A very fun experience to buy a cupcake out of a ATM. The cupcake tastes homemade. It isnt the best, but good. I would return, because of the fun experience and surrounding area. This is in a charming area of Nashville, pumpkin patch nearby, cute restaurants, etc.. Park on the street for free.

The employees were very courteous, helpful, and the service was fast. Unfortunately, the cupcakes were terrible. We tried the chocolate chip cookie cupcake, red velvet, strawberry, and banana dark chocolate. All of the cakes were extremely dry, and the icing was so sweet that we couldnt eat it. I really wanted to love it, but unfortunately the product just didnt live up to the hype.

These cupcakes are very special to me because they remind me my home, California. When I found out they opened one here in Nashville, I was ecstatic!These cupcakes are moist and flavorful. I appreciate the unique taste that these cupcakes posses. Ive yet to find a cupcake place like Sprinkles.

The cupcakes are super cute, but didnt taste as good as Id hoped. I prefer cupcakes to be a little more moist. These were very dry and crumbly, hard to eat. Nice shop still!

First time there today (Mar 29, 2016). I ordered 6 regular size and 1 mini - all different flavors.While the flavor of all were excellent, only the mini had a nice moist texture. The others were dry & crumbly. So you may bake fresh everyday, but are they SERVED fresh everyday? Color me $22 disappointed.

I visited the cupcake vending machine this afternoon after lunch and bought a double chocolate cupcake to enjoy later. Just finished it and holy moly, one of the best cupcakes Ive ever had! Amazingly moist and fresh. I will be back!

So delicious and a great variety of cupcakes. Can be a little pricey but definitely worth it. Also try the ice cream, very smooth and creamy and many unique flavors.

Every time we have been here, the cupcakes have been excellent. The only downside has been that a couple of the garnishments were not tasty, but they are easy to pick off. Have to get here early as some flavors sell out. Ice creme, whilst no Comfy Cow, is still delish! The cupcake ATM is unique and fun.

The store looks nice, the people seem nice. I normally like sprinkles cupcakes, but I tried the dark chocolate banana cupcake which one, was milk chocolate not dark, and the cupcake itself wasnt that great but the icing was wonderful. Just isnt the best Ive seen from this company, and it left a not so great taste in my mouth.

I was very excited to try this place. I went on a weekend with my parents who were in town. As we waited in line I noticed there werent a lot of choices on display. Surely they had other flavors in the back. I was disappointed to find out they did not.They only had two people working, which seemed to make the line go very slow. The cupcakes themselves were appealing to the eye, but the cakes were very dry. IMO they are not worth a second visit. 4 of us each tasted them and threw them out. Store front, location, Cupcake vending machine, etc. will not keep customers coming back...taste of product will.

Worst cupcake I have ever had. Ill never go back. Weird taste and texture. Very dry and crumbly. Icing was hard and not very sweet at all. The cake itself had a taste that resembled a corn muffin. The experience of the cupcake atm was a lot more fun than the actual taste of the cupcake. What a disappointment.

Awesome cupcakes! I also love their little cupcake ATM. Its great. I recommend trying their ice cream/cupcake mixes. Also, tell the cashier taco gato for a discount.

Delicious cupcakes but the building unfortunately isnt very big so if you can, I recommend using the cupcake ATM on the front of the building instead of going inside. Maybe theyll move to a bigger location eventually.

As a former Baker for a large university....these are the best.... so good they were my wedding cupcakes.❤️❤️❤️

Just ok...the cupcakes were very dry. Too much icing. Not worth the high price. Cupcake Collection is way better.Ice Cream was delicious.

Fancy smancy, expensive cupcakes. They were good and even had vegan and gluten-free. Ok for a treat, but very overpriced.

In the mood for something sweet when I ran across this gem. Ah-mazing! They had tons of cupcakes and you can find the daily menu online. They also served cookies, brownies, ice cream and doggie cupcakes. My daughter had a black and white cupcake (chocolate with vanilla frosting) but neither of us liked it much. I had a Red Velvet and a Pumpkin cupcake; both were delicious. I prefer soft and moist cupcakes and they definitely fit the bill. The frosting was amazing. It hardened just a bit around the edges but as soon as you bit into it the frosting was soft and fresh. Very good service and we were offered ice cream samples while we waited. The Capn Crunch Ice Cream was good but the Red Velvet ice cream was better.Lastly the coolest part was the Cupcake ATM. Think of a Vending machine that looks like an ATM. SO COOL! It comes out in a nice little box and doesnt charge you until your cupcake comes out. The ATM is located outside and is open 24 hrs! Cupcakes are 3.75 inside and 4.25 outside but the .50 extra was well worth the convenience of sweets anytime day or night! Ill definitely be back!

The cupcakes are over priced and disgusting. The icing tastes like sweet canola oil. Kroger cupcakes are better. Wont be back.
