The lobby was closed and the line for drive thru had wrapped into a full circle to where a lady had to pull forward so I could leave. The window attendant was very nice, but seemed to be working by herself. I tried the cinnamon rolls and was not excited.

Got my food delivered, they completely forgot a dozen doughnuts, and they wanted to blame it on the driver. They said only way they could refund was if I came to the store. I’m a college student with no car, I have no way to get there without dropping $20 on an Uber, still wouldn’t refund me for the dozen. Ridiculous :((((

Had an amazing experience at this location! All of the doughnuts were hot and fresh! All of the staff were very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Jessica was a pleasure to work with! She is one of the few people in management that will actually come out and serve with the rest of the staff. Would highly recommend stopping by to see them.

The drive thru awning is not 9-6! We made it under the warning bar no problem, but the actual awning was more like 9-0. Im glad I stopped and checked before I peeled my roof off and was able to back out. Krispy Kreme is a go to for the occasional celebratory family treat, but dont try to pull through this location with a Sprinter.

The fresh light was not on but that was the only negative. They were still making fresh donuts and getting them off the rack. The employees were really nice (I believe one was the owner). They offered samples when we walked in. The donuts were fresh and everything was great!The location is quiet and in a safe area.

Donuts were good as always. Staff could have been better did the dozen that you choose your assortment told them what kind and pointed to the donut and the employee said I think were out of them. I was pointing to them I could see they were not out of them.

Neither the app nor the website allows me to place a simple order...one item. Devs seem lost.

Our donuts from here were delicious! The counter staff was very busy taking care of customers and were super friendly.

As a manager of a fast food restaurant Afternoon I had to go out by 100 Oaks and stopped at the Krispy Kreme right there on Thompson Lane it was very surprised to ask a little boy how old he was and he said 16 and they all look pretty young in there but one thing I will say is it those kids had some great customer service skills.

Out of cinnamon buns and lattes. Havent tried the new stuff yet.

Yummy. We each got a free donut by showing our vaccination cards... And purchased some of our favorites. What nice treat and a terrific promotion.

Exactly the doughnuts youd expect from KK, but what made it worth writing a review was the nice lady who helped with my order in the morning. She had such a welcoming and positive response that it was just infectious. She started my morning right for sure.

Do you know how rare it is to find a Krispy KremeKreme donut? Well it is very rare, but here I found their shop and plant all in one! And or course they didnt disappoint at all. I got one chocolate frosted custard filled, one glazed raspberry filled and their seasonal tour de force, frosted cake batter filled! Yuuuuuum! Who new Nashville?And a very special note here that the staff were amazing, they steamed my milk just so t6my coffee would stay hot longer on this subzero weather day in Nashville! Thank you Krispy Kreme!

Krispy Kreme is always good and it seems like this one always has the hot light on. And when the hot light is on no other donut shop can compare. It’s a quick experience and the staff is nice.

Nashvilles first Krispy Kreme. Love this place. Especially when theyre making donuts. Nothing better than a KK glazed thats still warm! Plus its in a great neighborhood with a couple great music venues and a throwback little diner and soda fountain

This was my first time having a fresh Krispy Kreme and oh what Ive been missing all these years! My husband said so youre converted! There is not a donut Ive ever eaten that was this good. The other chain(s) should be ashamed of the product they put out. I wouldnt eat any other for quite a while now, so glad I came here. This was a great location, super friendly employees, fast service! The line was long at the drive through but it went really fast. And they werent even stale the next day or the day after that!

I ordered 2 chocolate iced donuts today and they were not fresh. Disappointed.

If you are going to be in the drive thru, please listen first before you respond to the customer. being rude does not get you anywhere and having an attitude because you made an error because you were so busy rushing the order. i clearly said 4 original glazed donuts and got 8 mini glazed donuts and was overcharged $8 plus taxes for something that was only supposed to have cost me $5 plus taxes

Im not going to say its worth flying to Nashville just to go here. But, since I was in town....

