The people over there rip me off on a 2014 Chrysler 200. I had five years to pay it off but, I had it for 2 years until I had a accident. So I want back to Musson patout and had my down payment for another car and the the man who owns the place laugh and said no. This makes no sense I had my down payment for another car and my credit score was good. This car dealership is the worst. Take from Lotus which is me dont let the advertisement or commercials fool you. Unless you want to be treated like a nobody by these people, then go ahead.By, Lotus.

Wouldnt never buy another vehicle from this dealership again.if it was the last one around here id walk first.bs ass. With no follow up customer service.purchased my jeep from them.with only 1 key.been promised the 2nd for 3 months now.also one after another lights started burning out.but tge vehicle was completely serviced so say.forgot my salesman name on used car side but talk black guy.no follow up on my key with him either.get your money then f***n kite on customers. Go somewhere else.avoid here

Brought my car in for a recall, when I went pick it up they tell me I need to change my water pump with the belt, my gasket and some other stuff, well I guess they thought I was gonna bring it to them to get it fixed, but my brother been a mechanic for a long time, so my brother comes look at it and guess what nothing is wrong with my water pump or the belt, they were thinking that I was gonna bring my car to them so they can rip me off, they tell you things are wrong with your car, when really most of the things they tell you that need to be replaced dont need to be replaced at all, so be aware and dont let these people rip yall off!!

I am a hurricane harvey victim that lost my car, and house flooded, so in desperate need of transportation we drove almost 3hrs to get to the dealership. I had prenegotiated the deal over the phone so that part would be out of the way. Upon arrival the car was completely misrepresented, not having equipment that was clearly listed on their website. The sales manager after arguing back and forth making up all kind of excuses finally decide to drop the price slightly. While the price was not what I thought was fair I agreed to go ahead and get the car. They continue to tell me that the battery was bad so I would have to buy a new battery and replace it myself (because they were incapable of loosening 2 10mm bolts to change it)....so I continued to the local auto parts store to test and buy a new battery....Autozone does a free battery test diagnostic...the battery tested out fine and the test revealed the alternator was out...the salesperson was there to witness. We returned to the dealer, all Mr BJ Gerrard (sales manager) had to say was autozone was wrong it is just the battery....but if it wasnt they couldnt give me any kind of warranty....I asked to speak to the general manager, he just replied he is not here, he is out of town, and we cant call him....all lies confirmed by other employees. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE WITNESSED IN MY LIFE!!!!!
