Went to this location on Thursday and was very pleased with the service. Stacy, the young Asian woman who assisted me walked me through my current skin care routine and helped me find a regiment to suit my combination skin. Its only been a few days and my skin is noticably glowing. She was kind, gracious and even helped me find a gift for my nieces graduation. Will definitely be coming to this location again.

Are they buying reviews? 4.3 does not make any sense. Hope they are not deleting all the unpleasant reviews. I and my friend went to this location yesterday, and we were told no testing is available and everything should be contactless. Okay, although most (if not all) of the fragrance stores do offer testing, that was acceptable, and I thought even reasonable since it is during pandemic.However how they treated us was not acceptable. I asked what are the top sellers and all I got was attitude. ??? There were two female employees and one of them never spoke to us and another person was very, rude. And while she was being weirdly rude for no reason the other one was being just silent.I’ve heard so many great things of this brand and wanted to try out and love it so much. All the high expectations and even my good vibes that day were almost ruined. I and my friend were so shocked after and I am writing it this far only with a wish the manager can find this and do something about their employees.

Arguably a company with thee best costumer service experiences. I’ve shopped online, and while it serves a purpose it’s nice to have that human interaction from time to time. The fragrance of the store and earthy aroma alone is worth a trip to the brick and mortar! While popping in to refill my holy grail product (Primrose Hydrating Cream) Sarah was kind enough to take a moment and ask if my sink concerns had changed since my last purchase. While shopping I was offered a cup of tea, a pleasant offering on a rainy day! Included with my purchase Sarah provided me some samples of a new night mask that I’m eager to try!

The ladies in store were super helpful! They let me try different scents and soaps while sanitizing everything. I ended up getting the citrus body wash I love and a new fragrance.

Disrespectful male shop assistant on Sat 10 July shift, I do not recommend the experience and left in 2 minutes.

Love their corporate philosophy. They dont test animals and have refused to enter China, where such testing is required. Please do find out more about animal testing, because its horrific and inexcusable.Their staff are impeccably nice. They offered cucumber water upon my entry. Never had that before.The space is clean and simple, with dark, rich wood. Its all right angles, allowing them to pack in dozens of product to a square foot of a few hundred feet.The service and ambience strongly impress.Prices arent marked so youll need to ask for a brochure.And then, youll encounter the problem: prices here run excruciatingly high. Their cheapest products run around $24. Theyre tiny bottles too, most from 3 to 6 ounces. Some of the larger bottles run over $90.Its crazy to charge this much when other companies produce high-quality goods without animal testing and offer their wares for half or a third the price.We all deserve beautiful, healthy skin, but Aesop makes itself available only to the wealthy.
