Ryan and his staff are knowledgeable and helpful, with some of the best selection of new and used effects pedals and accessories in town. For a few years now, their shop has been a first stop when I’m looking for anything effects related. They carry everything from affordable classics to high end boutique stuff, with some cool amps and guitars on the walls as well. Truly a player-friendly shop.

I have had several very good experiences dealing with GEP.com. these guys are hands down the most knowledgeable and well stocked go to pedal resource in Nashville. Their prices are beyond competitive and when taking trade ins on-site beyond competitive and fair. Ryan has gone to such extremes to accommodate player needs in town, even down to waiting outside to hand off a product when there was only a moment to spare between gigs. 100% pro player friendly.

They sold me a worthless VL X4 power supply with NO adapter with a very misleading ad on eBay. Listed as in excellent condition with a photo of a bunch of cable behind it. I emailed them to ask if they had a replacement adapter I could buy because they arent available to buy on the VL website. Ryan basically said there was nothing he could do and that the ad was in no way misleading. My fault for not reading the description (I already know the specs on the unit) but they could have at least tried to make it right. Sorry for you folks who are in love with the store front. Their online etiquette is terrible!

Its seldom that I am speechless when it comes to gear, but today I couldnt say a thing. I was so overwhelmed by the sheer volume of pedals!(not volume pedals, although they were there😀) This is a place I will visit often! They had the exact tuner I was looking for at a fair price.
