Duncan Rowe was incredible to work with. The Fab 500 is one of the cooler things on the market today. I would absolutely recommend his product and working with him.

Duncan Rowe of Sphere Recording Consoles has had my money since March 2018. Instead of a refund for my item after it arrived in a unworking condition after almost a year of waiting, I applied my refund to a different item which he said was in good working order,. Its now been 9 months since that purchase and I have still not received that item either.. when I have been able to reach Duncan Rowe im always told some excuse or a sob story about his personal life, or just a response of, were doing the best we can. Which doesnt tell me when or if Ill receive my item. Now days, he wont even return my emails or phone messages and I sit here without my item and no idea when it will arrive, yet Sphere Recording Consoles has my money. This type of business practices should be investigated by authorities. I would not do business with this company. As soon as I receive my item I will never again fall victim to Duncan Rowe or his company that seems to be practicing fraudulent business practices.
