Went to pick up a few cookies for me and my wife, the door was locked at 8:50 with people still inside on a Wednesday night. Shows they close at 9pm. Once inside the lady that served me seemed frustrated to have to deal with me. Not sure if they were short handed or what. Hopefully it will be better experience next time.

Not a good experience, came into this location for desert for my family that consist of 5. Wanted to order 5 slices of cookie cake was told by an employee that I could only but 2 or 3 because they would be sold out for the day. Smh So I will not be returning to this location.One star was to much

When I arrived, one employee was outside on a bench talking to a boy. The other was sitting at a table by the window on her phone. When I walked in, the employee at the table got up and asked how she could help me. She did not wash her hands. She did not put on gloves. And her mask remained off and around her neck, because she was talking to someone on the phone with her headphones on. I had to repeat what I wanted several times, at first I thought it was because I was not speaking loud enough or that my mask was interfering, but it was just because she was having a separate conversation on her phone.A couple minutes in my order, she asked me to go outside and tell her coworker that was talking to a boy that they had “gotten an order”. I work in service industry so I assumed it was a delivery service order. I did what she asked, because I am not great at confrontation, but it was incredibly rude of her to ask me to do that.I am very, very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and customer service I received today. I probably won’t return and I probably won’t eat what I purchased today. Something needs to be said to the employees at this location.

My wife and I were in the mood for cookies, so we went to Great American Cookie tonight. We left without any cookies, or even being so much as acknowledged by any worker. I’m never returning to this location, maybe not even any of the franchises, ever again.To start, when we walked in, there was no clear directive for the line. So we all just fumbled towards the ice cream case. When the guests ahead of us were served, we moved to where they were standing, but the boy working skipped over us and started helping the people behind us, like we were invisible.I tend to be forgiving of food service workers, because I myself manage a high volume dessert shop. But, this did not occur in the middle of a busy time. There were 6 others in the whole establishment. We were ignored completely by all 3 people who were working; they couldn’t have cared less about being there, especially the young lady who was wearing pajama bottoms and slide sandals (which wearing open toed shoes is against health code, mind you).I hope the owner reads this review. You need to do better at staffing your store with hospitable, friendly, and overall welcoming people. You should be disappointed at the shoddy work your employees are doing.

I placed an online order for a cookie cake for my son’s 13th birthday party. When I arrived to pick it up at the requested time, I was told that the order had been put in the wrong place and the cookie cake was not ready. The manager told me that I could have my money back or come back an hour and a half later to pick it up 😳, which was the exact time we were supposed to be at the party. If you place an online order at this location, I would recommend calling to confirm receipt and confirm that the order has been placed in the correct stack, file, folder, etc., to avoid this type of stress/inconvenience. I would not assume or trust that it will be ready as requested.In the end...I picked up my son and some of his friends and then returned to pick up the cookie cake. We got to the party late but we had a cake ... very specifically, we entered with the cake my son requested or his birthday. It was beautifully decorated and delicious.

Me and my sister went through this morning, for the first time, and loved it. Service was good many flavors of ice cream and toppings and best of all, prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be going back soon!

Always great quality cookies and fantastic service. I’ve never had anything less than a great experience in this store. Kyra greeted me as soon as I entered, took my order, and thoughtfully arranged my cookies so none got smashed. Will be back!

Very helpful staff. They are not connected directly to Postmates so holiday and birthday preorders need to be done directly with the store. Sweets galore!

Simply the best! If you go, try their strawberry cookies. They are one of the most inexpensive items, yet the most delicious!!

Better than it looks from outside.Good service. The manager or guy who saw me immediately went to the back. I told the girl I will submit a review even if I dont buy. I dont have money right now. But I was really impressed with the cookies. Is a cookie selection to wowza all cookies.Fan of ice cream over cookie included. Fact is ice cream is really not that good. The Blueberry tastes more like pancake type. If you like that kind. And it kind of looks how cheaps that it tastes which I guess is good thing.The toppings selection look very much better. Than any other Gelato oryogurt store I have been to.They only have few ice creams to choose from. But its still a good amount. There is interesting recommendations to create different tasting ice cream topping dishes

Some of the staff would rather be anywhere else than at work helping customers. Others are great.

The service is always friendly, love the cookies and ice cream!!
