleePare was exceptional and I strongly suggest using them whenever you are in the need of a new mattress. While the new mattress in a box trend is great for ease of delivery and setup, it poses an issue not being able to test them out ahead of delivery. SleePare had all of the options to test out and the team was so knowledgeable with recommendations based on your requirements and sleep type. They also have special access to out of stock mattresses and great price points to support.

Karina was so helpful with our mattress shopping experience. First, we were greeted with some water bottles. Then, they ask that you slip on some shoe covers or slippers to keep the mattresses clean. They also give you a little cover for pillows so you can try them and still be sanitary. Its a nice clean show room with great deals.

Madina was very patient, extremely polite and welcoming, which improved my mood on the day of visiting this store. It was very interesting to learn the various features of mattresses, and most importantly, lie on them and feel their difference on yourself. Madina answered absolutely all questions, asked counter questions, studied me from all sides in order to choose a mattress specially for me. Now I feel that this mattress will be my soulmate and best friend, on which it will be simply amazing to sleep! My husband and I had a fantastic experience over at SleePare over at the NY location. Joey is our man. He answered our questions and gave us the best advice for our sleeping situations. My husband is a side sleeper whereas Im a back sleeper and Joey helped us find the perfect compromise bed. He also offered us the best deal possible. And the store is extremely clean and smelt great. It was amazing that there were clean towels to lay my head on and shoe covers so the trial mattresses didnt get dirty after people laid on it especially after traveling around the streets. All in all, 100% recommend this store.

Excellent service. The mattress didn’t work out for my family. However they worked with us and accepted the return without any drama or nonsense. Despite high hopes, we’ve run into multiple issues with our mattress & base purchase. First, while we were assured neither would arrive at our new house prior to our move-in date, the mattress arrived 3 days early and was left on our porch without any notice. After we did move in, we had to contact them a couple of times to schedule our white-glove delivery of the adjustable base. When the base was delivered & set up in the bedroom, we realized it was the wrong one - king size instead of queen. We had to wait several weeks for the right one. Now that we’ve had it a couple of weeks, the remote for the base has died. After calling customer service several times, I’ve just been told I need to contact the manufacturer myself to remedy the situation. I agreed as I’m hoping for better results with them than Sleepare.

A great way to try out the mattresses Id seen online in a relaxed atmosphere. Madina was very patient and gave me as much time as I wanted to lay on each mattress, which made it easier and less stressful to make a decision.

Overall, I had a fabulous experience from start to finish. When I called up the NYC Sleepare showroom, they were very busy, but got back to me promptly. Joey the Sales Rep did a great job getting me the bed, platform, headboard and sheets I needed with professionalism, knowledge, and patience. Then Mr. Black handled delivery details, confirming the order, and setting me up with the delivery guy, Raoul, who also did a great job, even giving me great advice on how to reorient my furniture to properly accommodate the new bed, headboard and platform. Raoul arrived promptly within the brief delivery window and was courteous, professional, and competent/knowledgeable. They also stand ready for any follow-up if I have any issues with the bed/mattress, which also was designed to remain firm (without having to regularly rotate the mattress which was a hassle) even for someone heavier like me without sagging. The products and service are of superior quality. Great job all around.

I had a great experience mattress shopping at SleePare. I never felt rushed or pressured towards certain products. I was allowed ample time to sleep on many different mattresses (they only showed me options within my budget, which was great) and ask questions.

Seriously looking for a mattress. Went to the store and walked around for 20 mins without a single hello from the staff like Im invisible. Cool. -------------Saw the response from the shop and once again, feeling uncomfortable. Should I mention that I saw staff accommodated other walk-in customers and all I felt I deserve is a simple hello? Please dont be sorry as it mean nothing at this point. Buying a mattress was confusing to me even after I did my research. Definitely the best mattress store I have been to. I and my wife have been suffering with lower back pain on our Casper for over 2 years now. I was a little skeptical about online brands but when I found out that I can try it at Sleepare we were super excited. When we arrived Fazi showed us all mattresses and she was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses. She took her time and explained the difference between all of them and DID NOT pressure us into buying one which I appreciate the most.We end up buying Helix Dawn Luxe which arrived in exactly 6 days after placing order, no off-gassing or 2 day wait time to sleep on it. I absolutely love my mattress and recommend it to anyone! Also, i want to thank again Fazi who gave us her number, so I literally annoyed her everyday with thousands of questions and she patiently replied to all of them.Overall, it is beautiful and clean store with amazing mattresses and best service! Was great getting to try all the different mattresses, but when it came to ordering we were sorely disappointed. We ordered a DreamCloud mattress through SleePare. We love our mattress but wish we had ordered directly from the DreamCloud website. DreamCloud offers you $400 worth of premium 100% cotton sheets, foam pillows, and a mattress cover. When we placed our order we specifically asked if wed be receiving those promotional items from DreamCloud and we were told by the salesman that we would. But instead SleePare sent us a very cheap $10 mattress cover, $75 microfiber sheets, and cheap lumpy poly fill pillows. I contacted them several times to resolve the issue and they always said they would get back to me but I never did hear back. Its been months. Wouldnt recommend ordering through them.

But whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!I read the other reviews on Yelp and thought come on, how bad could it be? Uh, yeah...... its really bad. As everyone says, the problems start once you order.We purchased a Wink Bed in the store, and I was told by Joey that our mattress would ship in 7-10 business days. As I checked in a couple times between day 10 and day 15, all anyone could say was just keep checking the tracking number.Here we are over 3wks from the initial order, and I just get passed back and forth between the store and customer service. Someone told me the mattress has shipped under a different tracking number, but they are unable to share that tracking number with me.Currently I am being told it will likely be another 2wks until it will ship (for a total of over 5wks).PLEASE save yourself the trouble and buy direct from the manufacturers to avoid this customer service black hole.

UPDATE: Our Helix mattress has arrived. It hasn’t even been a week! To any reviewer saying that it took a long time to get their mattress that might’ve been the manufacturer and might’ve had nothing to do with SleePare. We literally ordered our mattress on Monday, August 22 at 5:45pm and today is Saturday, August 28 and our bed is here.Take the guesswork out of ordering a bed online! There is literally a team of experts to help you. We visited the store 3 times in three months because I am wildly indecisive. I am so grateful that I got to meet Fazi. She is very straightforward and really knows her stuff. I explained my and my partners sleep habits and she immediately had mattresses in mind for me to try. She was so patient because even just hopping on a mattress doesn’t give you the same feeling as a full nights sleep. Fazi gave me her cell phone number so I could text with more questions. This woman truly takes her job seriously and it’s clear she loves to help people. I felt so spoiled. I came in the second time with my partner and we narrowed it down to two. And then it took us another month before we came back in (today) to purchase. Fazi wasn’t there but the woman who helped us was happy to put Fazi’s name on the sale so that she could get the commission. Most places with commission have cutthroat employees…not Sleepare. This place is perfect. It’s clean and cool and all necessary Covid-19 precautionary/sanitation measures were taken. It’s not often that retail spots in midtown are so generous and staffed with folks who truly know what they are talking about and love what they do. And don’t worry about getting the discounts that the online mattress sellers offer, you get those PLUS and extra $50 off when you order through Sleepare. I highly recommend that you try out a mattress before you buy it. And this is the place to go to do that. Sweet Dreams!!

This place is a life saver. I couldn’t choose between three online mattress companies (Helix, Winkbed, Dreamcloud) and was so relieved to see that SleePare would allow me to test them out before purchasing. From the moment I walked in, Matina made me feel welcome, calm, and used her amazing wealth of knowledge to immediately direct me to the right mattress type from the three companies I was interested in, as well as a few others. Without trying them I would have definitely chosen the wrong mattress. The craziest part is THEY MATCH ALL ONLINE DEALS AND TAKE AN ADDITIONAL $50 OFF! How insane is that? I bought a mattress from Sleepare after trying it out in the showroom. It was nice to be able to try the mattress before buying it and the price they offer is quite good. They were also nice enough to offer a price match. The customer service were helpful in the exchange process but it also took some time to complete the refund. Still recommend it if you want to be able to try the mattress in store (and get a good price).

