The best quality Virgin Hair in town. I have been using it for quite a long time now and Im happy with the quality & the longevity of Indiques hair extensions. I have gifted it to my mum as well and she absolutely loved it. Though shes very peculiar with beauty brands but when I insist her to try Indique Hair which she did and shes super happy with the outcome of these extensions. My favorite one is the beach wave texture that gives the perfect natural looking wavy hair. I definitely recommend this to everyone.

This is a review ive been meaning to send for some time...I stopped by to pick up some new hair over Labor Day weekend.Ive heard about Indique in SOHO for a while and wasnt sure of what to expect based upon my research.I was helped by a lovely sales person and she was extremely pleasant from the time I got there and the time I left by answering any and all questions that I had. Im pretty sure it was nearing closing time but I never felt rushed or pressured.I recommend going to the store and selecting your bundles because there are variations in color, texture and curl pattern.I ended up going with two tubes. One tube of an 18 and the other, 16, both from the pure wavy collection, which is their virgin hair collection.The tubes say approximately 4oz and I used the full two tubes for my install with just about a track left to spare so keep that in mind if youre interested in longer than 18 or desire extreme volume.On to the hair quality: fantastic. The wefts themselves are thin but densely packed with hair. The hair smelled really nice out of the packaging. I experience no issues with tangles, matting or shedding. I will note that I did seal my wefts and my stylist did not cut the wefts until the very top.Overall Im extremely satisfied with my purchase.

Ive been going to Indique Soho for about 3.5 years and once I purchased Indique hair I found it difficult for any other hair to live up to the quality. You get what you pay for and this is the best. Ive purchased various lengths and textures. The boutique itself reflects the standards of the hair and is clean, modern, and cozy. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and seem to be knowledgeable about the products. I would recommend Indique to anyone who wants premium hair and premium service.

I wish the quality was good. I bought clip ins a couple weeks ago. They shed drastically. I move my hair to the side - it sheds. I put my coat on - it sheds. I stand there - it sheds. I brush my hair - clumps shed. At this point, beauty supply hair is better quality. I am so disappointed :(

So! Where do I start ! I absolutely love the Soho team. I called twice before arriving at the trendy boutique downtown. I believe I spoke to 2 different staff members, both ladies were extremely knowledgeable and answered all 1,000 of my questions, twice!! Giving me a full consultation over the phone, I will admit I was overwhelmed once it came down to choosing my 2 bundles. So many options, from 5 of their collections. However, the ladies guided me through and I am very excited about my Indique hair. I will defentialy make Soho, my home shop. See you soon, ladies for a NEW texture!

Every time I stop by the ladies here are so sweet and helpful. Any questions they are willing to answer and even when they dont have an item they are still willing to help and leave you feeling content.My only thing is sometimes they dont always have the items there and since it is in the city you would think theyd have more inventory. Ive literally called early in the day once and by the end of the day what I was looking for was gone. They should at least let you order online and pick-up in store if they arent going to supply the stores with enough inventory. Not the fault of the workers but I just hope eventually they get more items in stock especially during sales and busy times.

The ladies were very helpful as I was making a new purchase. I am a true novice regarding buying hair yet they were very patient and helped me pick the best hair for the style I’m getting. I’ll definitely be back! Thanks, again!!

Worse boutique to shop from!!! Stay away from this location!!! The staff is unhelpful & unpleasant!! A bunch of miserable, insecure employees who obviously dont like their job!! While your paying for quality of the hair the customer service should go hand and hand!! Well it doesnt! If you want to feel appreciated & valued as a customer, like youve gotten your moneys worth. Dont shop at this location!!! They dont answer questions if you dont know what you want, you are on your own!! This store makes you feel like your walking into a cheap beauty supply store and not a boutique!! As if Im not about to drop $1,200 on my extensions! Thankfully Ive been to other locations and have seen top notch customer service. My experience here was horrific and I will never shop hair again!!! Ive been using the hair for 5 years and I usually shop at little neck where they have first class customer service!! This location will leave you mortified!!

I purchased the Pure wavy bundles and a closure from the Soho location. I’ve only had the hair in for 2 1/2 weeks and the hair sheds terribly and gets matted if wet/washed. I am embarrassed that I paid so much for this hair. The hair looks nice initially but the overall quality is not worth the price. Don’t even waste your money.

Indique Hair is PREMIUM!!! I have spent years searching for quality hair that lasts past the first install and holds its curl... and I have found it! I purchased the SEA Tahitian Wave 3 piece 20 bundle in January, 2019 and I am still wearing it! I cannot believe Ive been able to keep the hair in this long. I went through a summer of swimming and tanning and doing allll the things that should have cost me my hair, but it is still going strong. About a month ago I even decided to dye it - I did a reverse ombre so the bottom 6 inches were bleached. I have expected to lose all 6 inches, but here I am a month later with my ombre and I couldnt be happier

I am so glad I found indique when I did,I had a hair emergency and was going on vacation. They were so helpful at the Soho location. Kadim (sp) was so sweet,as always I didnt know which texture to buy but she pointed me in the right direction. The bounce curl coif!!!!!This hair is everything!!!!!! It didnt shed once. I truly enjoyed my vacation and I know its because my hair was tight!!!!!!. Thank you Indique :)

I purchased 2 bundles of the Organic Bounce Curls, and the hair appeared to be beautiful, exactly what I was looking for. Within the first two weeks, I would literally spray my hair with a light leave-in conditioner, shake, and go! Post two weeks, the hair began to dread, matt, tangle and shed profusely. I am extremely disappointed because I was sure this hair would be different, given Indiques prestigious reputation and expensive prices. Im giving a 3 star rating only because the customer service has been good. The ladies Ive spoken with have been patient and nice. I hope that Indique can restore its reputation and, reinvest in their products and not so much their marketing.

This hair is horrible!! Im sure at one point, Indique sold top of the line hair, hence their stellar reputation. As of late, many women have been complaining about the unbelievable shedding and embarrassing tangling at the back of their head. I am one of those women who spent hard earned money, believing it was an investment and the hair would last long enough to be worth the price. I first purchased 2 tubes of the Bounce Natural Roots, i cut the wefts and it tangled and shed TERRIBLY! I decided to try the Pure collection since it is suppose to be Virgin, unlike the Bounce collection. I did not cut the wefts, I folded them over. I have 2 bundles of 14 and 12 inches and it tangles in the back of my head every day, throughout the day. I have to brush the tangles out, mid morning, mid afternoon and again in the evening. I am extremely disappointed. I am a hair person, I know how to treat and care for weave. Washing it weekly doesnt help, cowashing helps for the first day, maybe the second and then its back to the tangles. Buyer beware. I didnt listen to the bad reviews because there are so many good ones. I consider those women lucky or maybe they just review the hair the first day its installed. Weave starts to act up definitely by week 3. Dont believe the hype, I learned the hard way.

VERY DISAPPOINTED !! Purchased their very expensive beach hair and that CRAP ONLY LASTED 2 WEEKS. $600 BUCKS down the drain for hair that tangles into a birds nest and sheds. They promote themselves by giving away FREE hair to celebrities because you know they aint paying for nothing and sucker us in. WHAT A JOKE. And on top of that they promote themselves to be better than LUGOS. Indiques return policy is a total joke in which they will always blame THE CUSTOMER in doing something wrong with the hair. Im going back to my LUGOS ON 33ST MIDTOWN where the hair is blended in front of you.All you have is a TINY lilltle shop with 1 person selling PACKAGED HAIR !!! STAY AWAY PEOPLE
