Ben, Mike and all of staff are very helpful and professional counterpeople.They all work very hard to help the customer which is non-existant with most of the auto parts stores in this area. Prices are very competative if not better than other parts stores. Napa parts are of very good quality also. If they dont have the part in stock they will actually get it for you rather quickly too! If you are a shop owner and looking for a professional parts store Napa is it!