I visited the NYC showroom on 2nd June and was immediately greeted by Madina. We tried a bunch of different mattresses, talked about the pros and cons of each mattress, and finally settled on the WinkBed in luxury firm. Madina placed the order and it was scheduled for delivery on 21st July. I was moving from a service apartment to a completely empty apartment on July 23rd, and even though WinkBed shipped the mattress on time, the mattress was returned to sender due to UPS error. SleePare promptly sent me an air mattress so that I dont sleep on the floor. Once the mattress reached WinkBed warehouse, they shipped it again, only for it to be lost in transit AGAIN. I was extremely frustrated at this point and while I had the air mattress, its not a real mattress. Robert from Sleepare customer support was very responsive and sent me updates everyday. He was able to work with WinkBed to send me another mattress (3rd time) that finally got delivered on Aug 5th. All in all, even though there were some hiccups with the shipping process, I highly recommend SleePare, and would definitely buy from them again.Oh, and they let me keep the air mattress as a gift from their side :)

Online, direct-to-consumer mattress companies have made it easier-than-ever to get an excellent mattress shipped to your door. That being said, with so many different new companies competing for market-share and all the mattresses being well-liked (based on customer reviews and objective reports), its almost impossible to figure out which brand is truly best.At the end of the day, its a personal experience, and Sleepare affords you the opportunity to make an educated decision, and still take advantage of direct-to-consumer rates. Shanir and his staff do an amazing job... They have all the best names and are fully-educated on all the subtle nuances of each brand. Best-of-all, it is a zero-pressure sales environment, as Shanir and his team can match the online promotions AND typically discount pricing even further! I wasnt even considering the Brooklyn Bedding Spartan mattress when I came in (although I had read great things about BB) and thats the mattress I decided to move forward with based on everything we were looking for and getting to test out each one... Just goes to show you that the in-person experience is more valuable now than ever. Plus, they had the mattress in-stock downstairs so I didnt even have to wait for it to be delivered. Boom!

This is a poor excuse for a customer-centered company. I bought a split-king mattress in September and the store clerk assured me that even though it was 2 separate mattresses, it would be considered one return if we did not find it satisfactory after a 30 day trial. He also told us he was relatively new to the store so I know I shouldnt have trusted him. After all, it was one complete king-size mattress. And how would I try out a split-king with only half of it present on our bed, so naturally we bought both parts. But alas, I am now trying to return my mattresses because I am certain it is not the same firmness we tried in the store (they told me they didnt remember the firmness I tried since they dont have that mattress anymore) and they are telling me they will only take one mattress back. What in the world am I going to do with half of a mattress? Whats more is now the store clerk is saying he never told us we could return them both (when he 100% did), even though it clearly states on their website they want 100% satisfaction guarantee. DO NOT buy from this company if you actually want them to honor their sleep trial. Very disappointed to have to fight for them to honor their sleep trial and returns promise. They do have a brilliant marketing plan though: ask people for reviews as they leave the store, before they ever get to interact with customer service, just brilliant!

The customer service was incredible! As advertised, they allowed me to try out a mattress, and return it within the hundred days. I now have an extremely plush, extremely comfortable mattress and I am a super happy customer!

We shopped here today and let me tell you, it was the most comfortable experience out of every matress stores wed been to. Lukas was LOVELY and helped us choose the perfect mattress, and we ended up ordering one we hadnt even considered (Luuf) before actually trying it out.The experience was very comfortable, we never fet rushed or uneasy. Lukas did a quick questionnaire in the beginning, showed us around, helped us compare the options and let us spend as much time narrowing them down as we wanted.Highly recommend!

Beware when shopping here! Came here to get a queen size mattress. Was greated by Joey who seemed very helpful. After finding what i wanted and some negotiations, I decided to purchase the mattress on Tuesday and was told it would be delivered later that week and that theyd be in contact with me. I received an email about if i was pkay delivery date for that Friday and of course i said yes. That is where the customer service stopped. I never received a response from Joey and i had called and emailed him but got no response after that day! Not just that but i had to get ahold of someone else to help me because i found out from their staff that he never told the delivery guy about my order! The biggest issue i had here is that my wife ended up getting ahold of Joey who when asked about the delivery nicely he was rude to her, raised his voice, and started talking badly and ranting about me being unprofessional for negotiating! His excuse for this was that he was having a bad day, which has nothing to do with us. Please be cautious when shopping here. I was able to speak to the owner who apologize, but never received an apology from Joey for his poor customer service and how disrespectful he was.

