They moved to a new location a couple blocks up. Best Toyota dealer I’ve been to. Went in for oil change and scheduled tune up. They did a great job explaining the options clearly of packages. Also they washed and cleaned my truck, which other dealers hadn’t done in the past. Make sure to pick up before 5 as they close then, I arrived 10 mins late and they still hustled to help me pay and get my truck. Thanks guys, will be back next time.

The new place of Toyota Manhattan is great. Staff is friendly, profesional and kind. Some familiar faces I have seen for years. Service is good although prices seem a little high.I trust this place so I guess I will continue taking my car to this store.

Brought my vehicle here for its scheduled service and maintenance. This place is their new state of the art place and its really nice. Service was pretty quick and they give you a complimentary car wash. The only thing I didnt like was that the waiting area is a bit small and they never included electrical outlets for charging phones like other places do, but, thats just a minor detail of its own.

Had my car inspected in their new facility. I mentioned that I was not comfortable driving down the ramp and they drove my carto the door. Very accommodating. The new facility is incredible. Service staff very friendly and helpful

Service dept at Toyota of Manhattan was amazing... starting with the valet person to Nick the service advisor were extremely polite and helpful and with the new building I really felt that I was in a very expensive luxury dealership...I will definably go back no matter what...thank you so much guys for the one of kind experience...see you in few months.

I have said it before and it remains true today: Toyota of Manhattan is the go to place for sales and service. Kelvin handles intake like a pro and Jennifer keeps me up to date by text. I couldn’t ask for more. Simple. No hassle. I love my Sienna and remain loyal to this Toyota dealer.

Lets be honest. Most people are told not to go to the dealership unless they are still under warranty. Makes sense; a lot of mom and pop shops will charge less for labor and use aftermarket parts to save you money. But Ive shopped around and found that Toyota of Manhattan tends to charge around the same as everyone else. Plus they are used to my Toyota. Further, they answer every single question because their consultants know exactly whats going on. I have no complaints about this place and it is highly recommended. And when you add the fact that the sales people dont creep into the service lounge to get you to buy a new car, I will put this place in the category of excellent.

Toyota of Manhattan made it easy as can be! Dropped off the car in the morning, and it was ready by 3pm—even with detailing added on! They were in communication with me throughout the day on timing, and the ability to communicate with the dealership on text made things even simpler (especially on a busy work day). Highly recommend!

German should greet every customer very high infectious energy and personable! Overall very quick and easy process. Asked to get a 20 minute heads up so I can head back to the facility and they called 20 minutes prior.

Everyone is always nice and professional but I waited three hours for my routine maintenance to get done. Oil change, tire rotation, etc. They said they’d call or let me know when it was done. After three hours I finally went and asked how much longer and my car was already done. I should’ve went sooner.

I bought the car used, with warranty, there a few weeks earlier. Rear sensors mounted below the hatchback door had fallen into the rear bumper. This caused the car to brake automatically for no reason while backing up.Problem even persisted as I waited outside to deliver to the service garage.I was astounded by what they told me later on the phone — it was test driven and there was no such brake problem, and that this was separate from sensors issue. I’d be charged $300 plus for the sensors repair based on someone’s guess id been bumped while parked by another car from behind.All wrong.In fact, reattaching the sensors did solve the rear-braking problem I was told didn’t exist. The head of service later acknowledged this.In fact, the sensors fell in an area that the dealer’s own repair record showed had been “fixed” before I bought the car.In fact, I had not been bumped. The car was parked awayIn fact, I learned only later by a close read of the owners manual that the nasty little sensor issue could have been overridden by switching off the “intelligent clearance sonar” feature.Only after resisting was I not charged for the repair. No casual apology, no explanation, no nothing.In sharp contrast the sale process by manhattan Toyota had been fair, diligent and efficient.My first encounter with service dept, though, was a fiasco caused by what was — at best — one staffer’s sloppy communication, dumb guessing and blithe attitude.Hard to believe sales is the same operation as service.I will seek to do all servicing, under warranty or otherwise, elsewhere in the future.

It was hard to find the entrance. Google maps brought me to 49th and 11th, and the place looked all boarded up. when I called no one answered I had to leave a message saying I was looking for the entrance. I went around the block and called again and someone directed me in. After that it was great! Fast service, they were done quicker than originally thought which really helped me out and they texted me to let me know.

We came in for a recall, dealer did an inspection that was not requested and tried to pressure us into $1200 worth of work that was not essential. The car was ready a day later than promised with no explanation. They left trash in our car and returned the car to us with an a/c that no longer worked and had never had any issues. They refused to diagnose the a/c problem without a charge. Unprofessional and untrustworthy service.

Be aware if you service your vehicle here.I had my 15k miles service here what supposed to include the tire rotation, oil change, top off fluids, checking vipers, etc..Nothing had been performed on my vehicle!!The paper says something but not even the oil change listed on it, however they did reset the system. One of my wheel has a small scratch on, and it’s on the same position as before. Windshield fluid almost empty, I didn’t change my wiper blades for a reason.. they are really bad, but the guys put on paper that is perfect.I’m guessing how many people had been already scammed with this..Already called Toyota to address it.I will report them to BBB and , NYC department of Consumer Affairs..

I dropped off my car for brake work. Unfortunately, it appears that my car, 2017 Toyota Sienna has a transmission problem. While not a recall, it is something Toyota is aware. Mike G fast tracked the new transmission and even the GM of the Store came down to make sure that things were getting done. A new transmission arrived in about one day, was put in the next day and afterwards within 1 day I had my car back. In the meantime, the dealership felt bad that I was in this mess and get me a rental minivan in the meantime which was exceptional. I do appreciate that they did everything they could and the transmission going bad had nothing to do with Toyota of Manhattan but they did everything they could to make an unpleasant situation better.

We have been interested in a deal in TOYOTA and they asked us to pay a 500$ depositThen we have canceled the deal and have been calling them for requesting our deposit back for 5 months already!!!! They never paid us back! And keep telling us we’ll get back to you and they never did!! The guys name is Keven he never answers the phones or calls back!!We are looking for sowing them!!!This is very rude and low rated branch!!! Stay away!!

Took 2017 Camry in because check engine light was on. Guess I should have known to check for loose gas cap before going, but I didnt. They charged $250 to tell me gas cap was loose. Subsequently I learned on the web this is the most common cause of check engine light coming on. An honest mechanic would have told me to check the gas cap before going further. But not these people. They charge $250.

I normally don’t write negative reviews yet this was a very horrible experience. Each time I schedule an appointment for just an oil change I always have to wait longer because of everyone bringing their car and saying “they all have appointment” I scheduled an appointment at 7am and because they take long, I decided to that take a walk and returned back at 8:05am to be told by the cashier the mechanic doesn’t start till 8am... then why have an appointment for 7am? And to top it off a person who was 5th in line gets his car done before I do when I was the first one to check in and complete my paperwork. How? Then to tell me I need need front wipers ... how when my wipers are rainmax it hasn’t been 3 months that I myself changed them and it hasn’t been crazy raining seriously... To wait two hours for an oil change you must be kidding me .. This is my last visit.

Made an appointment to get my roommates leased Camry an oil change, etc. before taking on a trip. Apparently appointment means NOTHING to these people. I got there 30min before my appt time and was told its a 4 HOUR WAIT!! SMDH. I said thanks, but no thanks, and took it to Island Toyota on Staten Island omw out of town. Way better, faster service. Easy in/out and comfortable waiting room. The waiting room here, at Manhattan Toyota was packed and low on refreshments.
