10 stars! These guys are SO helpful! We had a blown fuse and it took us 3 hours to get the trailer lights working before we could leave. The staff so patient and helpful.Trey is a master of his craft and Anthony and the rest of the staff are awesome guys. Feels like a like family now. Highly recommended!!!

We came on a Sunday with a reservation and the line was out the door. The service is EXTREMELY SLOW. We waited 50 mins in line. Their parking is poorly managed and during our experience the person working would take moments to text on his personal phone. This caused the process to stop entirely until he was ready to work again. Avoid this place at all costs and do not give them your business.

Had an enjoyable experience until i was checked out by Roger…. got very loud when i asked about the final pricing for my reservation…. very humiliating…..when i approached him about it his response was “i’m sorry that you felt that way.” if i do business with this location again, hopefully he won’t be around

Pros: The van was nearly new, easy to drive and served its purpose.Cons: The app is WORTHLESS. Youre told repeatedly that youll be able to get your vehicle after hours if youd like --untrue. App does not recognize that you are there. After uninstalling, reinstalling, ensuring my location settings were enabled, signing in and out of the app 73 times I gave up and left. It continues to give you instructions to select, PICK UP MY TRUCK from the dashboard. There is no such option! I went back the next morning and experienced the same thing. I went inside and luckily there was no line so I was in and out quickly. Upon returning my van (trying to do so right after closing time) I attempted to use the APP per the instructions. Again, big fail. The app would not accept my photo of the dash that included the odometer and the fuel gage. The photo was clear and was exactly as they asked. No reason for not accepting it. After numerous attempts I flagged down the manager and gave him the keys. He rolled his eyes and was clearly bothered. If your app worked (I know, not his fault) I wouldnt have to bother you.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with I highly recommend driving to another location as the young man that attempted to help me was completely disrespectful and acted as if he had better things to do as I am a regular customer and rent from this location weekly I will no longer support them and their business Because I refuse to be talked to that way by customer service representative I understand it is hard to get employees but talk about scraping the bottom of the barrel

They saw us standing in the rain trying to do a mobile check in and the app was problematic and Noone helped. It took 2 hours on the app to make us run out of time and our storage closed so we had to sleep on the floor because we had no beds.

Terribly managed UHaul. They don’t answer the phone and there is no way to leave a message. I even called while in line to watch as my call went ignored. I requested access to my UBox in person on 8/11, provided 24 hour notice and it is now 8/15 and they still cannot provide me with access to my UBox because they don’t have room to back out the other UBoxes. On top of that they delayed getting the box shipped out until the billing date so that they’d collect another $100+ for an entire month even though i asked for it to be shipped 4 days before that. I WOULD NOT USE THIS LOCATION!

Trey Lowe is such a kind man. I had the privilege to watch him today (02/28/21) while I was getting something from the store he had a line out the door and the customer in front of me had a conflicting situation that I watched Trey handle with amazing customer service and a genuine desire to help that person. I was really impressed with his professionalism and promptness in helping that person during a busy time. Thank you Trey.

Not a great experience as they dont have their own parking space for customer vehicle & their phone number they posted on account no one answer if you have question. I have to drive to them to extend my rental.

This location is the absolute worst! My family rented a truck and an auto transport so that I could move out of my college apartment for the summer, and when I say that the entire experience was absolutely dreadful, I mean that. Not only were we given an old, worn-out Uhaul truck but the auto transport we received actually caused the front bumper on my personal vehicle to be completely disconnected on the drivers side (which had never happened with any other auto transport we rented at other Uhaul locations)! The manager came out and apologized for the damage and gave us the information for Uhauls insurance so that we could have my vehicle fixed, but this was all just for show. The man initiated an insurance claim, which sounded promising, but then he went back and apparently told the insurance that we wouldnt be expecting a call because we said that the damage was preexisting to our vehicle. IT MOST CERTAINLY WAS NOT AND WE NEVER SAID ANY SUCH THING!!! Definitely the sleaziest thing Ive ever heard, and we most certainly will not be back to this location ever again. Were also going to make sure that no one we know ever rents from this location either seeing as they dont seem to care about their customers in the slightest.

Terrible experience. I’ve had to come here multiple times to pick up a truck and it’s always awful. Complete lack of customer service. They’ll make you wait at least 20 minutes before even acknowledging you’re there. It honestly seems like nobody even works here. Been waiting in line for a hour to pick up a trailer I reserved. The only guy working does not seem to care how long people have been waiting. It has been like this every time I have been here. I will never be back. It’s a train wreck.