Such a great experience here!!! Was able to get the Brooklyn Bedding mattress that I didn’t even know about. Solee was super helpful and chill. Didn’t feel sales-y or anything. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.One thing.... Hopefully the mattresses are all on par in regards to age. (materials can decompose or be damaged). Also, brands tend to adjust the composition of their mattresses, most likely using trending sales data.I was told that at least one or two of the mattresses were 3 or more years old. After giving it some thought, I wondered if a newer model would be better or less expensive.Or would a newer model be of lesser quality and fluffed up with a pillow-top and a new wrapper. Hmmm. What to do? This may require further investigation.One thing is for sure. The ratings are many and obviously biased, paid for by some, and of not much use to read. Its really about personal preferences, and, for me about your body, the experience that I have had with my own mattress choices, and...(is my mattress that lemon that I needed for Ice Tea????Lee moan and groan I seem to be doing silently every morning, these days, when I wake up. Thinking....hmm what the (bleep) was I thinking or doing that kept me from returning this, impossible to pack back in a box (size queen) mattress that I had 365.days to return?Suggesstion.A) never feel guilty for returning a bedB) 365 days sounds like a lot but, 100 days may not be enough to develop chronic conditions from improper sleep conditions.C) Ask the manufacturer of your chosen mattress maker...What are my options for returning this now expanded, oversized, open box item??? Will their be someone to pick it up? Will I have to pay a restocking fee? Will I be guaranteed a full refund, or as in the case if my Spectrum phone, will the dealer decide, without my being present, the condition it was in when it arrived back at the warehouse.I want to thank the Staff at SleeP are for their time and for welcoming me to back to their warehouse anytime to have a look around. I feel as if I went to a mini sleep convention/show. Hmmm. Is their a donation box or????I made my decision!!! I am King!

AVOID. Do not patronize this establishment. They are a prime example of why so much of the industry has moved to factory-direct sales. You are protected by factory-direct return policies, but if you buy from SleePare, you are beholden to their own policies and they will do everything they can to avoid you. If you do manage to connect with them, they will lie or flat out refuse to help you. Look elsewhere.

Great experience at sleepare. During Covid I was feeling iffy about going into a showroom, but in buying a new bed I felt trying was essential. I felt safe and secure in the story, and Joseph was very well informed about all the products and helped us find a great fit for us.Would recommend anyone trying a box mattress company to go into sleepare first. They also match the website cost and knock a little more off so it’s worth your time.

Our service in-store was great and we purchased a mattress, happy that we could try certain mail order mattresses in person prior to order. However, I cant give 5 stars as pillows/mattress cover that were supposed to come along with our order did not shown up. When I walked into the showroom located at 218 West 30th Street, I was greeted by Salesperson Nigora who displayed a very friendly attitude. She was very patient and understanding as I tried out different mattresses. Ms. Negora recommended a mattress that she thought would suit me well. I had already been through several mattresses and I trusted her recommendation. However, this was not a good fit for me and I exchanged it for one that she recommended again. This mattress was absolutely wonderful! It is the Mlily Fusion Luxe and I slept like I was in heaven - absolutely fabulous. But most important and what made the whole ordeal stress free was the patience and understanding this woman had. She kept her communications open with me throughout the entire time, and when I had to cancel she made sure I didnt have to worry about anything. This lady was a Godsend. I had trouble with various mattresses for ten years and through her mannerisms and patience in dealing with me, I feel totally renewed. Thank you Ms. Negora for ending my long going sleeping problems with the kindness and expertise you showed me. Sales people like her are very hard to find in these troubling times and I wont hesitate to highly recommend her and the products to others.

Great store to check out if you are looking at one of the many bed in the box beds that now exist. Joey was fantastic and helped me choose a bed. It was extremely no pressure and Joey provided great advice, information and suggestions as I tested multiple beds. I had also stopped by Saatva and Mattress Firm that day and can say without doubt the Sleepare provided the best customer service with Saatva at a close second. Definitely worth a stop if you are looking for a new bed.

Sleepare was extremely helpful recently in performing a mattress exchange. I bought a mattress that was a bit too firm and exchanged it for a soft mattress. Unfortunately the soft mattress completely lacked lower back support so Sleepare allowed me to keep the more expensive too firm mattress so I could return the soft mattress. Its possible to make a firm mattress softer but pretty much impossible to add support to a too soft mattress. Thanks, Sleepare.

