I would highly recommend this business. I went in today for 4 new tires and an alignment. They had the tires I needed in stock, and had my car back on the road in 50 minutes. They have very reasonable prices and professional staff. I left very happy and will be returning for tire needs in the future!

Called around big box tire places for a flat tire found this AM, all stated could drop off and wait who knows how long, all day? Called Dartmouth tire and he said they could get to right away. Sure enough I showed up aprx. 45min. later, and within 5 minutes they already brought my car in. I was there for less than 25 minutes start to finish and the bill was beyond reasonable for a patch job due to a nail. Very grateful for their efficiency! Thank you guys! 10/10 recommend

Quick reliable work. I’ve been in 3 or 4 times now and walked away happy each time. They price things out for you ahead of time and give you honest answers on what’s needed.

2 of my wheels are scratched up from the metal clamps holding the alignment unit to the wheel. After I called and told them the tech used metal to metal and actually chipped the power-coat on the factory 20” wheels, I was told their is no other way and they don’t make any adapters to protect the wheel this is FALSE, Also no owner, no manger, no one willing to take responsibility get your vehicle damaged here and pay them to do it..

Went to get new tires and an oil change. Ask for a brake job. But they were honest and told me I didnt need brakes. Didnt try to sell me the most expensive tires. Will definitely do more business there.

Really satisfied on my first experience with them. Not gonna lie was a little skeptical while on the phone at first, felt like a wasn’t getting the proper information a customer should get especially during times like this that pretty much all establishments are asking for appointments, there was a lot of “oh idk, oh just bring it here we’ll get it done at some point” I believe there’s probably a better way to manage that, But when I went there the service was really professional, they even where kind enough to bring one of the tires I was going to buy for me to look at and get a feel for. The guys in the garage are really friendly and the “Maestro” (believe he’s one of the main guys on the shop) was a really cool and knowledgeable guy, overall they all took really good care and were extremely careful setting up aftermarket rims and that’s very much appreciated. Do wish the tires had at least one yr road hazards, but overall prices were also reasonable. Definitely will consider going back.Highly recommended.

Was in from out of town (PA) visiting friends. I just replaced all ball joints, u joints, bearings, tie rod and drag link at my house before heading up here. I called at 7AM to ask about getting an alignment on a Dodge 3500 and they were able to get me in right away. 😲 AWESOME

I had a definite 5 star experience yesterday at Dartmouth Tire. It was like I was in a Nascar race and came in for a pitstop and my crew was ready. A slow leak in a tire that had me feeling it up weekly for a month was solved in under 5 minutes. Pulled in, they took my keys, I stepped out and my car was being driven in, the tire removed, worker showed me the nail causing the leak, another worker was checking my other tire pressures, tire back on, got my keys, paid $12.50 and thank you very much. A great experience!!!!

The guys were so helpful. They took us on a walk-in and handled our tire needs so quickly and professionally. They didn’t try to up-sell or do anything other than provide excellent and quick service.As a bonus, my puppy was with me and all the guys were so loving— they gave her water, treats, and talked to me about their own pups.Top notch service with a personal and professional connection.

$116 on regular car, to mount and balance and scrap/keep my old ones. I actually kept one out of four and still charged for four. I watched as valve stem caps slapped on not tight, had to tighten them myself, and also go put air in tires to make sure theyre all the same. Not returning. Spreading the word.

Not much of assistance whatsoever. On their website, you can select the link to get a price quote and with COVID-19 and social distancing, I was really hoping to get an estimate, price quote, or ball-park figure of having both front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced to save myself an unnecessary trip and risk getting sick. Atleast, if I was given a quote then I could decide if it would be worth the risk to take my vehicle there for the much needed service. Instead, I was told to bring my vehicle there to get a quote. They clearly dont have their customers health and safety as their main priority. There is no reason why I couldnt have been given a price quote if they had just asked a few simple questions, they could have come up with a quote. Needless to say, I wont even bother bringing my vehicle for a quote, especially when my health and safety are not their top concern. I refuse to risk myself getting sick or to get someone else sick for that matter all because they couldnt do their job. If you cant provide an online quote, then you shouldnt offer it on your website.

Was not greeted well at all. I will see how the rest of the visit goes....The guy that fixed my car recommend this place to get a alignment. When I brought him the paper that list what was done. He checked to see if it was all done. Come to find out it wasnt. Will not go back. Maybe thats why I was in and out of there in 20 minutes and the waiting room was busy.

Fast quick service !

Quick service and respectful attitude. Just had tires put in last month, and they went above and beyond when we had to have one replace due to pothole damage. We’ll be making this a regular stop for service for our two vehicles.

Purchased tires ($228) in dec 2019, 35mins same day service. Cheaper than town fair tire($330) AND kellys tire(also $330). Kellys tire and town fair tire both needed to order these tires. I should of went to this place to start with! I dont know any of these people, this is a straight up REAL review.

Best car services in new bedford and darmouth area

What a great experience doing something I normally loathe, lol (auto repair). I just left there about 10 minutes ago. The older gentleman I presented my tire specs to was friendly and engaging. He found me the best deal - very fair and affordable. They took the car in and were finished in about 15-20 minutes with my new tire. The business appears to be run very efficiently and they knew many of the customers who were there to get work done. Places like this are a gem and are usually discovered via word of mouth. This will be my new place for tires/alignments/oil changes and any other auto repair they cover. Highly recommend!

Just called this place for the first time to make an appointment for an oil change. The guy who answered the phone goes Ya we can do it on Saturday. What time? 9? Ok! and then proceeds to hang up on me without taking any of my information whatsoever to actually schedule the oil change. I assume that means that you guys only do walk in service or something but using your words to explain that rather than just abruptly hanging up on me would be super.

I would not have given a star to this auto repairs site but that was the only way to write my review!!! I brought my car last week to repair an issue with it because the car was making a lot of noise while driving and braking. This is my second visit within a month of each other that I had to go back and repair my brakes; I own a (2001 Corolla Toyota). Well, what do you know? I had to repair my brakes and rotor pads once more this recent last week! Supposedly they repaired my brakes and rotor pads again so I left happy! I noticed once I got home that the mechanics or whoever had handled my car that day stole money I had saved up from a little drawer that I have in my car on the left drivers side! :( Now, I know I probably should not have trusted the company not to steal from the inside of my car since they had to work on the out side of it but it happened! And I just wont go back since apparently they are thieves and dont do a great repair job (if I had to go back twice for the same issue)!!!

I was referred to to go to Dartmouth Tire to have a valve stem replaced on my motorcycle Jimmy Jr said he will not be responsible for the rim did not mention anything about the tire make a long story short he ruined the $300 Tire and said it was not responsible for the damaged and kept the original $20 to do job for now Im out the cost of a $300 Tire and pay somebody else to mount it

Walked in with deflating tire that had a nail. No appointment. Had the tire changed within 5 minutes at a cost that I thought was way lower than it would be.

Fixed flat and checked the other tires in 20 minutes just like they said they would.

I am regular customer for this place for almost 2 years but today i am really disapointment with them.