Had reserved a truck with furniture pads from this location. Did the mobile check-in process and was miles away when the manager, Trey, called and, in a very accusatory tone, told me I hadn’t completed the contract “so [he’s] not even sure if the pads are in the truck.” I asked what was missing and when he realized we had, in fact, gone through the correct steps for rental, he then switched tones and said, “I hate to say it, but I know my crew, and they probably didn’t put the pads in the truck.” Sure enough, they were missing. Understand mistakes happen, but for him to first try to blame us (why would the mobile check-in process affect whether or not the pads were in there anyway?) then admit his employees “probably didn’t” do their job didn’t sit right with me. Would not use this location again or recommend to anyone.

They gave away the uhaul we reserved and could no longer do the automatic pick up. Every time I use this location they are understaffed and the wait is an hour long.If you can find somewhere else for rental trucks, Id recommend you go elsewhere. Unfortunately, not much is around this area.

Great price on propane refills. Trey took excellent care of me, by taking the time to secure the two tanks he refilled in the back of my SUV. They were busy, so I appreciated the extra effort he made to keep me safe.

This place is a disaster for the covid pandemic. NO employees were wearing masks and half of the customers I saw were not either. I will not be returning to this location despite its convenient location for where I live. I would give 0 stars if I could for their complete lack of common sense and decency.

I had an order set for 6:30p pick up. Just a box of 20 medium boxes. The only person at the store was outside cleaning trucks. I waved at them and they said they be inside in a minute. I arrived at 6:25 ..i didnt leave until 6:50. I just dont understand what the point is of picking a pick up time if you cant pick it up at that time.

I went and got a hitch put on my SUV. I did set up my reservation online and paid prior. They had everything ready to be installed. I went to the markets behind them and had a gyro from a now hidden gem I would say. But when I came back they cut up with me and had a great conversation. They were done with my truck in 2 hours ish. I didn’t really keep track. But it was great to see smiling faces during a uncertain time.

Im still waiting for service so lets see if ....oh snap!! service indeed!! There is ALWAYS high anxiety and disputes at every uhaul no matter the location, luckily when I asked for propane the dude obliged.. well done.. I recommend patience and deep breathing before entering any uhaul... peoples lives are in turmoil (moving) thanks

I have been here 3 times on different occasions and each time I have left with a great experience. Everyone is friendly at this location and will assist you in best way possible. They listen to you and try to work with you to meet your moving needs. Great service, no long wait times and the representatives are informative and helpful. What more can you ask when you are planning for a move and need help.

Mobile pickup and drop off are a must. Dont risk not booking ahead or skipping the mobile pick up option.Of course you can expect this place to be ridiculously busy on the weekend...The biggest struggle is pulling out because the road is so busy. Their lot is also tiny and customers lose their minds. There was one car that parked in 4 other vehicles.The building is also tiny, so expect waiting outside if you decide to not do mobile pickup.

The customer service at u-haul of Elysian field nashville,TN is EXTREMELY BAD. I walked in the office the guy tells me im cant help you right now wait for the other associate. The other associate comes, i rent w van for 1 day i pre-pay my rent and when i returned the vehicle i receive an email charging me $17 extra and when i check my bank account i find out that u-haul charged me 3 TIMES????!!!!! And when i call them on the branch they NEVER EVER answer calls

Worst experience in terms of customer service.I was moving across country. I picked up a truck from this site. After driving one mile, the check brake light turned on. So I called the site again and took the truck back.They didn’t apologize. Just gave me a new truck...I took the new 26 foot truck home and loaded my three bedroom house. Upon hitting the road in the morning and putting $50 in the tank to top it off, the check brake light came on and the truck started beeping.Needless to say, I’ll never trust this company again.