Went through the drive thru. While trying order a custom dozen, was constantly talked over mainly to say they didnt have the flavor we were ordering. They seemed to be out of over half the flavors we wanted. (KEEP THIS IN MIND AS YOU READ THIS) We also ordered another dozen standard that was on special for $1. We get to the window, pay over $14 and pull off. My friend opens up the custom dozen and immediately was upset. The donuts looked like they had been through hell. Sloppy, overdone frosting, donuts looked literally best up. It got worse when she picked up one and it was cold and hard. Mind you the Hot Donuts sign was illuminated. After checking several other donuts they were all the same. Cold and hard. Upset, we took the donuts inside and as we stood in line to see a manager, we notice that ALL THE FLAVORS THE DRIVE THRU EMPLOYEE SAID THEY WERE OUT OF, WERE SITTING IN TRAYS RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! So apparently the drive thru employee was too lazy to walk halfway across the counter space and grab the initial flavors we wanted. We finally speak to the manager and told her our complaints which seemed to fall on deaf ears for she had no answers about why the donuts were cold, but did say you can only get hot donuts by coming inside, not through the drive thru. What the?! We ask for a refund and because we used a debit card, the manager said it will take 7-14 days to issue a refund. Disgusted we ask for corporates number. She writes down a number on a post-it pad and hands it to us. We get back to my truck and look at the number she gave us. All she wrote was, 1800. Thats it. We gave up and drove off short over $14 for nothing, and upset from the whole experience. Obviously we will never return to this location and recommend to others not to visit this location, but to drive a little further to the next closest location.

Great taste, quick service and some nice spaced out tables if you are so inclined to sit in. Really all you could ask for. This particular visit I tried the original filled which was a nice spin on a classic. Some more location specifics, the batch room was nice and clean with good soap and hand sanitizer dispensers. Definitely a A+ spot.

The donuts are horrible they dont taste the way they used to I dont know if its a new recipe or a new oil that theyre cooking them in but the warm light was on and they tasted fully when I eat them in the oil residue that was in my mouth left a nasty aftertaste Krispy Kreme is not what it used to be no thank you I wont be visiting there ever again

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. And was there 30 minutes before close. When I pulled up to the window I saw the employees secretly looking at the drive thru camera hiding from work. I mean all you have to do is take doughnuts off the rack and put them in a box. Terrible service. Happened on April 15th 830 pm.

Yummierzz..went in for the Chocolate glazed chocolate but they were out..but the ladies were nice..still gave us a dozen for $5..we will be back April the 6th to try again..but friendly staff and delicious doughnuts and the yummiest Iced Caramel Mocha😋

Trying to find a place to park one morning on my way to work, I passed this most incredibly, well-built, beautiful colored building! And to my surprise, it was filled with chocolate covered cream filled Donuts... So delicious that your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get to the flavor!

Service was terrible. I waited at least 15 minutes for someone to take my order. Several employees inside but no one came to the window. Many cars waiting in line.

The drive through is way to close to the parking. Service was so slow I had to try and turn around in a tiny tiny spot to get out of the line. If people were parked in not sure how they would ever back out when the drive through is backed up.

Its Krispy Kreme, how can you go wrong. Service was a tad slow but I think there was someone new behind the counter. To make up for that, one of the employees was singing and she was pretty amazing!

I got the mixed donuts with sweet creame/strawberry jelly inside...delicious!! The young lady @ the window was really nice. The car behind me was giving her a hard time and she was still smiling and being so nice. I should be gotten her name. Young black lady with an accent...good job!!

The line wasnt long but it took forever. I ordered 2 donuts (original and a glazed cream filled) and a coffee. At the window my order was read to me... original and chocolate cream filled. I said not chocolate. The fix was to add the missing donut to the current bag. No coffee. When I mention it she didnt know about it. 2nd worst cup of coffee in the cup holder I drove off. Total time 23 minutes. I had an appointment so eating the donuts had to wait for a minute. Imagine my reaction 45 minutes later when my cream filled donut was empty. Its good I was the only one in the car

Went thru drive thru got the wrong donuts. Went back got the right donuts but they had no filling in them. Very disappointed in not getting order right and then getting donuts without the cream filling that I ordered.

We were on vacation in Nashville and was excited to go to Krispy Kreme because ours closed. The lady at the drive through with the squeaky voice was rude. We had seven people in our vehicle that wanted different donuts. She kept putting us on hold and then told us to pull forward as we were trying to tell her the rest of our order. When we pulled forward, she gave us our total. My husband said that wasnt our order and she got an attitude. I told her that we didnt get to finish our order because she told us to pull forward. She said, well when you pause, we think you are through with your order. OMG, my husband was speaking and you told him to pull forward! That was not a pause and BTW, as a customer service employee, try saying anything else for you? might let you know if a customer is done or not!

The staff today were very friendly and full of energy! The doughnuts were awesome. Got a cute $6 heart-shaped handled mug. Life is good.
