I called International, nervous, since the last place I had my car inspected tried to rip me off, and had this conversation.Super Portuguese Guy: Hallo!Me: Hi! What times of day do you do inspections?Guy: Nine oclock PM.Me: Youre open until 9? You do inspections until 9?Guy: You come now! Now is good!Me: Okay! Thanks.They had me in and out. Inspection that evening, oil change the next day. Quick, efficient, honest, and friendly. Thanks, guys!

International was truly the first time, as a young woman who knows nothing about cars, that I felt like I wasn’t grossly overpriced and talked to like I was 5. They were great and brought me over to show me what they were looking at and explained everything. I needed my brake pads and rotors replaced and an oil change. They showed me the old rotors and explained the grinding sound I was hearing. I had gotten an estimate for the same job (new brake pads and rotors) from a chain auto repair shop for between $550-800 and international did all that and the oil change for much much less. I also requested that they try to get it done as quick as possible as I drive for work - dropped off at 8am and done at 10am. I am impressed and a happy customer - will be back in the future.

This place is so unprofessional and they just scammed me out of $150 yesterday. I ordered a part off of ebay and asked for them to change it for me TELLING THEM I ORDERED THE PART MYSELF CHECK IF ITS RIGHT. THEY TELL ME OKAY HANG OUT WITH US, I GO TO THE WAITING ROOM AND AFTER AN HOUR OF MESSING WITH MY CAR AND USING A BLOW TORCH THEY COME AND TELL ME SIR YOU DONT HAVE ALL THE PARTS TO COMPLETE THIS, AND CHARGE ME $150 JUST FOR LIFTING MY CAR AND STARTING ON WITHOUT EVEN MAKING SURE THEY HAD THE PARTS THAT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOW AS A STRUGGLING YOUNG ADULT I AM OUT $150 I AM IN THE HARDEST TIMES OF MY LIFE. I REPEAT FOR YOUR OWN GOOD DO NOT COME HERE. I AM THINKING OF TAKING LEGAL ACTION.

Reliable and very helpful. Price is reasonable. Khalil is a gem of a person who will go out of his way to make sure the job is done. Tony does good car servicing. Had been there for my Hyundai brakes and they did a wonderful job. All in all you can rely on these folks to get best services.

Ive been here several times, for breaks, belts, and hoses. Just dropped it off again to have the radiator replaced. The guys are always welcoming, very blue collar place which I appreciate. Theyre not going to go and blow smoke up your backside. The cost is always very reasonable, and they have no problem if you buy your own parts to have them install. when you Google how much is this going to cost online, these guys always come in roughly 20% under that. Ive never had to wait very long for service, and Ive never had an issue with anything theyve done. Id absolutely recommend this place.

I bought a used car from international auto repair, a 2001 Honda Civic for 1750. The car was leaking from the power steering hose going to the fitting they said they would fix it and I could come back and buy it. I came back they had claimed to fix it. They showed me no leak so I bought it. I drove 2 miles to my house parked the car. I went to the registry to register the car and the title was stamped by Gieco it was in an accident it’s a reconstructed title which they had never informed me about, but I figured okay its still a nice car maybe it was a minor accident it was fixed so I continued to register it. The next day I had to go to work I had then realized it’s still leaking i had a huge puddle. I tried to go back asked him again to fix it they were very rude telling me I bought it as is which is not at all what they said and is not on my paperwork. They refused to fix it I told them I’ll leave it here I want my money back they refused to give my money back. I’m very upset how someone can sell something like this to someone and not even the day after just take the car back and give me my money back. I had the car looked at the power steering fitting is stripped they knew it was still leaking when i got it also the front support had been welded back together must have been because of the accident it was in. I brought it back they wiped it up and tried to say they fixed it I’m a young girl I’m not a mechanic they took advantage of me. The car needs an entire steering rack now and I can’t afford it. It’s unsafe for me to drive with my child and they wouldn’t even just take the car back and give my money back the day after. THEY ARE LIARS AND SNEAKY BE CAREFUL DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!! 0 STARS.I went to have my brakes done, the owner then called and informed me my starter then went when they went to do the test drive. I told them I’d like to have a starter put in the car took over a week to have the work done had to go back twice and this was with a 800$ bill to have pads and rotars and a starter This was on a 98 Toyota Camry. They are liars and scam artists. WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE. DISGUSTED.

When our crankshaft pulley fell out of the car in the middle of a 6 hour trip back home on Labor Day, Joe, Mike and co stayed open to get us back on the road, even though they were set to pack up for the day. They did a great job explaining what happened and even took us over to the Advance to get a replacement part since the distributors were closed.