Long wait even though I preregistered. Good truck. Called to to get rebate from over estimate on mileage and left on hold...then a call center answers line but cannot help. Still waiting on an answer. 3 hours later still waiting for someone to answer the telephone.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Everyone at this U-Haul location where very rude and unhappy to be working for this company or so they made it seem to the customer.I walked in to schedule a pick time and date for a (car) tow dolly.. Was explained I am not able to use a car transport and given a confirmation. The employee stated as long as we where there before closing time the next day we would be able to finalize the rental. My credit card was swiped at the time of confirmation in order to book the rental. On day of rental I was told that my reservation had been canceled and that the equipment I needed to rent was not available. I was never notified of said such cancellation. Two different employees suggested I drive to a different location almost 40 miles away and that they would close in 10 minutes. (by this time an employee had already refused to continue on helping me and through the keys on his counter for another employee to help me. When they explained very rudely that there was nothing they could do to help and that they didnt know why my reservation had been canceled, I asked to speak to a manager they responded with we dont have one right now, its just us here. I explained very upset that there had to be someone they report to that I could speak with and finally got me across to a store manager that was not helpful either. The store manager canceled my original reservation and changed it to a car transport (that I was clearly explained that I could not use that equipment the first day I made a reservation). Once he attempted to work with me and explained and assured me that I would be OK with a 6 ft (the smallest car transport they had), we went ahead and completed the transaction. Once we went to the back to hook up the rented equipment we realized the store employee was giving us a 7 ft. car transport that we could not use. He explained that his store manager had told him to give us that one because they didnt have anything else. I was so upset and very frustrated at the whole situation I asked once again what the issue would be if I was to use this 7ft. car transport and he assured me that there wouldnt be any that we had insurance to fall back on if there was any damaged caused do to very little clearance space since the car in tow would be a small vehicle.As we arrived to our location 9 hours later we realized there was front bumper damage to my vehicle and that was caused with the car transport. Even though we had sufficient insurance with U-haul for our rental to cover any damage, the company still denied the claim. In there defense they stated that they had no fault and that neither there company nor the employees caused this damage.My argument is that if they had knowledgeable employees that would correctly complete there job duties this whole scenario could have been prevented.I am not satisfied with this company, store, employees, or customer service at all and will be sure to inform many people so they can take there business else where.

A gentleman named Trey Lowe helped my hisband and I with our stressful out of state move. He made it go so smooth and wennt above and beyond. Really nice giy, great price, great service and all around 5 starts for this location. Thank you again Sir for a great experience!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We purchased several hundred dollars worth of packing supplies online for pickup. I didnt expect them to be on the curb waiting or anything, but I did expect with an online order they would help me. No one was in the store when I arrived. Once the associate did enter he ignored me for several minutes before looking up and muttering what? At me. Once he pulled up my order he printed a receipt and told me good luck finding everything and left the store again.I proceeded to wander the store for 30 minutes gathering my own order.Once I found everything I started loading it all into my car myself with 2 employees just sitting there. Once I was half loaded the original employee informed me he had to count it all , which he had not mentioned before and forced me to go out to my car and bring him my receipt. He them went through my car counting and then left me to load again on my own. When I tried to leave another employee blocked me into the parking lot and refused to move for several minutes while he went about his business. I will never give my business to that establishment again and I surely will never bother with their online feature. Waste of time. I was there 6/9/2019

I returned my empty u-boxes to them a month ago and for some reason they decided to store the EMPTY u-boxes without notifying me. OBVIOUSLY I had no reason to have them stored and did not ask them to do this. Theyve tried multiple times to charge me for storing them and are now trying to tack on late fees because I refuse to pay. Ive contacted UHaul corporate offices multiple times because this location is impossible to contact, was assured this issue would be taken care of and the GM would be reaching out. Havent heard from him but they continue to keep trying to steal my money. Avoid this location at all cost. This move with UHaul has been a disaster from the start but this locations error has been the biggest joke of it all.Update: never heard from the GM. Got an email from him saying theyve tacked on a late fee and they have attempted to charge me three more times. I wish ZERO stars was an option.Update part two: several more attempts to charge me have been made. Trey refuses to return any of my correspondence. Has now placed a Lien on the EMPTY boxes that the cooperate offices are showing available to rent at another location.

My visit was on 7/29/19 starting around 2:15-2:30p. Terrible experience. Let’s start with the incredibly long wait to actually get the rental and then to return it. All in all I almost waited 2 and a half hours. Then I received 3 charges on my card that was used to reserve the rental ONLY in addition to the amount i had already paid with my debit card. None of the receipts I received with contracts in my email were correct and the mileage was completely off. My card that was used to RESERVE THE RENTAL ONLY was ran without my knowledge and approved by the manager (the manager Trey Lowe ran charges and signed off on them). I was told “if I don’t have proof, he isn’t refunding”. It’s so much more but this was such a terrible experience. I should have went with my instinct and not rented thru this location

Charged my card almost a MONTH AFTER AGAIN, dude couldn’t find my “account info” at all. He said it’s all computerized but couldn’t find my info either by name or last name. Then he wanted my WHOLE credit card info to see if he could find it, he said “call customer service” they can help you.... this particular place SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS! Why would they take a PHOTOGRAPH OF SOMEONES CREDIT CARD INFO AND A PHOTOGRAPH OF AN ID???? Then “random” charges appear on credit cards a month later!? They’re probably hoping people won’t catch those!

