We got great customer service from Gordon Chang, store manager, who went out of his way to find my wife a set of Callaways that were almost impossible to get anywhere locally. Also Jimmy Hayward did a great job of getting the clubs ready once they came in. I highly recommend them for all your golf needs!

Refused to send my Driver to the manufacturer for warranty replacement. I was able to do it on my own. So what they told me was a lie that is was out of warranty. Spent thousands here on clubs over the past few years. Never going to shop here again.

We probably would have had a better experience if I didn’t overhear the associates talking negatively about my husband, who was using the practice area. If this was not ok, not allowed, or should have been done differently, they should have the balls to say something or help rather than look like cowards in a corner playing their own putting game.After finishing in the practice area, we proceeded to the register to make a purchase - not once did the associate say hello, ask if we found everything ok, or make any kind of small talk you would expect out of a customer service position.Do better.

DK is awesome. I thought the used club range was good, and I would buy from here again. DK helped me find the best options for my swing with the simulator. He talked me through minor cosmetic defects/what I might want to change with grips down the road on my used clubs I was testing.The service was friendly and professional.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff that answer all questions and help you demo clubs. Patient as you go through your demo. I will be purchasing my next set of clubs here.

Came in to get a grip for my driver, was able to pick out and get it installed within 10 minutes, lot of clothing options at good prices.

I typically come at the end of the year to try out new drivers and pick one up, as I did last. DK is who fit me into my current gamer, and although I didn’t get a new one, I was treated with the best service. He went through different drivers and shafts, and ultimately came to the conclusion to keep my current gamer. The time and effort was far beyond what I received at golf galaxy a week prior, and I’ll stick with this place because of the customer service DK displayed. Couldn’t be more happy with the attention to detail by this place.

First off, I would like to thank D.K., Jojo, and Roger for being absolutely spectacular. I came in this past weekend looking to purchase new irons with little knowledge of what I was looking for. D.K. worked with me for about an hour, trying to find clubs that best suited me. He was completely honest in his help and rather than pointing me into the direction of more expensive clubs, he kept my price range in mind the entire time. At the time,I thought I had found the right clubs for me but came back today to trade them in for new ones instead. Both Jojo and Roger assisted me all while still connecting with every customer that came in and needed help! Being in the customer service field, this was truly a refreshing experience. If you want quality help, large selection, and a friendly environment, you MUST come to Edwin Watts! Its the only location Ill ever go to! Thank you gentlemen!

I give it a two stars for one reason only. It really isn’t fair to most of the people that work there but it’s just truth. I have spent quite a bit of money with Edwin watts in the last couple years and up until the last few times I’ve been there, I have recommended everyone, my last recommendation bought a brand new set of clubs. However until the attitude of a particular rep changes I will never recommend this Edwin watts again. I try to avoid him and his negativity but when I am forced to deal with him it’s always negative. Possibly his personality, but in sales you need to have a good positive attitude. Most of the other guys are great and will try to help. If you want to go and spend money here I’d say that you have a 1 in 6 chance of having a bad experience. Otherwise the products and warranty are pretty good.

The staff at Edwin Watts are awesome. They have been very helpful with every purchase I have made there. Every club in my bag and even the bag came from there. I recently bought a new set of irons and I was very unsatisfied with them, took them back and exchanged them for another set that I absolutely love.. The manager made sure I was happy and they are all very friendly. I will absolutely continue to do business there... Thank you all for the great service.

A Good, friendly, and knowledgeable professional staff works there. I fitted for a driver shaft and also ended up getting callaway Apex MB irons... I appreciated with their patience during long hours of my fitting process. I give 5 big stars for their knowledge, professionalism, and detailed customer service.

Looked at Drivers for 15 minutes. Never once did someone try to help. I stood at hitting area for 10 min( trying to get someone anyone’s attention) wanting to hit a club, never got to hit, and the area was open. Maybe 3 other customers in entire store. Spent a lot of money here, and most other trips they have been helpful. Just trying to help that this doesn’t happen again.

They have a great selection of used clubs. The thing is, if you dont ask them to help you find the right club for your swing, they just ignore you. You can hit as many clubs as you want in the simulator, they just walk pass you. I dont want someone pushy, of course, but at least act like you care about helping a customer improve. You always see these ads about golf stores and their professionally trained sales people ready to help you play better....thats BS. Of course, if I went in there and they knew I was buying a thousand bucks of brand new clubs, Id probably get the royal treatment.

The customer service and staff at this Edwin Watts are amazing. Truly helpful and organized. I had an issue with my driver and they went above and beyond to help. Great selection of clubs and Great demo selection. Edwin Watts also stand behind what they are selling. I really like this store and will be back in the future.

I brought my dad here for Father’s Day to find him a set that I was going to come back and buy him but they wouldn’t even help him find a set he liked unless we were going to buy that day. Unbelievable!I’m taking my business elsewhere.

My family spent almost 1000 bucks on a bag and range finder this month. I went in today to demo literally 3 drivers only and upon telling a rep, because I go to a golf school and will be purchasing the club through the school, he IMMEDIATELY told me almost verbatim they couldn’t spend much time with me because I wouldn’t be “buying” the club there. After telling this rep we had spent 1000 bucks there this month, he did not relent and said essentially if you’re not buying the club here, you’re not demoing here. Seriously considering returning the bag and rangefinder, waiting till the PGA show, which I’m invited to thru school, then buying this stuff somewhere else. Ridiculous.

First time having myself fit for clubs. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable during process. Went in testing what I thought I wanted and through testing several options they found my optimal set up from shafts, head, grip, angle, etc. Feel like I have best clubs for my game now.

Justin is awesome! I found this place by reviews on google maps, and called down there.. impressed enough to drive an hour in the same day to meet Justin... bought a new set and a bag because they treated you like you were welcome and kind of like a VIP. Most of all, NOTHING was rushed, and they treated me like this WAS a big purchase and congratulated me at the end... will continue biz here as long as i can!! Go see Justin!!

I called to order a new set of Ping irons and was persuaded to visit the store to get fitted for them. Justin had me swing a 7 iron over and over until he was satisfied that he was recommending the correct shaft length and lie angle, since I am about 55. I have never been so happy about a purchase in my life. I played three rounds in two days and enjoyed every swing. Justin was not only friendly and very helpful, but he acted as if it were his money being spent. This experience has made me a lifelong customer, where before I was driving to Golf Galaxy. I normally shoot high 90s but shot a 92 average since I got the new clubs. All I have to do now is aim straight at the target because every one I hit seems to go where it should and not play to a draw. Thanks again Justin...you were great!
