Horrible delivery experience to midtown apt.Delivery driver spoke to bldg security, You guys dont allow delivery on Saturday, right?. Our security officer assured driver they do.Sleep Number central delivery was speaking to us at the exact time he showed up, we went to front door of bldg. Driver left.Seemed the driver didnt care to deliver to central NYC apartment bldg.Cannot comment on mattress, we cancelled after they declined to resked same day delivery.Took day off of work for nothing.

Horrible delivery. I waited around for them to come all day. I called twice and they told me it would be there by 4:11 and said they are running behind because of truck issues. I said it has to get here before 4:30 b/c my building wont let them in. 4:30 come and no show. They called me and started blaming me. Now Im sleeping on the floor.

I dont have my bed yet so this is not about that although I am confident I will enjoy it. This is about my experience purchasing/deciding which bed to get. If you are like me sales people in general are hard to read and I always worry they are less than genuine or possibly even deceitful. I could go two ways here as there were a couple items during the sale that bothered me and made me wonder. I have chosen to chalk them up as genuine mistakes. The first issue was a grand opening bonus mattress protector that got thrown in without me agreeing to it. I understood that I was getting this mattress cover but I thought it was free since I wasnt asked if I wanted it. It is possible he said it was a discount, but I didnt hear it and I am confident I wasnt asked. The second issue was a call after I left the store with what I thought was the final cost only to find out they had put the wrong base in my order and it was going to be more. With that said my salesman Joe provided a great experience while showing/explaining to us their products and accommodating us going back and forth to determine which bed was best. My wife joined me later and he gave her the same treatment I recieved. Overall a good experience but those issues did make me question it some.

My husband and I worked with Jon. He was fantastic and has kept in touch with us. Just had our bed delivered today. I would call ahead and make an appointment with him if you can!

Customer representative was great. She was knowledgeable about the products and assisted us with our needs. Store was clean and everyone was following the COVID19 recommendation.

Cannot recommend this indecent store that places illegal signs on the busy sidewalk on 5th Ave as dangerous obstacles to visually impaired pedestrians to anyone.

Had a great experience with Joseph. It would be worth going there just to get your sleep number even if you don’t buy a bed. Helped me understand what type of mattress I need.

Although the service at the store was stellar, the delivery service was not, at least the timing around delivery. As I posted last night, out bed delivery was delayed 4-8hrs based on the delivery window they gave us. Thankfully our building extended the usual delivery hrs given the situation and thankfully, the delivery guys arrived 10 minutes before that extension expired. Once they arrived, the delivery guys explained that there was an issue with the driver’s license which delayed their entry into NYC by hrs. Once they arrived, the delivery guys did a good job paying attention to detail, explaining the bed functions...despite the late hr, they didn’t seem rushed. My only suggestion is that there be better communication on Sleep Number’s part when there is a lengthy delay, Particularly in NYC where buildings restrict deliveries to certain days and hrs. In those buildings, a huge delay can mean no delivery. And when this is your bed, that could be a huge problem.Outside of the delivery snafu, which thankfully worked out in the nick of time, our Sleep Number experience was a good one as was our first Sleep Number sleep last night!

Great staff and the mattress, OMG what mattresses, ufff. So nice and comfortable but expensive. So worth it... save and then by the mattress.

This was one of rhe best experiences of my life.....my sleep will be even better than before

Paid up to $10k for my bed and accessories.Software issues since last year and still hasnt been fixed. Called multiple times and given the same answer. Dont know when it will be resolved.Stay away and try some of the other mattress providers.

Im not sure whether we want to purchase a sleep number mattress or not, but we learned a lot about them on our visit.

I would love one of there mattresses I live on a budget cant afford it but they look so comfortable.!