I rent here nearly weekly only bc it is close to house. They are SO slow and the owner is ALWAYS a grumpy pants. He is rude and curt and expects customers to read his mind. There is no regard to anyone elses time here. I rented a trailer recently and it came detached from my vehicle while driving . The owner never asked if we were okay or if anyone was injured. He said IT WAS ATTACHED CORRECTLY. I KNOW. I DID IT MYSELF AND HAVE PHOTOS TO PROVE IT!

Terrible experience. I needed to get a hitch installed before I could rent my trailer. My appointment was rescheduled three times and then they ordered the incorrect part. Four times something got in the way of them installing everything. This made me push what day I was moving. It was very important that I moved the planned day but could not do this because of all the hassle. It made my moving experience much more stressful than it already was. Would not recommend at all!!!

Worst customer service ever, I was there for over and hour waiting after I had a reservation. People were rude and unprofessional, and I was charged an extra day rental for no reason.

I have never reviewed anything before on Google, but I felt like I should review my experience at this store, particularly with one employee. I showed up to get my trailer that had been reserved (which had been cancelled), and the employee that helped me was amazing. This guy had memorized the reservation list, checked to make sure that all of the equipment was there, and had even remembered the names and status of each reservation. He did not have to look up my name to tell me that my reservation had been cancelled and got me on the phone with uHaul to find another trailer. While on the phone, multiple other customers walked in, told him their names, and he knew off the top of his head what trailer/equipment they had reserved. He was answering questions off the top of his head quicker than the person on the phone could look up the answer. I would go back to this store just because of this guy. He should be the manager if he is not already.

Definitely took care of me today. Ended up not needing the truck to move today and they didnt charge me even though I drove away and was gone 3 hours. Closing on the new house got pushed back to next week. Will definitely use this location from now on!!

I had excellent help from Jesse Carter. Despite a pouring rain, he hooked up the tow dolly and crawled under my truck to make sure the safety chains were properly hitched. Very friendly, helpful, and thorough.

Me and my boyfriend are moving from Tenesse to California and it was our first time getting a uhaul trailer. From when we first walked in the staff were wonderfully friendly. We needed a ball hitch installed because we didnt have one and they guys here efficiently helped us with it. The process was smooth and painless, they gave us a lot of positive advice and helpful tips. Wonderful experience!

If you gave this business a 5 star rating, you either work there, or your family does.... lot full of vehicles, said He didnt have one for me. I asked about all the ones on the lot, he said they were reserved. I said I would be bringing it back tonight, he said sorry cant help you......If youre too lazy and too sorry to rent a rental truck, how pathetic of a human are you? Sit there, do nothing, and collect the check bro- good for you.

I dont know about anyone else that works there but I can tell you Dalton who helped me at the front desk was who helped me at the front desk and he was extremely professional, very courteous , and did everything he could to make sure my experience was top notch. Getting my last minute move together was made simple with this uhaul location. They open before lost other u haul facilities on a Sunday so that helps me get my move over with very fast. Staff was friendly and very quick to get my truck ready.

Allow yourself plenty of time here. I waited an hour yesterday to pick up my truck while the carefree (and quite rude) employees sat around and basically did nothing. They said their internet was down, but no one got on the phone with tech support and no one bothered to do basic thing like reset the modem/router. They didnt have a means of doing anything via paper only--they NEED internet. I eventually made it out of there with my truck after they decided to bypass their VPN and go directly to the internet. It still ran slowly, but at least it ran.Now, Im here today, trying to drop off. Theyre still having internet/VPN issues, the line is nearly out the door again, and Ive already been here 30 minutes. The employees still dont seem to care, although they dont seem as rude as yesterday.The A/C in here barely works as well.Again, allow yourself plenty of time here, and if youre in a hurry, youd be much better off going somewhere else.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with any business in my life. They charged me three times for my rental and refused to give the money back until they figured out how they did it. I fought with them for almost a week and in the end they still ended up ripping me off. The chain of command all the way up is terrible. Go with another moving company, literally any moving company. Your distant cousin’s van that’s used to ship cocaine would be a better bet than these guys.

