Hot topic isnt how it used to be -- but regardless!--Crowded. Small walking area and mostly stuff from pop culture or something. I guess if youre under 17 or a really basic person its a good place to go. Be mindful of the people around you though.

Ive always loved this store. They had exactly what I needed and are very nice people. Though the mall is small and doesnt have very many ships its cooler in other ways. Id rather go to Murfreesboro mall than Opry Mills.

Do not shop here... if I could give a negative I would.. we were here on vacation and my daughter picked out a shirt from a display where there were multiple of the same shirt and when we checked out we were told they couldnt sell it because it shouldnt have been out until the 11th and for us to come back.We do not live here nor do we live near a hot topic just to go back.Very poor customer service.

When I was a kid, we called this Gap Goth. I think the goth/emo vibe has taken to mainstream and this is now a more normal store than it ever expected it to be.Still a lot of cool stuff, but I wish they would diversify a little deeper into the 80s and 90s memorabilia. We started their company and now we are limited to one t-shirt wall with the same shirts.

The last few times Ive come by here, there is one singular problem: the store size. The store is in serious need of an upgrade. Something a little more spacious because the business has grown, with more and more people coming in now. The store itself does havent plenty of awesome clothes and merch, some that you cant find anywhere else. Prices never feel too extreme and theres usually a deal ongoing so you can walkout with a good amount for what youll spend. The staff has always been great, always looking to help. Again, the store needs more space.

Pretty standard sized. Unfortunate that they didnt have the gorillaz shirt I wanted. But it was pretty standard all around for a hot topic. Maybe a little under staffed.

Store was fine BUT creepy old guy tried to give kids a quarter. Ran off when seen but adult. Store clerk just said creepy stuff happens here .

Have loved this place since I was a kid. Found a dope Rick and Morty hat and I absolutely love it.

Probably the best place to find great t-shirts, jewelry, cups, accessories ...you name it. From band merch to comic oriented merchandise, Hot Topic is a great place to find the perfect interesting anything.

This is one of my favorite stores! The prices can be a bit much, but its totally worth it! They have lots of pop culture merch from TV shows, movies, Disney, bands, etc. Theyve got jewelry such as earrings, necklaces, rings, nose rings, labret rings, plugs, gauges, etc. They have clothing as well. Look out for sales, especially during the holidays!

Pretty small and crowded. The prices are...meh? Theyre sort of over priced, sadly. I definately would go during the week if you can when its at its least busy. Overall its pretty good and its the only hot topic i know of.

Awesome...discounts are very good..largest Hot Topic store in Middle TN..Mgr. very honest tells you the best way to go with coupons and store discounts.

Too expensive and the employees in the store didnt even know which items were on sale. Two different employees told us different stories. We also waited several minutes while two of the employees were having a chat session while the long line of people were waiting to be helped.

They seem to be during a good business when we were here. Lots of people. A lot of usual stuff as well as some new items.

Employees are funny. They have band tees and Band Merch. Funko POPs, Plugs, tapers, and tunnels. anime stuff, backpacks, TV Merch, and Artic Fox hair dye. Its Pop culture apparently now

The rolls are the best Ive ever had, I ordered the 12 oz sirloin and it was tender, juicy, and full of flavor, Coltons is one of my favorite restaurants, Ive ate at one in Popular Bluff Missouri, Knoxville Tn, & Dickson Tn and have enjoyed each one

Im not a usual to post a negative review. But i have been going to this location for many years. I love everyone I have met in the staff. Everyone has always been so nice and helpful. Even would talk to me and my wife about music. But there is one employee I have had a bad experience with every time Im in there. I think her name is Shana, Shannon, or Sherin. Or something of the sort. Shes skinny with purple hair. She always has a bad attitude and is on her phone not paying any mind to me or what Im there for. She is rude when I ask about new things coming in or ordering off line. Ive even seen her be rude to the other employees. If it was once or twice thats one thing. But this has been over 30 times at least. I have never been rude to her and will continue not to be. But I wanted to warn those who shop and love this store as much as me and my wife. She is supposedly a manager and she even ignored my wife when asked about where she got the shirt she was wearing. Hope this warns customers and employees that this Shana or Sharon girl is making our experience at this store not very enjoyable. Once again everyone else has been so helpful and nice. So stay clear of the skinny girl with the long purple hair. She seems to be very bad at her job. Hope they can get that bad egg out because she is ruining the reputation of a great store and good staff.

My review isnt exactly for this store its for hot topic in general they have some seriously good shirts and items in the store however theyre stores are sooo cramped that its hard to move around in there and if you have a stroller or wheelchair it csn present a problem also another issue of hot topic is the shirts shrink up alot and they dont cater to bigger customers i wear a 3x-2x because im very tall and i hardly ever can find that size in store i like hot topic but they should consider redesigning theyre stores to make them more acomadating

So Im a Nashville native. Ive been coming to Opry Mills, ever since they tore Opryland down. With that being said, Ive visited this Hot topic hundreds of times. Usually I love all Hot topic stores, but this particular one in Opry Mills I hate. I dont hate this store as a whole, but I honestly cant stand the employees. Me and my fiance went shopping last night, and we always go in Hot topic, and buy something. We bought two shirts, and two studded belts this time. My reason for one star, is how rude these particular employees are. This is the second time Ive had issues with these people. First, the chick with the cheek piercings, I got into with her couple of years ago, because she wouldnt let me return something, even with the receipt! I got over it, and continued going in the store. This time we went in, it was PACKED, and I mean PACKED! Everyone was back to back, and the employees were irritated and rude. Me and my fiance were looking at shirts, and my fiance didnt fold a couple of shirts back the correct way Im assuming, so one of these employees (a guy) literally STOOD there for 10 minutes STARING at us. I ignored him at first, because he had a pole in his hand to get clothes down, so I figured he was waiting to see if we wanted something down, because we were looking up at the wall. Nope. After an awkward ten minutes of this dude staring at me and my fiance, he literally speaks up and says Is he going to leave those shirts like that? I said Excuse me? Then I looked at the COUPLE of band t-shirts that werent all folded neatly, from my fiance getting his size. I looked at the COUPLE of shirts, looked at dude, and I said No he wasnt I looked at my fiance, told him dude wanted to know if he was going to leave the shirts like that, and my fiance laughed, grabbed the couple of shirts that werent folded, folded them all neat (being sarcastic) and put them back. The dude just stood there, and walked away. My fiance and me are both hot heads, so my fiance says Thats part of your job? Which it is part of his job. It isnt like my fiance wrecked the store, or made a huge mess. He literally didnt fold the couple of shirts he put back! So flipping what! The guy stood there for 10 minutes silently staring at us, waiting for my fiance to fix the shirts, realized he wasnt going to, and instead of asking my fiance, he says it to me lol. Like dude, you work in retail. Its not gonna hurt you to fold a couple of shirts, and put them back, instead of staring at your customers, waiting on them to fix them lol. That was ridiculous. The employees stand around anyways, trying to find people stealing, so instead of standing around, he could have already fixed the 3 shirts, but wanted to be petty about it. Ive never had nothing like that ever happen to us.

Staff is friendly. All the t-shirts appear to be sized for eight-year-olds. Theres not a lot of room in between displays, buttons always entertaining.