Had the best mattress shopping experience with Fasi! I and my husband have been looking for a good mattress for over 4 months and then found Sleepare and decided to visit the store. She is the most knowledgeable person I have met and very honest about products. We end up buying Mlily Powercool and we are extremely happy with our mattress. The customer service provided by the employees of Sleepare is above and beyond. Their new showroom is beautiful and it offers you the opportunity to try a good number of mattresses. What is especially helpful is that these mattresses are not sold in stores. So you can literally try before you buy. Their prices are great; much better than buying on line. I had to exchange a mattress that appeared to be defective. Because of COVID-19 Sleepare extended the 120 days of free trial. I chose another mattress and the salesperson, Joey, could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. Robert was immensely helpful tracking the status of my order, responding to my emails immediately and confirming the exact day of delivery. These people are extremely professional. I recommend Sleepare highly.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at SleePare. Joey was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly kind and considerate of what I was looking for. I never felt like he was being pushy or pressuring me in to making a decision. He was quite knowledgeable and really helped me in narrowing down what I was looking for.I left that day without purchasing, only because there was a mattress I didn’t know much about but I loved and wanted to do a bit of research. That being said, I just got off the phone with Joey and purchased that mattress, a set of sheets and a pillow.Again, I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Joey and SleePare. With so many options out there and being such an indecisive person, they made the experience so calming and stress free. If you need a new mattress, do yourself a favor and skip all the big retailers and go straight to SleePare.

I purchased a WinkBed from Joey two weeks ago and had a great experience at the store. Going to the store was beneficial because we were able to not only test the bed (the place was clean), but we also saved money. I would definitely recommend this location.

Great customer service before and after the purchase. When you visit the store, they try to understand your sleeping preferences and let you take your time to test out different mattress. Once the purchase is complete, they are still available to answer any questions you might have.

I decided to go to sleepare after spending hours researching on mattresses online. After a while, everything looked the same... I made an appointment, which was straightforward and easy, then showed up about 10 minutes late. No big deals, I spent an hour or so laying on all different kinds of mattresses. The staff member Joey was very nice and hands off, he didn’t rush or anything but made himself available if I had any questions. I ended up buying a mattress that was not ranked very high personally when I did my online research, and I’m super happy about the mattress. I also bought a base, which had some delay in shipping but the customer service person, Robert, was very responsive and helpful. I was happy with my experience here!

Terrible experience.I felt like the person who took care of us had no idea what she was selling. She asked very few questions, she made us try just three mattresses, we were finished in literally 10 minutes. We werent told how much the mattresses that we were interested in, what the difference between the two models were... Honestly, its hard to believe the other reviews Ive seen here because our experience was so underwhelming. Ill go shop elsewhere.Edit: to the owner. I appreciate you are a local store and I chose to visit for that exact reason instead of going to a Macys. I appreciate these are tough times for you. However, I cant lie and say I was satisfied. Maybe with a different associate, my experience would have been different. I dont know if people make a $3500 purchase after 5 minutes and little to no advice. Easily the best possible mattress shopping experience. The sales staff doesnt pressure you at all, they have a good selection, they beat the direct price for everything they sell, they have good guarantees, and they live up to their price matching policy. As a result, I got an absolute steal on a Simba mattress from them, and I wouldnt even have realized Simba existed if I shopped anywhere else.

This fabulous store fills a need that all mattress shoppers wanted - a showroom where you can try out all of the on line mattresses that you had to order blindly. Yes, I know, you can send them back if they are not right but who wants to do that? My two salesmen Joe and Lukas were young, energetic and knowledgeable. They gave me slippers and let me try out all the mattresses that appealed to me. Very good experience and finally I got rid of the anxiety about ordering a mattress sight unseen. Thanks Sleepare!

Amazing experience here would highly recommend, Lukas was very helpful, was new but super informative in helping me pick one out. Ask for him you go in! Prices are also unbeatable. I stumbled upon Sleepares website while looking to replace my DreamCloud Premier mattress - which was way too firm for my sleeping style (side sleeper). Sleepare offered me the convenience of testing several different mattresses that I would normally not be able to, since I was mainly researching online brands. We visited the showroom with an appointment and Joey was so helpful and offered great recommendations. We ultimately chose the MLilly mattress, which was great.Unfortunately, the wrong mattress was packaged in the box that we took home so I got in contact with the store and Nigora assisted me right away. Nigora quickly processed the exchange and put me contact with Raul, who was in charge of swapping the mattresses. Everyone that assisted me was super friendly and provided excellent customer service.I would highly recommend Sleepare to anyone.

I was helped by Eni who was awesome . She helped me find a great mattress and made the experience easy and enjoyable.