Pretty good service. They had my reservation and got us the truck we needed. However a lot of their equipment seems to be in disrepair. The computer checkout pad would not function correctly, the drivers side door on the truck I got wouldnt close all the way, the seatbelt wouldnt tighten, and the truck struggled to start each time I fired it up.

Crappy experience from the first hour. Store rep didnt finish my transaction while I was there. Received a call from another rep, once I had gotten home, informing me that it was not complete. Was charged for a strangers rental. And still waiting to be reimbursed. Hard to reach store by phone. Complaint filed with BBB. Will never give them my business again. Poor communication as well.

10-17-2017Employee David very helpful and nice started helping me, was fixing to unhitch the trailer, then some lady, couldnt catch her name comes around the truck and says, we dont have room for trailer, cant you see our parking lot... the closest place is Brentwood.... then walks away??? David even looked at me dumbfounded and was like what just happend. She was rude and very dis respectful as well as unprofessional.

Used them several times and each time the truck and trailers were clean and the staff was super helpful.

My first exp with UHAUL, these gus have made it exlusive. I had a hard deadline for the move unfortunately the hitch did not arrived for the move. Nelson arranged a safe and better solution with almost the same cost. Thank you guys you are awesome!!

Uhaul moved my reservation from vultee Boulevard to this location...they were nice but I wanted to pick up at my original location

I had a long distance one way move so of course they gave me their worst truck with no cruise control and loose wheel. By the time I realized how horrible of a truck it was, we were already an hour away. They simply used us to pass on their clunker to another location. I’m no longer in Nashville so I won’t have to use them again but if I had the chance I’d drive that same truck back up there and give it back.

Came in to pickup and trailer and the manager was being smart mouth with me and then charged my card twice and told me that it wouldn’t go through then sat back in his chair...until I asked him what’s the problem then he says there’s nothing he could do but give me a 1800 number then I showed him where the money was taken out my account twice he said pay wit cash I said ok wouldn’t recommend his services I asked him his name he said look on the contract TREYLOWE he was terrible thumbs down on customer service

We were told when we were picking up our trailer on a Saturday, that we could return it by 6 on that Sunday and not be charged the additional day. When we arrived at 5:30 to return the trailer, the store was closed. We were charged the additional day. When we called corporate to complain, we were told we would get a call back asap. About an hour later we got a call back from the store manager who asked me if I could read and if I read my contract. He was demeaning and arrogant and did not want to hear that his employee messed up and gave us incorrect instructions. Made a reservation online to rent a motorcycle trailer at mallory lane location. When I arrived to pick it up I was informed that the people who had it were late returning it. Ok, no problem, not uhauls fault. They offered to check other locations to see if it it was available. It was available at nolensville road location. They made a reservation for the trailer and I came to nolensville road. Literally took me 20 minutes to get there. When I arrived they told me they had just rented it. In 20 freaking minutes??? All of the employees could clearly tell I was mad (wouldnt even look at me) and I just left. Then I called corporate and they offered and made me another reservation at yet another location this time 1 1/2 hours out of my way. I didnt have time to ride all over Tennessee looking for a trailer that may or may not be there. I called corporate back to ask about getting my $50 reservation guarantee. Well see how that turns out. My advice is dont bother with reservations as they are clearly worthless. Better yet just rent from a different company.

I rent a truck from their other location on bell road in antioch a week before and they call me few hours before my appointment time that I have to go to this location because there is no 15 feet truck at the antioch location. The salesperson on the phone promise to me that they will give me a discount for me going that far. I went there and rented the truck used it and return it the same day. Few days later I call them, they hung up the phone on me and two days later they call my wife that day will refund me $12.00 and I have never seen that refund.They will lie to you so they can get more money from you and will never keep they promise. I will rather used another company than Uhaul.

Really upsetting that I rent a truck and it breaks down and got the runaround for roadside assistance and called the roadside and it talking about claim not roadside assistant didn’t figure it out tell this morning but the truck broke down yesterday at 2:30 pm now I’m being charge for truck that should of been return and not my fault I’ve been bounce around from place to place I called the corporate office spoke with Deborah she didn’t listen to me as the customer or concern she keep cutting me off very rude and sound like she was eating while she was talking to me she made me feel like I was bothering her with my co cern and ask what is it that you want excuse me very very rude I will never rent from U-Haul again I’ll go to budget or their competitors

Nice staff. Clean trailers

Charged me 6.13$ with no explanation. Sent an email, no answer.

The employee I spoke to was friendly but he seemed to think I would appreciate his jokes about “illegal aliens” hiding in the trucks. I did not.
