I love the work environment, The managers are pretty awesome they always look out for me like the cashiers. I really feel like Thorntons is really coming back for there spot in line and also I feel Im part of the family, its always good laughs and good coffee and amazing people and food ❤

I normally dont give reviews for convenience stores because unfortunately they dont seem to last longer working there. I wanted to let the corporation know they need to give Emily a raise at this store. I am disabled usually the employees dont care to help at this particular location. Not only was she going above and beyond, she had a wonderful spirit. I will be coming into this Thorntons now because of her otherwise I have not been there in a long while

Why are y’all false advertising ? Why does the gas say 2.46 but it’s really 2.69? That’s despicable.

Cashier is very rude, ask her about my rewards card. She didnt acknowledge my card, gave me smart remark, and didnt want to give me the items I was purchased. I will never purchase anything from Thornton again. They really need to learn to treat the customer better.

The management is ruled some of the cashier dont even. Speak to you. Tea not sweet you say something to the manager and she is loud when she speaks back to you. Have not been back sents use to go just about ever day took my business to speed way. The woman at the cash register dose not give a hoot about anything and dose not even smile at all been there alot just dont like the service and the need to rethink there employees thank you they are very rude they really need to rethink there employees sorry but someone needs to retain them very bad until I see better reviews i wont be back

I came in and asked an employee name Marquis about the coffee. He was very rude to me and had a bad attitude like he was having a very bad day. Because of your employee Marquis, I will not be coming back to this location. He should be fired with that attitude

I registered my card online and got $ 0.20-off/gal!!! I paid $1.78/gal!!! And the service here is GREAT!!!

This is location at one time had kind employees, but now they are rude and this is just an example of what I’ve personally experienced tonight. I work with individuals with special needs and my client purchased a drink at the location and re-entered for a refill. She was under the impression that the refill was complimentary with the cup… but instead of the store clerk (pictured below) being kind and explaining the amount due she assumed that the person was stealing the $1.09 refill… but my client was going to the vehicle to get her funds to take care of the $1.09 refill; which this was stated. My client and I walked out together and Clerk announced over the speaker that she was calling the police. I told my client to remain in the vehicle and I would take care of the issue. Upon returning inside the clerk yelled she was calling the police …I told the clerk that no one was stealing anything. I attempted to pay for the refill and she refused, picked up her phone, and shoved her hand in my face (photo captured). I returned to the vehicle to get the soda to return and leave… upon entering the store to place the cup on the counter near the soda machine the clerk walked up to me as if she wanted to provoke me into something. I told her to back off. I proceeded to the other clerk at the counter to obtain store info and the rude clerk that I had been dealing with gave a middle finger and called me out of my name. This store needs some serious management oversight. I will be seeking to contact management and cooperate.