We purchased from Sleepare the Simba mattress (UK brand) in 2019 and it developed major lumps after I had it almost a year. I called Sleepare and they were responsive and helpful. They provided great customer service by honoring their policies and making sure we were able to get a mattress that worked for us! Fingers crossed that the new mattress ( a Helix Luxe) lasts longer!

Marvelous experience! I was surprised that I ended up going with a brand I never considered from only watching online reviews and unboxings. It really comes down to personal preference for the feel. The store and staff are awesome. Everything is clean and the employees are super helpful. Literally a very relaxed environment. They also offer much better discounts compared to the online pricing.

I loved shopping here! I did not feel rushed when I was being very indecisive and the employees were there to answer all my questions and give thoughtful advice on what mattress would best suit me. There were no sales pitch whatsoever and all the employees were knowledgeable in the different brands. Ive already recommended a few friends to shop here.Everyone was wearing masks and hand sanitizer was readily available in the store.

The experience in store was great. Highly recommend visiting the store. The sales person joey was great as well. Had a little snag in my experience., But it was not sleepares fault. The manufacturer actually shipped us the wrong mattress , however, a gentleman by the name of robert helped us resolve it quickly and professionally. Great reputable company from what I see. I don’t speak English very well and I went to SleePare this week and enjoyed my experience. I had questions about a bed and the worker Eni helped me with the information. She spoke a little Spanish! Made me feel happy because not a lot of people can understand me. Eni was clear with the information and I have decided to come back when I’m ready to purchase my mattress. I recommend everyone to go here to buy your mattress.

Amazing experience at SleePare! Everything was super clean which made me feel comfortable trying out different pillows. Eni was super helpful and helped me find the best fit for me taking all my needs into consideration. I got the shoulder zone cutout Malouf pillow which I currently love and bed in a bag.

The showroom was a great experience, and an exemplar of a find-a-need-and-fill-it business idea: you get to actually try out mattresses to your hearts -- or in my case, my backs -- contentment, and thus not have to take the gamble of buying one of the mail-order mattress-in-a-boxes blind. There were delays, though, afterward, with getting the order fulfilled and delivered, for which I had to take the initiative to find out what was up -- really, that should have been Sleepares initiative instead, as a matter of following up on the sale. **However**, Customer Service agent Robert did diligently pursue the matter once apprised of the situation: it turned out there were problems at the mattress manufacturer (Leesa), and with their shipping out from their factory. Ultimately, though, Robert did resolve these matters, and even got Leesa to throw in some extra goodies as part of their mea-culpa. Successive White Glove delivery agent Raul was right on top of the delivery and a total pro. And at last, me and my back are getting a much better nights sleep.

After 5+ store visits to everything from from Casper to Macys we ended up purchasing one from Sleepare. Eni was so incredibly kind, knowledgeable & patient while we tried bed, after bed. We ended up settling on a brand wed never heard of before and couldnt be happier.

Amazing customer service. After having an unpleasant experience purchasing a mattress at a well known furniture retailer, I was very interested in many brands that I had seen online but we’re not sold in the usual mattress/furniture retail showrooms. While researching a handful of mattresses I was interested in, I came upon Sleepare’s website and found they had a showroom in NYC. Their showroom had almost every brand that I had seen online and after explaining how I slept and what my concerns were, I was led to what ultimately was the mattress I chose. Upon receiving my Helix Luxe mattress, I realized almost immediately that a pillow top was not for me and I contacted customer service and Robert arranged for an exchange for me immediately. Received my new mattress within one week and on day 30 of my trial, Robert arranged for pick up of the original mattress which was for the very next day. Cannot express enough how important customer service is after having a bad experience elsewhere. ❤️❤️❤️

Great experience! It was SO nice to try out several different kinds of mattresses. Eli was so awesome and really helpful in finding us a mattress that worked well for both me and my husband! (who are two totally different kinds of sleepers). Delivery was fast and the price was right! And of course, we absolutely LOVE our new mattress! Highly recommend!

Beware when buying from SleePare, please read their policy first. You are just allowed to do one return or exchange. We learned this the hard way. We bought the Helix Mattress and had to exchange due to firmness, we exchange for another Helix firmness level but its still to firm for us. What really bothers me is that after I exchange more than 20 emails with them regarding the exchange and issue with firmness they should have mention that this was my last opportunity and that I will not be able the return the second mattress. Now I am stuck with a mattress that doesn’t work for us. They will be nice to you for the buying process, but after that their customer service go down the hill.
